Great grocery store. It's the only one in Rigby, but they don't abuse that power. Prices are always reasonable and staff is always friendly and helpful.

So I think I may have written a review that mentioned the amazingness of Broulim's Ginger Cookies. They're still the best. But, recently discovered they make their own pico de gallo SALSA. It's spicy and wicked flavorful. Give it a try. Peace.

Braum's is by far my favorite grocery store they're always having great deals and every employee there is stellar.. the bakery is always putting out the best baked goods. The salad bar is phenomenal and we love the sushi rolls that are made there to.

Best grocery store in Eastern Idaho!! The quality and selection of products is far above the nearest competitor. The customer service is always excellent... Prices are moderate to high but they have good deals every week and month. If you make this your regular store for grocery needs you won't be disappointed. The only downside is health/beauty/ household cleaning and pet supplies can be overpriced here. Sometimes I have to purchase them elsewhere due to lack of discounts or sales on these items. And at night they seem to have not enough cashiers even though they have plenty of staff. Even with these small flaws, it's my favorite and I recommend you go here before anywhere else!

I will pay a little more to buys groceries in my tiny town for reasonable prices and good selection. What is also great is to hear from their employees how kind and supportive the store owners and managers are for their employees.

Always friendly, deli is awesome, huge variety! Most prices are comparable though slightly higher than where I usually shop at my work place, but when I'm at home in Rigby the convenience I'd usually worth the price. Their deli chicken is number 1!!

Being the only Rigby grocery store I am not going to stop shopping at Broulims. But I continue every time I shop there to be ripped off. $.50 here $.50 there not enough to actually go to customer service, while hauling around three kids, raise a stink and get a refund. It makes me mad that EVERY time I go there is at least one or two items that is $.50 to a dollar more than advertised. Doing the math, that’s a lot of money they get from me dishonestly. Beware Rigby shoppers, look at your receipts! Maybe I’ll start keeping track and post my photos over time. Prices are already high.

Broulim’s is the only local grocery store that is close to the experience of going to Whole Foods, which is my favorite grocery store. However, they are very expensive. Broulim’s is very clean and they carry a large selection of high end products. We love them!

My girlfriend loves this place and always begs me to take her here because she loves this grocery store where she is from so we always have to come here and get their waffles. I love the chicken and waffles she likes the one with nutella and strawberries

They have groceries, but their prices are high and you have to be alert and attentive because it feels like they are actively looking for ways to deceive you. Large print will list one price, while fine print says must buy 12 otherwise the individual price is 3x that.

Prices on most items are too expensive. Not enough scales nearby to weigh produce. Broulims’ bakery made cakes, pie’s and donuts are way to sweet and not very good. A few of the checkout clerks are not very friendly ( Am referring to the older ones with visable sour faces and attitudes) my biggest gripe is that Broulims prices are just consistently too damn high. But I guess Broulims Rican get away with it, since they are the only game in town. Otherwise it’s drive to Idaho Falls or Rexburg to Walmart. Gary T Rigby, I.D.

Bought caselot gravy mixes ther was a lot of them loose on the table I counted my boxes when I got home was one shour on turkey gravy should have bin 24 got 23 brown gravy was 6 short. Kind of a mess and not what I played for.

It might be the only place to shop for convenience for miles around, but they do it right here. The staff is incredible and always helpful and they keep their shelves stocked and tidy. I am always impressed by the cleanliness of the store and of the genuine work their employees do every day. They also run awesome deals that I feel like are better displayed than their other locations.

Store is clean. Service is good. Selection is great. They have the best quality meats. The only complaints I have are the sale ads often say you can only get the fantastic prices if you buy 10 and they could carry a better variety of ethnic type foods. I will go back.

Good and bad. Had a hard time rating. Their prices are going up. Ridiculous for some things like their donuts and other Broulim's store made items. They have switched to Food Club and their products taste horrible. Be sure to check expiration dates there. And the case lot sale... most "deals" are not deals. After shopping there for years I stopped buying case lot. Most products are cheaper to buy in bulk before or after the sale. HOWEVER, I do Love the people who work there and that they bag your groceries and even help you to your car. Some may argue it's worth the price difference. Anyway, I hate to say it but I feel like they are becoming a Walmart. I wish they could be a little more reasonable with prices. I want to say I love this place, but i just can't anymore.

Great little grocery store not anything like Smith’s or Albertson’s Grocery stores but they’re a lot bigger company then Broulim’s is, but they carry exactly what you need and they service the small towns and Southeast Idaho which is great because we do need the stores in the towns that are too small for any of the real big chain stores to put one in, so Broulims puts them in and serves the small towns

Sandwich was good after a long wait to get it made. Deli person was more focused on chatting with two other co-workers about how the lady ahead of me asked why her sandwich was 5.99 instead of 4.40 or something like that. Couple of other things that threw me off is the other counter lady was facing the bread rack and coughing without turning her head or covering her mouth. The person making my sandwich also reached into her shirt pocket with gloved hands to check her phone several times, not very hygienic.

I love Broulim's they have a variety of interesting things! they have lots of nice health food and delicious homemade tortillas, you can get a lunch with a chicken strip potatoes and a delicious piece of bread for three bucks! The stores are usually very clean and the people are usually incredibly helpful. they make delicious sushi! And it's one of the few places in town I can buy a yerba mate drink :-)

Broulims combines the supermarket experience with the friendly, cozy atmosphere that one can only find at Grandma's. The employees are always kind and thoughtful, eager to help out with anything. They go above and beyond for their customers to ensure complete satisfaction. Broulims also offers a wide variety of food choices and brands that you can't get anywhere else like unique ethnic foods, artisan pickles, and more. There is also a Dairy Queen that offers a full menu as well as ice cream cakes. Broulims also has an expansive deli section that offers salads, subs, cheese and meats, fried chicken and ribs/smoked chicken and sides, as well as lunch items to pick up. There are seating areas on the first and second floors. The pharmacy offers great discounts and they're fast and friendly.

I love Broulims, and it's not just because I know Dick. It's because in a world of unempathetic, impersonal superstores you can go into any of the Broulims stores and get what you want. If they don't have it they'll order it for you. If you can't come get it, they'll deliver it to you. The delivery thing isn't new, they've been doing it since we've lived here, since 1991. Service, Service, Service is they're credo and if you are employed there and don't do your job with a smile... you'll be having a meeting with management! Great people! Great business!
