Origin's has homemade dishes for breakfast and lunch. This is quickly becoming a neighborhood staple and a part of my weekly routine. Tasty baked goods, breakfast/lunch specials and of course the produce market upstairs make this spot stand out in downtown Atlanta.

Very slow. 25 minutes for wait in line and preparation of sandwich. Many employees standing around. Owner argued with me regarding flat soda, he neglected to correct the issue. Also argued with another customer regarding the taste of the tea.

This is the ONLY place I recommend for lunch downtown. I got the chicken and rice soup with a half turkey sandwich. The soup was very hot and tasty. The sandwich was so fresh, bread was pillowy and the turkey was so yummy. Highly recommend! The absolute only thing I would change is the amount of plastic and styrofoam that came with my meal. I would love an eat in option with real plates instead of single use waste.

Employees were nice. However, i was disappointed to learn that the online menu is inconsistent with the menu posted in the restaurant. Items we thought were available the day we went weren’t actually available. The place was busy, so it must be good. Just don’t go with your taste buds set on a particular item :-)

Love Origin Market! Best place downtown for Saturday breakfast. You can indulge with eggs, grits and hash browns, or go healthy with fruit and yogurt. Everything is delicious and the owners + staff are the nicest people. After you've eaten, be sure to check out the produce market upstairs! Local eggs & milk available ❤️
