If you want good fresh fruit or vegetables from Georgia go to Lewis produce they will take pea out of the hull for you and hand picked Georgia peaches. Those were some of the sweetest peaches I've eaten in a long time.

Great little market for good fresh produce .Also sell lots of different types of honey. They also have whole shelled Georgia Pecans and Crushed for my favorite Pecan pie. Very friendly and helpful owners and employees. Prices are very reasonable!!

I called yesterday in reference to cases of Granny Smith Apples.. I was told yes, "we have plenty". Drove over an hour to get here only to be told they only hve a half of a case. I get apples from this company every year.. I guess this will be the last year... then tell me to come back on Monday...No, I called and came today for a reason.. I need them now!!!

I hate to leave a bad review but I had 10 tomatoes, 4 green tomatoes, 3 summer squash, 3 zucchini (one was broken), a watermelon, two peaches and two onions and the bill came up to $42. I'm sorry, I support farmers but that is insane. I went to the farmers market in Valdosta bought the same thing (actually I bought more stuff) minus the watermelon and peaches for $10. Too rich for my blood!!

Huge assortment of produce and jams jellies. The only reason i'm giving them 4 stars is, they don't have prices on their products. You have to ask, and they are so busy.(It took almost 20 minutes to find out how much the peaches were)

We occasionally shop there while we're in Thomasville. The started out with garage roll-up doors across the front and produce displayed for easy selection. A few years ago they enclosed the front and added air conditioning and heat...much needed things in the hot South Georgia summers and sometimes cold winter days. The produce, jellies, etc., are top notch and most appear to have been grown or made locally. Their prices are very good, and the staff gives that personal service that's hard to find these days. My wife and I highly recommend Lewis...and it's worth the drive from Tallahassee. As a side benefit, gas is less expensive in Thomasville than in Tallahassee.
