This is really a great farmers market... But they take it too far. They give off the vibe of being self righteous... They have all these rules. And don't even think about the customer is always right slogan.. Not here. It's their way or leave. The prices aren't competitive.. Caribbean fruit

Price of Ox tail too high, memorial drive a $1 cheaper per pound. They run out of Reggae Country jerk season so mi a have fi go to the Memorial drive market any way. Next tim mi a just by pass this place and go straight to memorial drive unless I need something very simple.

Wasn’t impressed....The same food can be found in the local supermarket for less. This is a warehouse that sell Caribbean products. The bathroom was clean a plus but the seafood area was a turn off ... I couldn’t proceed further the odor was so strong. Smell like stale seafood or dead fish. The staff was not welcoming.

They have 0% customer service, I went there 12 mintues to closing and before I even make it to the door, Police officer standing at the door shout they are close , I taught they close at 9pm, I don't know if I can spend my money with them after they sold me some spoil fish, now this.

This place has just about everything that you would want in a caribbean store...was here a few years ago and they have decreased the amount of items that they carried back then...very large meat department...clean environment.

I was not going to be able to make the store today due to my overnight shift. I was going to take a early lunch to run out during the evening, but decided to call to check their holiday hours first. The phone was answered on the 1st ring with holiday cheer and with an extremely polite tone. She said they will be open til 08:30 Xmas Eve and on XMAS DAY from 0800-1600!. I told her she made my day, she said, "You made mine for valuing our business".. KUDOS to the Caribbean Farmers Market.

I have shopped at this store for so many years but I feel like they don't care about their customers. This year father's day weekend I stopped by there on the way home just to grab some groceries, Not knowing that the store was closing early, cool. I can understand that, but when my godmother and I arrived at the check out, this dirty drugged looking white girl with nasty teeth was so freaking rude to us, I hurried up and got out of there before a confrontation occured, obviously by that time I was irritated. I asked her " are you having a good day"? She said oh I have a cold so that's why you're being nasty to the people that support your job. I left now today the bag of rice I purchased that day is fulled of bugs. Shockingly, I checked the rice just to see, and it is filled with little creatures. I have been calling them, but no one is answering the phone which is bad customer service. Depends on how this end, I don't blame them for this incident but as a merchant you are responsible for what you sell. Things happen, so I look forward to going up there to exchange this bag of bugs rice

I LITERALLY HATE GOING TO THIS STORE. IT SMELLS HORRIBLE! ITS NOT CLEAN AT ALL. I SLIPPED ON THE FLOOR WHILE SHOPPING BECAUSE THEY DECIDED TO USE EXCESSIVE POLISH TO WAX A DIRTY FLOOR. The Shea Butter was white and hard and old. It is supposed to be the texture of butter and light yellow in color. I have used Shea Butter before. I put a little on my face and eyes. I called up to tell them the quality was poor and was told to put it into a microwave to soften it. That did not sound right taking a natural product and destroying it with a microwave. The place looked dirty too not well kept.

My review if for the seafood the department. Very rude customer service. 2 of the MALE employees were arguing with me when I visited here today because I request for service with placing my order to get some fish. I was getting other items here and I lefted everything and went to DeKalb where I found cheaper prices for my fish. I was a regular here but after these MALE open their mouths today it's the last time. On to DeKalb farmers market I go. Ps. Mi work too hard fi my money fi a argue with people fi get some service fyi them have other farmers market. Uno fava idiot. Also do something about the smell inna this place mi go other farmers market when have seafood section and in there no smell so.

Personally I would not set foot back in this store. Worst experience I've ever had. The sea food Dept in particular horrible customer service and rude. When a store like this comes in our community and treats us like nothing we have to take a stand an let them know who spends the money in this store. And if they can't do better by us as a African American community we need to come together as a people and shut it down. My experience was with the seafood manager which is Latino which I felt as a customer very uncomfortable with his demeanor and condescending tone. And walked away from me when I was trying to make an order and left me standing there. If the manager of this store can't correct this he needs to go as well. We need to stop letting businesses lol Iike this in our community. If this business can't do better by us let's shut it down. Horrible!!!

This store is convenient for the little add on things needed when cooking. The quality of the produce is hit or miss. Don't know if that's on the produce manager or the buyer, but it's bringing down the produce department. Good selection but often times bad quality. Produce shouldn't be dirty or already spoiling on the shelf. That's a no-no. Because of the smell when entering the store I can't even think about buying meat or fish from here. I'm torn between if the smell disappears or if I just get use to it. This shouldn't be a question when in a grocery store. Still customer service is always good. Miss doing my Sunday morning shopping here though. It was one of my Sunday morning things to do. The only store that you could shop and listen to gospel music. You'd pass other customers humming, or just smile and nod. The whole store would be in a good mood. Hope they reconsider opening on Sundays again, that would be a great convenience to their customers that I'm sure would be appreciated.

The store stinks when you first walk in it's very unpleasant. I don't purchase meats from here only my candles and a few occult supplies or dry Asian or African or Caribbean spices. Veggies are old and wilted I don't trust the meat or seafood because of the initial stench.

Thieves! I paid for groceries and when I arrived to my home, I found that an item I bought $21.95 worth of meat was not packed in the bag. When I called the store, they asked if it was 5 lbs of meat, which is exactly what was not packed. I drove back to the store only to be told that nothing was on record for being missing. Therefore there was nothing that could be done. Even though someone had told me earlier that they have. So now, not only did they steal my grocery item, I wasted gas running back and forth for nothing. Don't waste your time shopping here. They are unscrupulous!

If you made it here congrats, this is special! So much space and attention given to ingredients that can otherwise be hard to find, reasonable prices, and huge selection. Proud to support what was otherwise just another run down strip mall in the neighborhood. Just the spice aisle and seafood section alone are reason enough to keep coming back here! Be on the lookout for fresh herbs, callaloo, pumpkin, breadfruit, wild cause fish/crawfish, and some bizarre meats. Similar to the dekalb farmers market but calmer
