Walmart grocery pickup is so convenient and it's free. The workers have always been so nice. If they substitute something it's always for a better brand or bigger item. The only downside is that sometimes there is a wait because they are so busy. But it's no big deal.

This is an amazing service! We use it regularly and I've never had any issues. The people have all been wonderful and the service has always been quick. My. Only complaint would be that they use too many bags but I'm sure it's to keep from having people complain about certain items being bagged together.

Being able to shop online and get it the groceries loaded in the car for me is so awesome! I am disabled and it is hard to walk sometimes, definitely hard to bend as well. This is my new way of shopping from now on!

Is it just my wife and I? What used to be a lifesaver of a service, is now a 30 minute wait for groceries. EVERY. TIME. On Saturday, i had a 45 minute wait. Today, my wife waited for the same amount of time. She showed up at 4 for her 4-5 pickup. Received an email at 4 telling her that there was a delay in her order. Then the workers gave her some story that it was ready, but yet it wasn't, and it was the systems fault, an they had to figure it out.. Extremely disappointed. When we were in California, a bigger, busier, more walmart, we showed up and left our parking spot within 5 minutes and had a VERY large order for a family reunion of over 150 people. Not sure what is happening to the grocery pickup here on Ten Mile. Also, who else hates when you show up. call and let them know you are there, and then a minute later, someone else pulls up, and they get their groceries loaded before you? Rant over. Walmart, step your game up!

If you're in a rush and want to avoid the long lines, then you should take advantage of this service. Purchase what you need online and it will be brought to your car, already bagged, and placed into whatever space you wish them to put it. They verify the grocery list with you right then and there.

This service is excellent! You order what you need online, then choose a time that you want to pick up your order, drive around to the back into the parking space, call the number there, and I doubt they come with your order in put it in your car even informing rain. I find the service very valuable because I am elderly
