I love this location. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They run weekly specials at very low prices. The bakey is one of the best in town. Try the creme brulee, they crisp the top right before you take it. It's amazing

I enjoy shopping at the fresh market and mainly go there for the fresh coffee beans. Everything else is over priced for my taste buds. On Tuesday they do sell ground chuck $2.99 a pound and boneless skinless chicken breast for $2.99 a pound. They claim 100% vegetarian diet with their chicken breast

My office moved right next to this location, however am now not excited about it. I’ve been there a handful of times and 2 big things have bugged me: the produce section is inconsistently stocked, always out of simple things. Then the gentlemen who works the meat counter is simply not a pleasant person. I’ve interacted with him 2 or 3 times now and he clearly does not want to be there.

This store is AMAZING. Once you step in, you feel a cool breeze and the fragrant smell of flowers and garlic bread or something. It's cute, clean, and feels like an old renaissance type market. They have unique foods and fresh cut salmon. I LOVE therir SMOKED SALMON. I like to pick up healthy snacks, candies, and vegetables here. BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS THEY HAVE!!!! Get them for Mtoher's day valentines day, etc

I go here to get away from the people at Publix. It's such a cute store. The smell of fresh flowers as you walk in makes you want to return for all of your future shopping needs. One thing I don't like is you have to wait a while to check out because they only have one or two people at the cash registers so don't go if your in a hurry. In fact don't go at all I like it less crowded

I buy my meats and coffee at The Fresh Market they always have deals and that's about the only place you can get fresh escargot the steaks are unbelievably delicious the filet mignon is very good they have the chicken with the stuffed mushrooms and many other varieties of stuff chicken and fish well worth the money well worth the trip thumbs up on this one.

I buy chicken and ground beef on Tuesdays, the last time I was there the butcher made a mistake and labeled one of the packages wrong. It was labeled for some $20 / lb meat. Simple mistake, I went back the next day to get it corrected. The butcher was very apologetic, repackaged the chicken and followed me to the front register. He made sure I was refunded all the money and gave me the chicken at no charge for the trouble. It was only $5 worth of chicken but his commitment to customer satisfaction was exemplary. Otherwise it's a nice grocery store with good prices and a good selection!

Wonderful and unique grocery choices....the deli is fantastic and a great meat department. Don't skip the bakery, the kitchen-sink cookies are worth the trip :) On the weekends a very friendly and funny clerk named Mel serves samples hot off the grill. Yum -Yum. Last visit I tried the delicious "gourmet" Swiss steak burger and a grilled peach with blue cheese and vinaigrette. Both very good.

Food so good! I'm in love with the dilly cucumber salad. And they humor me by picking out all the tomatoes! My husband likes the roasted chicken salad and the Waldorf chicken salad. They have kale chips and healthier junk food chips made with avocado oil. They have stuff for meat eaters and vegans alike. The Crispy Green brand of freeze dried fruit is so good. Particularly the mango or banana variety. I'M addicted; I have to limit myself to one bag and it never makes it home.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I called and placed an order for a fully cooked turkey on Thursday, November 17th for Thanksgiving. I talked to a gentleman on the phone, placed my order and scheduled a time for pick up on Wednesday, November 23rd. I called a couple hours before my pick up time on the 23rd just to verify that my name was on the list for a turkey. My name WAS NOT on the list and they said they have no record of me placing an order for a turkey. When I placed my order over the phone, I didn't receive an order number so it was my word against their list. I didn't even get the name of the gentleman I placed my order with because it never dawned on me that they wouldn't have a turkey for me. Very, very, very disappointing on their part. They told me they had fresh turkeys but never offered to anything special on their end to help the situation. If you plan on placing an order, make sure you have documentation of everything...when you called, who you talked to and ask for a confirmation number or a purchase order number. I, on the other hand, will not be shopping here, ever.

The quality of their meats surpasses anywhere I have ever gone before! This market is packed full of wholesome products that are super fresh. Don't be surprised at how packed it is when you go their as it is a hidden Gem that mostly only locals know of. If you like Blue Cheese you'll have to try their Blue-cheese Burgers they have to be the best I have ever tasted by far. Wait until you see this place. It's of course a little more expensive than your normal grocery store but you'll understand why once you see and taste.

If you like Mother's, Sprouts, Trader Joe's or Fresh Market try coming here.I'm new here from CA, where there are plenty of options for fresh, healthy options. Here in FL, it's great to fiind this place without having to travel to Winter Park or Oviedo. So many wonderful products and tasty food options. A suggested product I would like to see here is "Yo" yogurt by Yoplait (plain as 17g protein 1g sugar) it's made with milk but ultrafiltered so, 99% lactose free. The plain is a great alternative to Greek yogurt. They have other flavors too. "Calm" by Natural Vitality is awesome product a natural stress tea, I give it to my son 2 times a day so it lowers his level of anxiety at school and at night he sleeps well. I have bought this product for over 13 years. Please offer it. Last, Diet Hansen's soda, it's sugar, caffeine, sodium free. *Try the Wild Salmon salad in one of fresh bars, ready to eat an so good. I love the decaf coffee samples, such a generous touch. I love the bulk dark chocolate sugar free almonds and my son loves the chocolate covered pretzels. Please branch out to more sugar free dark chocolate anything else. If you haven't tried it go!

I had the worst customer service experience today. I pulled a number at the butcher section and they skipped me over. When I told the gentleman working there, he said “I called it”. I joked and asked “are you calling me a liar?” and he shrugged. I finally got my overpriced veal chops. The wine selection is horrible, the cheese is just junk and everything is overpriced. I am more than willing to pay for quality but you’re just paying for atmosphere here.

I have shopped at this store quite a bit and was always very happy with the products and purchases. I went to the store specifically on Thursday, May 29 for the rotisserie chicken that they advertised for $5.00. There were 4 left but they refused to sell them saying they were spoken for. Spoken for? I asked if you had to call to order and I was told no. So who was it they were being saved for? Employees? I’m not sure I will continue shopping there. I found this unacceptable!!

I shop here primarily to buy USDA prime cuts of beef. I bought a brisket that was USDA prime, and it was absolutely unbelievable. So when I had a group of 10 people over, I bought two of them and they turned out to be just excellent. I followed it up a few weeks later by purchasing to USDA prime New York strip steaks. I reverse sear them and they were absolutely the best steaks I've had. There are a lot of reasons to shop here. I love this place

Love this store! Employees are always friendly and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. It's a great place to pick up unique food items not found in your typical grocery store. The meat and seafood departments always have fresh, top quality items. They are a bit more expensive than your average grocery store, but the quality and variety are well worth the price. The bakery has beautiful, great tasting treats, and some of the best tarts I have ever tried. I have been shopping there for years and have yet to be disappointed in any way!

They always have great variety of products, but every time I purchase fresh chicken it ends up being spoiled by the time I get home. I have brought it up to management but they weren't concerned about it probably little rude I woud say. The need to pay attention to detail to the temperatures of raw meats ( under 41 degrees Fahrenheit). They don't make the olive bread anymore as well as the fried chicken. I wish Whole Foods was around this area.

Good butcher shop, fresh produce with great deals like the little big meal for $20. The also have a good deli, breads and baked goods. You probably won't want to do all your weekly shopping here as grocery items are limited. But for specialty items, produce and quality meat, it's a great option.

I'm a little new to all of this so I felt very overwhelmed. One of the cashiers, Zuleika, and one of the chefs behind the cheese counter (I'm sorry. I don't know her name) were amazing and kept calm. They helped us pick everything up and switch out items. The chef immediately got out a mop and cleaned it up. Within 2 minutes, it was like it never happened. I truly appreciate their kindness and will definitely be coming back to this store more often.

Alway the best selection of fresh veggies, meats and seafood. I have been getting their holiday special for every holiday for the past couple years. The boxes are the best, just order online and choose the time to pick it up, you go in at you chosen time amd it is all packed neatly and ready to go, no fighting the holiday chaos to shop. We've been shopping at the Lake Mary Fresh Market since day one and have been very satisfied with vegetables, meats and seafood, especially the Ultimate crab cakes - Love it!. Past several weeks, however, crab cakes were not the way they were. Lump meats are gone, mushy and taste has diminished. What changed? Chefs, management? People want quality food and expect higher price to pay but don't change the recipes, lowering quality and keeping the price the same is not good business practice. Raise the price If it cost more to make. This forcing me to think twice before shopping there. Cashiers have improved. Customers are more important than chit chat with their peers. Good thing.

Realized that the ground beef was not in the bag. Looked at the receipt and showed " it was purchased". Well it's not in the bag ???? Immedialtly called and talked to one of the Managers , explained my situation. He was very polite and stated that I could bring in receipt and they would make it right. Great customer service !!! However I honestly thought it would not be feasible for me to drive all the way back for 8 dollars of meat. Second experience. Just a couple days ago was in and bought a good variety of meat. Including chicken. Again, today is Sun , I purchased it on Fri. Well I go to open bag of chicken and OMG !!!! The smell was terrible. I only live 2 miles away so meat was properly stored right away. Never seen chicken go bad in 2 days !!!!! Well needless to say I was not happy , nor was I going to attempt to call them , nor drive smelly chicken in my car back to them. I hate to say it but I don't think I will shop there anymore. As I said, always generally good fresh product and great place to shop . But...........

I’m writing this review for my wife. Our daughter was in the bulk food area trying to collect some peppermint sticks from the container. They only had a scoop there, and it was very difficult to get them using that tool. So out of desperation, my daughter removed the small amount she wanted with her fingers, being very careful not to touch any of the others. Then, from the other end of the aisle, one of the female workers started yelling at my daughter for doing that. My wife was in the area and heard this lady’s voice and berating tone of voice. She couldn’t believe she was yelling at our own daughter like that. Treating her like a criminal. Disgusting! My wife didn’t want to make a scene or report it, which would have made our daughter even more upset than she already was. At the register, my wife did run into that worker nearby and explained why our daughter handled the items with her fingers. The worker just shrugged her shoulders and didn’t apologize. Nothing. Then the cashier asked my wife if that lady said anything to them earlier. He then rolled his eyes and made comments that would indicate this woman has a reputation of being nasty to customers as well as workers. I guess Fresh Market allows this abuse? Yes, sanitation is of utmost importance at a food store, but the point is HOW this woman communicated it to our daughter. This disgusting attitude was totally unacceptable. We will never step foot in this place again until they make drastic changes to their customer service skills training. They dropped the ball on this one. All it takes is ONE nasty encounter with a worker in the customer industry for many people to just easily move on to another establishment that respects their paying customers.

They really care about their customers!! I had left something at the store, and it was just before closing. I got to my next stop, and thought to look for that item. It was not there. So, I went back to the store though it was 15-min after closing. They were certainly closed. But, I called, and they actually picked up!! Amazing! Not only that, the manager and his asst mgr (I assume) went to look for the item, and got it to me. Unbelievable! Great customer service. I will also always shop there and tell my friends. They are always helpful there. But, this was above and beyond for sure

This is a very nice store. Lots of seasonal offerings as well as standard, all-year-round food and incidentals. The store is very clean. There is a wide variety of products. I didn't pay much attention to the meat as I don't eat much meat. I do eat lots of seafood, though, and there was a good selection that looked nice and fresh. All told, shopping here was a pleasant experience. Given the store, it's offerings, and the location, I believe that it will do just fine. Customers that shopped at the Albertsons that was previously at this location will find it easy to adjust to shopping here. Last but most certainly not least, there were ample checkouts staffed. I waited almost no time at all to be served. I experienced no problems with any aspect of my visit here today.

I have shopped at fresh market for years. I have converted many friends & family to also shop there. I even raved about the food & service to a few of the aides that come in from Hospice to take care of my husband, and they now shop at the store. The store is clean, for food is fresh and the employees are freindly and helpful. Much to my surprise, my daughter called me the other day to complain about her experience. She said steaks were on sale and she was having guests that night so she decided to get the steaks there. (she brought up an add on her electronic device). Much to her surprise when she told the meat man the price on the package was incorrect, he basically told her "too bad" that is not the price on my machine. She said to take the meat back and again he refused. She then went to the manager on duty who told her he had every right to refuse the advertised price. until my daughter said the I don't want them. Then and only then did the manager offer to sell them to her at the advertised price. By then my daughter was so fed up and said it's a little to late for that & left the store to get the steaks somewhere else. In my experience everyone there would bend over backwards to make your shopping experience enjoyable. Maybe some employees need a refresher course in how to make customers happy and want to return.

Fresh Market is not a huge super store. When you walk in its more of an indoor market experience. You literally can't get a better deal on quality floral bouquets, the meat is so fresh and can be cut to order. I just love how they wrap it in brown freezer paper. Let me start by saying I love the Fresh Market, I go there on a regular basis. The reason for only 4 stars is because I'm upset about the recent lack of organization. I love their weekly little big meal deal, but 3 out of 4 times I go in there to pick it up... there's at least one item missing, if not multiple. Then I sometimes end up waiting up to 30 minutes for someone to help me and provide a substitute. The other week I went in and the employee said they had nothing to substitute and I walked out with nothing. Why is there not someone dedicated to making sure that area is either stocked, provides a substitute, or at least puts a sign up saying they're out...

Their croissants are DELISH and they usually have a special that gives you (4) free croissants with the purchase of Chicken Salad. Also, my ultimate favorite is their Little Big Meal special. For $20 you get 4-6 items for a whole meal ! Recipes change weekly. For example: (Meats, pre-cut veggies, dessert, side). Great beer and wine selection. Definitely would recommend shopping here! Little big meal this week was tacos: chicken strips, dessert, tortillas, salsa and guacamole and taco seasoning. Kinda sad they no longer have the mini triangle shaped cranberry/orange scones. For a place called The Fresh Market, one would think that their selection of fish would be fresh. Have not visited this store since our neighborhood stored closed down in Longwood. I shop daily as i am a private chef with clients of many needs. The 2 lead people I saw (who had transfered from the Longwood store) still remembered me and it was an awesome reunion and excellent shopping experience. I realized that l must take the extra time and driving to shop at the grocery store that has no equals in the Orlando area in quality, service at fair prices.

Upscale food market with both basics and specialty items. Wheelchair accessible parking, ramps and store isles are wide enough to navigate. There are employees that are easy to find if you need assistance. Some outdoor seating that can be accessible for hot take and go meals.

I love this place unfortunately the location in Longwood closed but I happen to be in Lake Mary so I always go in here it's quite expensive but they have wonderful food, wonderful snacks, wonderful produce and wonderful Bakery so it is worth the money to treat yourself once in awhile everything I buy here is incredibly great

two years ago I bought an expired soup on a lunch break and of course had to restort to eating snacks that day instead from around the office. Decided to give them another chance and they're still selling old food. They stock tortillas 10 days past the sell by date and they mislabel expiration dates for beef with sea food tags. Cross contamination and old food. I wish this place wasn't so bad I love the selection....hate the quality.

Always yummy salads and quick bites in the center deli, which by the way is a great concept in floor layout for a market! Sushi is fresh too! Great laid back place to shop for high end goods but decent prices. Obviously it's not where you go for your main home "staples", but for meats, dairy, deli and produce year round, hard to beat.
