You will see all the feddbacks of people who are purchasing the products of Sprouts Farmers Market (Fruit Store) in the area close to Florida.
At the present this business receives a rating of 3.8 out of 5 and the rating is based on 73 reviews.
As you can see its rating is quite positive, and it is based on a very high number of feddbacks, so we may think that the valuation is very reliable. If many people have bothered to give their opinion when they are satisfied with the service, is that it works.
You know that we do not usually stop to write feddbacks when they are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Fruit Store corresponds to the category of Health food store.
The employees here are helpful and friendly. Love the positive atmosphere. The fresh produce is one of my fav's, though they also have great deals throughout with a nice meat department, deli, and healthy grocery items. The bulk selection is wonderful and I was surprised at the vitamin and healthand beauty selection as well as the staff knowledge. Great place!
Very clean and reasonable prices
Wow. Great grocery store. Fresh produce ready to use. Excellent meats. Great prices.
Great produce
Great prices on really fresh produce.
Love the selection of produce. Organic and conventional. Great and clean selection of bulk items too.
Cheese and Meat selection is excellent and very reasonably priced, produce is nothing special. Dry goods are the same as you would find in Whole Foods, but they do have an excellent bulk bin selection of nuts and dried fruits and mixes.
I love this store. The produce is the freshest and cheapest in town. I start at Sprouts every shopping day.
Lots of Gluten-free options with special Gluten-free tags.
Awesome!!!
Best place for produce
Overpriced and underwhelmed. I guess I should have babysat the lady after she asked us what she wanted, but since it was my first time I wanted to see everything they have to offer. PSA: go to Publix.
Dillons is just as good, better because you get fuel points
Great selection of items but every time I go checking out takes forever. Not sure if there aren't enough cashiers or they are just slow.
What a terrible experience at the new sprouts in Clearwater. We were told very bluntly at 9:00PM by a store employee to “leave now”! “The registers are closing the people want to go home”. We were just grabbing our last item and then heading to the register but I guess there was no way to tell us politely to finish our shopping. The tone in the employee’s voice was like he was gonna drag me out if I didn’t move right away. I was in the store for my first time to check it out and I will never be back. I’ve been a regular customer of Whole Foods for a long time and I guess that’s the way it’s going to remain considered how I was treated. To make matters worse; when I got home I realize that the little pack of fresh basil I bought was moldy inside as well as a pack of oyster mushrooms was a good week as well. Since they had covered- up most of the produce coolers for the night by 8:45 PM when I was shopping it was hard to see what I was grabbing from the dark. Either the company could care less about the customer or the store really needs a manager. Either way they got my last dollar. Really a shame since the store itself seemed quite nice.
Great sales on meat and produce. Has a large variety of gluten free frozen foods but not the lowest prices - even on sale
Way more affordable than the over-rated Whole Foods
Freshest vegetables and fruits in town at bargain prices. If you are going to Dillions or Krispy Cream you should stop by and see what they have.
I enjoy coming here to grab specific items that I need. Their bakery items are so delicious! I like to grab lunch here at their salad bars. Their produce is very good and fresh. Prices are reasonable. You can find everything you need to stock up for all your organic meds makeup hygiene products etc
An awesome new healthy food option in Wichita.
Found a lot of the produce yo be fresh and Very reasonably priced in fact there were several items that cost less here than dillons and Wal-Mart. The deli selection is fantastic large fresh made brats and sausages bigger than your average bun. Also the chicken (raw) was significantly lower priced than what we paid at Dillon s earlier in the day.
Not a safe place to shop.
Amazing produce, but that's really the only good thing I can say. I will return for the produce, but that is all. Everything else was significantly overpriced, and the staff was not helpful or friendly. No one even asked if I needed help or offered any kind of 'hi' or 'how are you.'
Terrible customer service.
Great fresh produce at low prices!
Have the best deli meat!
I called to ask if they had pumpkin butter and was put on hold 4 times a total of 16 minutes then to find out the didn’t have it.
Good selection
I enjoy coming here for the vitamin, fresh fruit and skincare selection. They also have the best prices and sales on pretty much everything
If I had to choose between going here or to natural grocers, I would choose here. The produce all looked good, and it's cheaper than whole foods.
Best employee attitude compared to Natural Grocers, and Whole Foods.
Easy to find what I needed. And the cashier was friendly but not overbearing.
Worst store iv ever been too. Kicked me out and said I wasn't allowed to come back all bc I went to see my mom while she was at work and got a sample and they kicked me out. I can say ill NEVER go back and will go to a different store who treat everyone the right way.
Great store. Good prices and fresh produce
Has all the same products that Natural Grocers has. Just at a higher price but it is a nicer store.
This is truly a great place to stay healthy
So happy Sprouts opened in Wichita
So much bigger than PH location. Great meat specials. Seriously, 9.99 filet mignon? Awesome!
Best place to go for fresh produce, bulk, and specialty diet items! Employees are friendly and attentive, which is refreshing compared to most stores.
Great store, great food, nice employees
Great prices, Great layout, Great food ❤️
Sprouts is awesome! Love the selection of produce and the great prices!
Visited the store for the first time last night and was extremely impressed. The prices on their produce are less than Publix (even comparable organic items), the staff was friendly and the layout was fantastic. I definitely will be back!
Store is clean & well maintained. As typical for this store employees were stocking & getting ready for the day but it was good to see that for the most part everyone was busy & friendly. However my only complaint/concern is when I was checking out I was not greeted in a friendly manner plus the person checking me out was also busy checking her cell phone instead of at least attempting to engage in friendly manner. What makes it even more ridiculous is that she was the "head cashier ".
WONDERFUL!!+
We stopped in for a healthy lunch. Trying to avoid the fast/junk food scene. Great choices of soups, salads, and sandwiches. Great food.
Just called to get one of their $11.99 chicken 8 pieces chicken meal with two sides-bread and an gallon of tea they are putting it together for me the ready when I get there
Grand opening. Very good deals. Hurry, free Samples.
I live in this neighborhood, but even if I were a ways away I would still come to Sprouts. It's my favorite grocery store in Wichita, especially for produce. The produce is always incredibly fresh and they have more produce inventory than even some of the bigger grocery stores.
Great Selection and Quality. Terrible Customer experience. Lines are always long and it's impossible to get in and out. Spend more time waiting than shopping. Self-Checkout highly recommended.
Quality store with great prices
Sprouts is a charming place with a whole array of choices. Great place for buying any bulk Nuts and or fresh organic Veges. Fantastic service. Proten powders, Honey, and Vitamins. Good luck shopping there it is Sweet.
Soups are good and I like their ready to eat meals. Muffins age OK and are priced right.
Best place to buy produce!! Great prices
Great place, good service!
Love the store as I did the other locations but never been greeted and Everytime I checkout the cashier's just are happy or friendly. 3 different times 3 different cashier's. Kinda depressing right when you leave.
NOPE, will never wait in line this long again. Cashier's have no idea what they are doing and taking forever. Not much fresh made in store and what is looks terrible. Shop elsewhere
I bought a box of cereal on Feb. 8th, 2017 that expired in Dec. 2016. Non-sale prices too high. Some decent sale prices, but no better than elsewhere in town. Some were higher than Dillons or Natural Grocers. Hectic shopping experience. Disappointing selection of organics. Not a store for my family...
it's a bit pricey but the food looked nice. It was my first time in there but no one bothered to find out. I didn't get greeted by friendly faces as I had hoped. I took my daughter with me hoping to sway her to shop here, she wasn't very impressed.
Great staff and wonderful products.
They have good prices on produce.
Great prices on produce. Also being a new place it is very busy
Only place that I ever found almond milk to be buy one get on free, best deal!
Fresh produce, meats all natural products
Fruit, vegetables and cheese purchased wad good. However I bought couple pounds of the garlic roasted potatoes from the deli, everyone three their's away, very bland with a bad after taste of dirt, wasted $6 on trash!
Amazing customer service the workers are great prices are cheap this place is number one for me now thank you very much
Terrible customer service..!! Email send as requested but even after a month, no call or email on the said issue (detailed in email).. This seems to added to your in-store bad experience...
Second time in a row I bought fish I had to return because the smell was a nasty bad fish Odor. Fresh fish is not supposed to smell.
Love having a Sprouts in WIchita.
A very friendly staff. The food quality is excellent. The prices are surprisingly inexpensive. The quality of meat is awesome. I now buy most of my produce and meat here!
Love having such a great selection of natural and organic foods at such reasonable prices. And excellent customer service!
I absolutely love this place. I love the prices and options for produce. A lot of the things I'd purchase at Dillons are so much more expensive, so I'd rather go across the street to Sprouts!
Nice store
I was excited when Sprouts came to Wichita and I've very much enjoyed shopping there, until today. I dropped by with my 91 yr old mother, who elected to stay in the car while I picked up 3 item: steel cut oats, daikon radishes, and organic cabbage. Took my items to the pink haired lady running the express line and it went downhill from there.... I ran my mother's oats first and chatted with another customer while this transaction was being processed... as she gave me the change, I noticed that instead of charging me the correct price of $.99 lb, she charged me $1.29 lb. Then, she told me that she knew and had previously advised management of the incorrect pricing... that didn't exactly make me feel better. Then, she said she didn't know how to correct the transaction.... as I continued to wait, she finally called over another checker who quickly fixed everything and redid the transaction correctly. Next, she started on my 2 items and proceeded to incorrectly charge me $1.99 lb. on my Daikon, instead of the correct price of $1.49 lb. I told her what the price should be since I buy it nearly weekly, and she never said sorry or anything,... she proceeded to keep the line stopped until she could get another associate to check the price... After a few more minutes, he came back to her and agreed that the $1.49 price was the correct one... Again, no apology for the error or inconvenience. Last was my organic cabbage which she also overcharged me for and again, I pointed out the error. She looked at me in frustration, and I advised her to get the price checked. She contacted the same associate (I believe his name was Matt) and off he went again. After some time passed (and a further buildup of the line of people behind me), Matt returned with another older gentleman from Produce, and again the price was corrected. None of the employees seemed at all concerned about apologizing to me for the inconvenience, etc. I advised the customer behind me to doublecheck the transactions as apparently the PLU numbers in the system had not been updated correctly.. Horrible experience today..... I now have zero confidence in the prices in their system and will have to be sure to verify every one. Also, the treatment today was awful.
Without a hesistation 5 stars
Fresh produce! Fair prices
Delicious!
How many times has the health department visited this store??? I would stay away from the meat and deli department..while returning outdated yogurt I saw they were being inspected. Heard an employee tell another employee that old meat was being sold. Gross......
I like their fruits and vegetables other product are overpriced sometimes
This is a great location and easy to access for everyone, with all the usual items you would find in a Sprouts Market, including the dining area for eating in the store. The location is easy to access and find plus it is right next to a bookstore so that is a bonus. The staff seems confident and very helpful and willing able to answer any questions or help you find any of your needs.
Great!
Loved the store, rotisserie chickens looked great, I don’t eat much meat but figured why not. Just cut off a few slices then put some in my lunch. Noticed at work chicken closer to the bone is raw. Call store to let them know, they act like no big deal.. I ask to speak to manager, I do and she transfers me to meat dept. mngr a Brad. He never answers. I call back , same thing happens. I was simply trying to make them aware since they’re new. They did not care at all. Hope I don’t get sick
Seems overpriced. Not much selection. Having seen their ad in my mailbox yesterday I decided to stop in. 2 of the 3 items I wanted from the ad were out of stock. 4 slices of some special bacon of some sort were $2.74, bell peppers were 11 cents higher than Publix where I bought some yesterday. The 'no guns' sign at the entrance is off-putting. I'm sure it is fine for hippies with extra cash, but it is a no-go for me from now on. I left without buying anything as they didn't have the things I came in for.
Our favorite grocery store with the nicest people there!! Lovely selection of healthy food and it is very organized.
Great place for dairy free options.
Excellent food and employees
Finally healthy store I don't have to spend a ton to get great produce. Be sure to bring in your reusable grocery bags for a discount.
This was my first time in a Sprouts store. I only stopped in because I needed a k-tag next door at AAA. I had a few mins to kill and knew the store opened fairly recently. The green and white flags hanging from the roof to the parking lot look so inviting. I had previously downloaded their app and sifted for coupons/deals. I think every product I picked up today was new to me - which I see as a good thing. They offer a lot of BOGO or $1 off 2 mobile deals. So I got Voss sparkling, Argo teas, some kind of low cal energy drink, chips, wasa flatbread, and $2 off a grab and go Greek salad. I didnt get any produce or perishables but it was presented well and looked good. I guess the competitive edge with this place is supposed to be the large center section of bulk foods- nuts, rice, seeds etc? They have a decent health and beauty section. A couple employees asked to make sure I was finding everything ok or just a friendly hello. No long wait line but the cashier lady tried to put the chips in the same bag as the glass drink bottles
Amazing prices. Good quality!
Fresh vegies
The wait at the check out killed my experience. No excuse for a line with 8 people in it and only 1 register open. They never even made an attempt to open another register. I left my stuff in my cart and walked out. Very frustrating!!!
Nice new place- not having been to a Sprouts before, I would say it's similar to Whole Foods or Green Market. Great open layout and nice selection of brands I haven't seen before. Produce and butcher sections were well stocked, beer selection small but varied, and there are multiple island bars offering fresh prepared food. Place was packed but had no wait at checkout. Recommend bringing your own bags to save a few cents!
Fabulous food & reasonable prices!!!
Always in there for my grocery...kind of pricey though
Always support local organic!
Nice selection
Love shopping here! Their sales are great and their produce is always really good!
Today was my first time in a Sprouts store ever. It was extremely crowded and when I went to check out every line was very long. Unlike most stores that have a lighted sign for a 10 items or fewer lane, they had a wooden floor sign that I didn’t notice until I was already up to the cashier. I have my receipt which shows I had 21 items. After waiting in this line and not noticing the sign until there was only one person ahead of me. I waited to be up next because It was my first time and after waiting almost 10 minutes, I wasn’t going to go stand in another line because they have an unnoticable sign on the floor. There were two cashiers and the one that was checking me out was understanding about the situation. However the cashier next to her who wore a blue shirt that said head cashier was extremely rude. Tried to insist I go to another lane and told the other cashier not to check me out. When the other cashier checked me out the head cashier continued to berate me about how I was rude because the other customers that were waiting (as if I wasn’t a paying customer as well). Meanwhile “these others customers who didn’t seem to mind as much as she did were listening to all this.I explained to her as well that it was my first time in the store I had three kids with me and how I hadn’t seen the sign. Then she berated me more by questioning me twice as if I was stupid for not seeing the sign implying that I was lying. Even after that she continued to roll her eyes almost every time one of my items was scanned then snapped at the other cashier when she her asked her for the price of bread because there was no barcode on it. There prices were not that great to be treated so badly. I have been treated 100 times better in the worst Walmart’s. With stores like Whole Foods, target, nature’s food patch and Publix I have never been treated like that. After I left and was in the parking lot I called the store to talk to a manager. I talked to an associate that apologized and said a manager would call me but none ever did. Bad customer service isn’t worth saving a couple dollars on only a couple of items.
Great!
Awesome selection. Service is great. Facility is clean, well kept, well lit & handicap accessible. Variety of fresh produce & many healthy and/or organic options without breaking the bank. Debit card, cash, EBT all accepted.
The cashier here was so rude. Was here on 8/30 around 4:45 pm I asked for paper bags and she proceeded to ignore me and walked over to get the paper bags with a major attitude and did not speak a word to me. It’s not like she was busy either, overall just a very unfriendly experience. I get better customer service at a Walmart.
I thought I would try a market closer than my nearest Trader Joe’s for produce and interesting items not in you regular grocery store. There were some great sale prices on features items, and if you like to buy bulk there are a number of items available in large barrels. The store was clean and well stocked. Personally it just wasn’t Trader Joe’s but they don’t profess to be. It really is more produce oriented.
They have great choice in products, mainly produce. Wonderful customer service, there is always somebody there to lend you a hand or help you in any other way.
Love shopping here!!great healthy food at a great price
the most unprofessional management. also, check your expiration dates! people i know have purchased things from here expired in december 2016 but, then again, i don't expect much from these people. so disappointing.
It's nothing more then a Whole Foods wannabe.
Fantastic produce and more
I legibly LOVE this place! Fresh fruits and vegetables at a very affordable price!
Fresh food and vegetables
Prices aren't great except for sometimes sale prices. They definitely sell things that should not be sold in a "health food store". Worth checking the sale ad weekly because sometimes they do have good sales, but not worth going in otherwise.
Fair prices and I always find what I'm looking for.
Sprouts is my favorite grocery store in the area. The prices are great for better quality products. The staff is always friendly, products always stocked, produce looks great, and store is always clean. They even have a nice area for my teenager to go sit while I shop if he’s with me.
I am always able to find just what I need. They have much better pricing then the other organic stores. And I must tell you their sales are phenomenal. I am so very glad that they opened the store in Clearwater Florida. Their produce I would say is the top of any store I have been in. Prices are a little bit higher than most but their brand Are very good. And I would get them over a name brand. That's selection in the Bulk area is great. One of the best things I have found in that area is dark chocolate covered walnuts. I would give them a try and You will be hooked on them. Enjoy your shopping experience.
Overpriced and not nearly as good selection is Walmart or Dillons
What a cool store! The employees were pleasant and most of the produce looked amazing. Prices were reasonable, some of the sale items were cheaper than Dillon's or Wal-Mart and the quality was good. I drive a long way to visit this store once a month in order to stock up.
Love this place. I get all my fake meat vegan options here!
I asked the sushi person to make me a spicy tuna roll. Instead of making me a fresh one, he half-assedly handed me a pre packaged roll from earlier that day .... Fresh Market and Lucky's always makes me fresh sushi rolls when I ask. Customer service is so easy if you're just willing to try. C'mon guys, that was lame.
You just gotta know WHAT to buy here. Some of their items are less expensive and better than other stores, but some of their stuff is ridiculously expensive! So it's just the matter of buying the right stuff
Fresh and clean
Great selection of produce.
Love Sprouts! Shop the produce and meat sales for great prices. Bulk has some great deals as well. & Don't forget Double Ad Wednesdays!
Good
I love Sprouts! They always have great deals and I love that Wednesday's are double ad day.
We bought Honey Nut Chicken Salad for $8.59. $7.99 lb. But we can't eat it out of the container because it is full of GRISTLE!!! HORRIBLE!! A ready to eat product is far from ready. Not shopping here ever again.
Fresh food good price some items and shrimp on sale, friendly staff
Their produce is really fresh and inexpensive. Large produce and meat selection. Great customer service. Most prices are very reasonable.
Love the fresh fruit and vegie
I am not sure what happened here today. However I do know that a number of things that were advertised in their ad were not available. There was not even a sign on the shelf for what was advertised. So this week they get downgraded.
More expensive than we expected, especially for no more than what you get.
Good selection of organic produce
Thia is the best grocery store for deli, produce and prepared foods:)
Great deals on produce meat and fish top quality very fresh
I usually really like shopping here and last week I would have given it a higher rating. Last week I bought a side of Sockeye salmon, it was great. Went back this week, there only two left, when I got it home, not only had NONE of the pin bones been removed, it looked like someone had sort of tried, mangled it, and given up. Not having a needle nose plier, I had to remove all the pinbones with my fingernails before I could cook dinner for my hungry child. Not cool.
Fresh food.
Love it. Large, clean, huge amounts of food. Large parking lot . Even my husband liked it.
Great addition to neighborhood! The produce, meats, fish look fresh . The staff is helpful. Quality tops Publix and prices compare and/or less. Outstanding organic produce and coffees
Big selection but prices seemed high
As I’ve been on hold for over 15 minutes I don’t believe they want my business. Will stick with Publix
Love the variety in produce
I love shopping here!
Dont shop at this store . Everything is out of date and old . Very poor store managment . Make sure not to shop in bakery all date are not right on bakery products. They mold in two day after u get them home. All the produce is all old and moldy. This store eis having trouble. The health department was going to close it down due to unsafe areas. The.meat department has not clean meat grinder right for month. And this is because very poor store managment. I would shop at dillons before there.
MICHELL NEEDS TO BE RE-TRAINED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My husband and I went to Sprouts this evening, going out of our way as they are the only store that sells our favorite tea. We decided to get snacks and a nice dinner for later, as well. When we made it to one of the two registers open we noticed the other line was about four to five people deep while the other register just had the one customer with a larger basket. At this point, I can hear the cashier giving the women in front of us an attitude, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt as these ladies kept putting things back and had a lot of items. Once it was our turn we immediately were treated to Michelle's horrendous attitude. We had a tiny handcart and there was no place to put it once we emptied it, Michelle continued to snap at us (at least three times) that she didn't "have any room for that up here" and to "put it under the belt". Admittedly, we were confused because Sprouts belts have paneling underneath them, finally out of the three people behind us one of them offered to take our cart and put it IN FRONT OF THE BELT ON THE GROUND. We finally get rung up and our total came to just over $80, so my husband hands her the only cash we had on us (two fifty dollar bills) and Michelle decides its appropriate to snit "a hundred dollars, really?" then toss her head back, roll her eyes, and audibly sigh. When she first started to toss her head back, I assumed she would be checking the fifties since they are bigger bills, but no it was just for dramatic effect. Our change was less than twenty dollars back, so you can imagine it was quite the appropriate amount of cash tendered to her. We like Sprouts and we drive all the way from the Gandy area of St. Petersburg for a our favorite tea and some extra treats. I am hesitant to return because I was so appalled by Michelle's abysmal customer service. Very disappointed in Sprouts.
They have a lot of good sales that make it a great place to shop!! Good friendly service as well.
Fresh, friendly , atmosphere. Staff courteous and kind, always a pleasure shopping here .
Fresh produce
A mix of a health food store and a regular grocery store. They have a great bulk and produce section and are running sales constantly. Take advantage when it is buy one get one.
Great upscale grocery pretty much limited to yuppie fare, and organics. Do have an outstanding selection of food packaged and ready to eat. Always hard to make up my mind.
Organic produce only.
Very nice place filled with hard to find items for reasonable prices. The atmosphere is relaxing, fun place to explore.
A lot of moldy produce every time I go here.
Top notch fresh produce
Good produce selection, very slow checkout. I'm hoping it's because they're new and things will speed up soon.
Everything is easy to find, the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the prices are cheaper than any other local grocery store. Plus, their food is much better too.
I can get more food, fresh veggies and fruit with my small grocery budget than anywhere else in town. Friendly, helpful staff.
Love this store!! Produce is amazing and prices are very reasonable! I've been very happy with Sprouts brand grocery items also.
It's a nice store, and some things are very reasonably priced - especially produce. However, the aisles are too narrow for comfortable shopping when they're busy and if you stop to look at something, you'll feel like you're in everyone's way. We've been three times and have this problem every time. Also, we bought a skirt steak this last time and realized once we got it home that it was poorly butchered. So, if you avoid it on the weekend and don't buy anything but very basic cuts of meat from the meat department, you'll probably have a five star experience.
The staff is so friendly here, they are so flexible here, it’s easier to return items here...
Great prices on bulk foods and even fresh produce and lots of healthy options. Quick checkout.

Great vegetables at a great price
Always fresh cheap produce, a lot of selections! Staff are very helpful!
There are better places to shop for actually local products
Very friendly very helpful and everyone had a smile
Amazing grocery store. The prices are fair for the quality of your items. Their produce is awesome. Checkout staff was really friendly. They've been super busy since they've opened and all of the staff have done their best to be accommodating and nice.
The bulk raw almonds had rodent chews visible. I brought it to the attention of two women in blue shirts that I was told were managers. They both agreed that it was clearly rodent chews on the almonds. But when I checked out over 5 minutes later the almonds were still available to the customers. I brought it to the attention of one of the women. And her response was that she had requested that they be removed. Yet she made no attempt to close off the barrel from customers. I am so disappointed I was doing A lot of shopping at this store. Not now.
Love the produce prices here. They are usually amazing. And their produce selection is very nice.
The produce looked great and the bulk chocolates were good! Prices seemed reasonable as well
A nice, small grocery store with a good selection of foods.
has a nice variety of unique items and foods to explore and enjoy. Prices are very good especially on milk. eggs and cheeses.
Grand Opening today - so as expected very beautiful and clean. However, as far as both thoughtfulness of the design and execution I believe Sprouts pretty much nailed it here. Grand opening sales aside, the base prices are reasonable. Plenty of helpful staff running around on day 1... with only time being able to tell how well staffed the store will remain on any normal day. If you have any question what type of store this is: a full supermarket natural/whole/” speciality" store with an open, "Farmers Market" style flair. Many of the same items you would expect to see at both a standard grocer, and a natural foods store, also with plenty of uncommon items abound. As expected, a large selection of fresh produce. Loads of nice selection bulk foods! Small baked good section, but what does that matter when it raises and appears so good. Yummy deli made items, including pre-made meals to grab. The meat case looked excellent. A large nutrition and supplement area on site, however we skipped over that. There is a small relaxation and dining area off to the side of the deli and bakery at the front of the store. Very nice store so far (5 stars!). Will look forward to trying the various products from the store and seeing how the place pans out over the next few years. I almost forgot to mention - Sushi Wednesdays ;)
High prices, and small selection.
Great place good quality of items almost exclusively organic not the usual run of the mill stuff you find in grocery stores. They got some good sushi and also sushi Wednesdays sale.
I would have given 5 stars. The variety of selection and the prices are much better than most places. The sales are good. However, every time I have come in I have had a poor experience with the employees. I can never find one for help and if I do see an employee they act like they are in a rush and avoid eye contact. The cashiers have always been rude. One was stocking some items nearby and I patiently waited but he made a point to say (in a very condescending tone) that he was in the middle of something. Also, they never talk. Never even greet or acknowledge you! They just scan the items and give you a receipt. This is more about one cashier I unfortunately have to encounter every time I go (the same cashier I just discussed). He is VERY rude. He doesn’t even say my total or anything. Literally—he didn’t say a word. I don’t expect someone to go above and beyond but at least say hi or something! It’s really discouraging to go there because it feels like I’m a nuisance. God forbid you have to work here and I have to pay for my items somehow. Customer service definitely needs improvement. Don’t treat customers as an inconvenience. Good manners go along way. I always leave here in a very put-off mood because of the lack of common courtesy.
Love it
Nothing to complain about. Clean and well organized. I did not find it to be any different than other health food stores.
I love the selection of healthy foods at Sprouts, and the prices are great! Kind staff at this location, as well.
one word "Amazing"
I love Sprouts, moved to Kansas from San Diego and miss my favorite Sprouts so much. Very happy to learn a new store is opening in Wichita, Best wishes to Sprouts and all the employees at the new location
The Green power punch is my favorite source of vegetables
Some of the best tasting vegetables and chicken
no bean sprouts. disgraceful.
I love it
I first went to a store like this one in Arizona loved it glad to have one closer to home best fresh fruits and vegetables and can't beat the price
Beautiful reasonable priced produce. Good sales every week.
Fabulous fresh produce. Good prices on good beef produces.
People friendly , always willing to help all healthy items on hand.
Disappointing.
Great spot with fresh ingredients. Enjoyed the cheese selection.
Great produce section!
Love the fresh fruit and veggies
Best organic food in Wichita
Wow! I've been shopping here since THE day this place opened - odd that Google never put this on my list of places I've been to review. Well, here ya go campers! Fantastic shopping experience! For anyone who is even the slightest bit discerning about eating right and staying more on the organic or "fresh" side, this is your watering hole! FAR FAR FAR better pricing than Earth Fare, and even Whole Foods. The pricing for every day items in this store are on par for the most part with Publix, and even Walmart for many items if you shop smart... (sales, etc.). Sprouts has THE best pricing in the county, lock stock & smoking barrel for Zevia soda's (I should have left that part out, now I'll never find any - but, I aim to please). Customer service at Sprouts is FAR better so far than any of the other "organic" places, and the large Earth Fare in Seminole, who can never seem to keep employee's and end up with sullen cranky staff can't even hold a candle to this place - and in fact I see familiar faces in the employees here at Sprouts who seem MUCH happier working here! So kudo's Sprouts! Meat & produce - well... if you haven't tried the chicken Italian sausages, you are missing out! Fresh daily! Their other meats are very fresh and well priced for what you are getting - and the grass-fed beef is WOW! Honest - I have cooked a grass-fed NY Strip from here and it CUT WITH A FORK! Produce is exceedingly fresh! I will always be back here! For those that complain about being booted out of the store, realize that they have been there ALL DAY and yes, they have lives too... I've been in there close to closing and have NEVER been treated with anything but the utmost courtesy. Rock on Sprouts!
Excellent prices for fresh produce, and other grocery items.
We really enjoyed going to this store; however, a week ago we bought cheese that had a sell by date of October 12th and in one week the whole cheese went moldy and we paid almost $4 for a slice of cheese that we didn't even get to eat.
Good but expensive
Arrived here on Grand Opening day (Jan 25) and was very impressed with the knowledge of the staff on selecting melons, avocados, pineapples etc. Obviously on their first day its all hands on deck but I hope they continue with the excellent customer service and great deals. Give them a shot!
Made my first, and last, trip to Sprouts last week. Really limited selections in all areas. Produce a big disappointment. I bought pre-packaged mini-cucumbers. They were a sodden mess in the vegetable bin in two days. Not one piece of the whole lot edible. (There is nothing wrong with our refrigerator.) Bought three boxes of store brand vegetable broth; one container is swollen. Either the contents were contaminated in the packaging process or there is a small air leak above the liquid line. Bakery selections are totally unimpressive. The package of ciabatta rolls that I finally found grew mold in two days. :( I like my penicillin in a tablet, not my bread. Store aisles are crowded and difficult to maneuver. The star goes to the two check-out ladies I met. They were really nice. Their lines long but they were pleasant, professional and efficient . Will stick with Fresh Market and Whole Foods.
Love this store! Used to shop at Sprouts all the time when we lived in Phoenix. Moved to Wichita a few years ago and we were bummed that there were no stores here. Very excited that they finally put one here!
The produce was fresh, delicious, and affordable
Went there for the first time was the oly one at the store @7am. Walked around, when i got to produce a few other people started walking in and a lady and I were the only ones in produce. The spanish guy that works there came from behind me and walked up to the young lady smiled at her and greeted her. The lady and I were only 3 feet from each other lol he was really close to her face she turns and greeted back like wow hes close. He walk away after that totally ignores me. I guess i wasnt skinny and rich looking. And this isn't the lady's fault at all. So he walks away and im like wow ok lol. I let it go then i continued to shop and he watches me the whole time lol while holding his clip board so thats #1. #2 is when i tried to get passed him with my cart and he would not move he stood there with his legs spread with his clip board knowing i was trying to get bye, he didnt care so i had to squeeze by him. I felt like asking him what does he have against me but i didnt i got upset inside and i continued shopping. #3,I walked around one last time to produce so i wouldnt forget anything and he looked at me walking by me giving me a really dirty look. I guess i wasnt welcome there because i didnt look rich or hot. I said omg i need to get outta here i payed for my stuff and left upset. I called and emailed the store when i got home i was givin the run around i then decided to call corporate and i reported my issue. When i did i got there attention finally. The store manager called me right away and he seemed ok but wasnt happy i called corprate and tried sticking up for the guy lol. He said they will look into it i said ok i just dont want this to happen to others. The guy treated me as if i didnt belong there that i wasnt hot or rich looking enough lol wow!!! And the funny thing is the lady didnt really care for him being that close and I SPENT MORE MONEY THAN SHE DID. I have money little does he know i just didnt advertise it lol. DON'T JUDGE A BOOK BY THE COVER SPROUT! CUSTOMER'S DONT LET ANYONE THERE GET AWAY WITH THAT UGLY BEHAVIOR TOWARDS YOU OR OTHERS REPORT IT!! TO CORPRATE AND GOOGLE. P.S Found out he's their best worker so he'll probably get away with murder and probably continue to. Sprout, customer's are always watching and customers write reviews along with reporting you, remember that! TALK TO YOUR EMPLOYEES!! HIS BEHAVIOR WAS AND IS UNACCEPTABLE!!
Great produce! Beautiful colors, large, great prices! The rest of the store has deals hit and miss, I'll mostly shop here for the produce, however. A few days ago I purchased Red Delicious apples that were on sale. They looked great on the outside, but when I cut am apple in half for my kids I discovered a fuzzy mold or insect webbing in the center of the apple. Yuck! Glad I opened it up and that my kids didn't eat it. There were no outward signs that there would be a problem with the apple. They have a great variety as far as breads, cheeses, olives, meats, bulk foods, and other healthy eating/living supplies. I mostly shop for price, so I skipped a lot of the store as it was more expensive than some of my other go to grocers. However, if you're a Whole Foods regular shopper, you'll be able to find plenty of stuff you're used to and likely at a better price. I don't eat organic but appreciate that they have a regular and organic produce sections for everyone to find perfect produce. Obviously, the organic is more expensive, but I believe still more reasonably priced than other organic markets. Overall, I liked Sprouts and will continue shopping here for great produce!
Had items I wanted in stock and employees are helpful and friendly
Best in town
Reasonable prices for very good produce.
We love the prepared foods and weekly specials. However we typically avoid the produce. On multiple occasions produce was bad or in poor quality.
Amazing produce, and good deals
Awesome store!
Great selection and sale prices!!!
Fantastic produce selection at incredible prices! The staff are very friendly as well! They also have a lot of organic and natural foods.
