As you know, we don't usually bother to write evaluations when these are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Fruit Store belongs to the category of Produce market.
This place just pops out of nowhere on your way to or from the Everglades. All the free honey samples you could want, delicious smoothies perfect for a hot day, and a great, fun, and quaint country feel. Smoothies seemed to take FOREVER to make though (maybe 20 minutes with just one small family of 5 in front of us), but they were delicious and worth the wait.
Very crowded and expensive $12.95 for a sugar apple pound! You could found a different kind of fruit but be prepared to spend your money ! And if you want a fruit smoothie will cost you $8 to $12 depending on the flavor !
The food in here is just great. The fruits and vegetables are super fresh, and on top of that you have a petting zoo right on the backside. The animals look healthy and there are many nice things to see. There's also a recreational zone for little children to play.
Great selection of fruits and veggies and other locally made products like hot sauce, salsas, pickled things and more
Best milkshakes ever hands down a little pricey when it comes to the guanabana milkshake But it is worth the money
So many mangos!!! The smoothies are so good and the produce was super fresh.
I love the smoothies. They are great especially the key lime which I substitute with splenda. I am also a fan of their salsas and guacamole.
Lots of tropical fruit. Licuados and guarapo are delicious. Small petting zoo in the back.
Unbelievably expensive $10 for few pieces of Jack fruit $9 half of guanabana $7 half of Mame sapote $4.5 half of a dragon fruit Ridiculous Just doesn't worth it
Great place for tourists to sample local produce. Live music up front and farm animals out back were an unexpected delight. Smoothie and produce were two separate transactions. I wish there was a way to include musician's tip on the bill. Friendly staff.Totally appreciate the port-a-potties but they reeked and hand sanitizer nearby was empty. Produce beautiful but a little pricey.
Stopped here at the recommendation of our friends. Yes, the milkshakes (smoothies?) are great. A tad on the expensive side (3 cost us approximately $20). We enjoyed the mango, the key lime, and the blackberry flavors we tried. The fruit stand had a large variety of fruit, plus animals to view/visit in the yard, including picnic tables, etc. Great service, somewhat rustic set-up, but great back-story to how Robert is Here got it's name. If you're in the area, swing by. And grab a milkshake. Our consensus, get the key lime. You are, after all, in the Florida Keys.
The best milkshakes in Florida ! Nice to see Robert giving the best example as a hard worker man
I have been coming here my whole life. It's incredibly unique and a ton of fun. A must-see for every person getting to know homestead.
I absolutely have the most amazing time with my family when we come into town. This is the nicest family owned business, i have had the pleasure of visiting this place with my family and taking my daughters to feed the animals. The fruut and food is awlays fresh
Always stop here when we're in the area to visit the Everglades. Very fresh fruit, the smoothies are incredibly good, and a nice selection of local food products. Kids would enjoy getting to see the animals out back as well, so it's a nice rest stop if you don't need to use the restroom - only port-a-potties available here. But for its purpose, a great local fruit/produce stand, absolutely gets 5 stars.
We loved this place. The mangoes were perfect and the milkshakes were the best ever. Lots of other fun fruits to try. We left with a big box and came back later in the week to get more mangoes.
This place was an amazing adventure of discovery. Yes, it's a fruit stand, but so much more. You will discover a variety of fruits and vegetables, including some that are not found in your local markets. They also make and sell a variety of honeys, sauces, marinades, etc. There is a free tasting station for over 15 different varieties of honey. On the counter, we also got to savor and eata variety of mangoes which are in season now. When you step outside the shop, you will find a few antique tractors and equipment. They have a variety of animals to feed, and a small playground for kids. There is a shade spot, perfect for picnics. Lastly, inside the shop there is a small, but efficient cafe that serves incredible fresh shakes, pies, and lunches. We had a key lime shake that was resfreshing, sweet, and tart.
The milkshakes are awesome, the fresh produce is the best, and the team that works here is so nice. All around this is just a great family business with knowledgeable staff and cool animals to see. We make a visit at least once a month.
Every year i visit, I HAVE to go to Robert Is Here for their amazing milkshakes!! It's a tradition for me lolx
Just bought a 40lb jackfruit. Can't wait to cut it up. Got mangoes, papaya, dragon fruit, star fruit, and sugar canes
Tasty smoothie. Small animals and rural artifacts to check out.
Great day out with the family feed at animals generous bag of feed for 3$. Great variety fruit stand, excellent smoothie bar.
This place has the best smoothies and great fresh produce. It also has a honey tasting station with 10+ honeys from different fruits and stuff.
My only regret about Robert is Here is that he's not here in Fort Lauderdale! The world's most delicious and satisfying shakes--mango and papaya my fave. Wonderful house-branded relishes, chutneys, salsas, jams and dressings, which make perfect gifts. Stunning fresh fruit. Great staff. Robert on premises. A must-visit anytime you're headed to South Miami or the Keys.
Robert serves up almost every kind of tropical fruit in the world. And you can get milkshakes made from them. There's a honey area where he has dozens of kinds of honey. Out back is a tropical bird cage and a farm animal petting zoo.
Awesome place, we stop here every year on our way to Key West
Fun little fruit stand with a small petting zoo
Great visit. Amazing farm market with samples and lots of interesting selections along with basics for good prices. We were able to bring our well behaved dog and he saw the goats and turtles and cows out back through the fence . Worth the stop.
My kids enjoy the milk shake and the animals they keep on upgrading it
Anyone going to Homestead Florida...so you can TAKE ME WITH YOU?! The most special thing when my dad and I arrived was that Robert WAS there! We also met his son, who taught us how to properly cut a mango.* I loved that Robert had a tropical fruit guide! You can choose from 28 tropical fruits most NorthEasterners have not even heard of. I tried the Mamey Sapote which tasted like pumpkin cheesecake, and Guanabana, which Robert says, "is the best tasting fruit in the world!" which truly is. He also shared many amazing fruit factoids! I can't wait to go back! (Let me know if you have room in your suitcase) *How to cut a mango? If you stand a mango up vertically on a table and then let it flop, it will come to a still on the side where the seed is flat inside. With that, you can cut alongside the seed rather than hitting it.
Stop here for the amazing selection of fresh fruit, and produce. Try the milkshakes made with exotic and classic fruits.
Me and my Father just walked like 6 miles at aerojet rocket facility, so we took the car, dried up. But thanks to the Robert and his staff to greet you with a smile rightfully serving their customers right. Also have a little zoo for the kids and a park, So it's great for the whole family to enjoy! Thanks for the Water!
I had Robert personally explain a lot of exotic fruits to me, and he was the most pleasant person ever! I am definitely coming back! They have such a huge variety of very interesting and rare foods, besides a lot different exotic fruits of course!
I deleted my bad review once I took a bite into the mango
Very nice place and good service and lots fruits and vegetables to take home
A fruit market in the middle of nowhere. They have some exotic fruits. They make really good milkshakes here. They also have a little zoo in the back.
Love this place! Fresh fruit!! Great smoothies and shakes!
The shakes are amazing! One equals a full meal! The selection of fresh fruits and vegetables is great and prices are reasonable. We liked walking around the back area where the small farm is and saying hello to the goats and other farm animals. It's a nice place to visit and buy fresh produce.
For us is always a good experience stopping by.... and we so proud of Roberts life story and what that corner had become throughout the years
If you are in the mood, try the strawberry and passion fruit shake. It's the best.
Loved it! We found this place on our way to a Alligator Park, awesome find! Great fruit selection, awesome service, cleanliness and food. It even has animals! We loved it!
Always 5 stars, the best people work here, fresh local produce especially varieties of tropical fruits. I'm a mango freak and their mango milkshakes are fantastic.
A bit far of a drive but so worth it . People are so nice and friendly ,makes you feel part of the family . Good quality of fresh vegetables and fruits. The smoothie shakes are to die for ! Creamy and made with real fruits !!! If I didn't live an hour away I would be there in the daily.
Hot and thirsty? This place has the best fresh fruit milkshakes around. I mean just wow! I warn you there is a little bit of a wait for such deliciousness. We also bought fresh coconut, dragon berries, tart star fruit, and aloe leaves. I had to resist the huge wall of jellies, sauces, marinades and hot sauce. Simply to many to pick a favorite. I'd love to see a sample of the jellies and hot sauces. If I could taste them, I would know which family member would be gifted which sauce for Christmas!
Delicious and fresh juices. The fruit is fresh. A bit pricy but good quality.
It's kinda pricey but overall really great
Great place all around. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Place was very clean for an outdoor market. Robert even cut all our fruit for us!! They had a small animal display and great local information.
I went for a milkshake. Line was very long but it was on a Saturday. It took a long time to get served. Impressed with the fruit selection
Nice place, juices and milkshakes are really good but everything is way too expensive!
Absolutely my favorite place to go in the area. Great Milk Shakes, and other food. Unbelievable selection of other fruits veggies and honey. Nice outside seating area. Just wish the guanabana wasn't so expensive but that's everywhere
Truly exceptional fruit stand (with a number of other connected attractions). Many types of fruit that are not available commercially elsewhere, including different varieties of each type of tropical fruit. Good service (they'll even pack for you to check on the airplane if you ask nicely and are patient).
Great shakes! Really nice selection of tropical fruit plus roadside staples like boiled peanuts, sauces/dressings/marinades. Make sure to make your way to the back and visit the animals!
A veggie stand on steroids! Exotic fruits, honeys. The avocados are just like I used to get as a kid. The size of a small football and still creamy. Definitely worth a stop.
I love this place! The shakes are to die for, but my favorite thing about Robert is Here is their honey stand. You can try all different types of honey and find your favorite!
Seriously over priced, but a nice place to visit. They have a petting zoo. Now, maybe I am a bit harsh. But, stop in if you are in the area. They have An emu! An emu looks like an ostrich. You don't see that every day, Ok maybe you do if you watch the Liberty Mutual commercials
This is wonderful for kids of all ages! The petting zoo has an array of animals to touch and get up close and personal! Oh, yes! You must have the smoothies!
Definitely worth a stop. Lots of varieties of produce that are local but not always easy to find. Some of it is a bit overpriced but it all seemed good quality. And the animal farm out back is fun to walk through. Homemade guacamole ($9) was amazing - loved the kick of jalapeño! The milkshakes were good ($6-$9) though strawberry was far superior to the key lime, cantaloupe, coconut special. Staff is very friendly and helpful!
Nice large selection of fruit and vegetables. Owner was very personable.
Moderate to high pricing on certain vegetables and goods. Most vegetables are from local farmers. They have an array of preservatives and honey you will not find at your local supermarket. A great place to take your kids to have a natural smoothie and show the farm animals at the back of the store.
Delicious!!!! All the shakes and fruit are amazing. Always a stop for us when we're heading to the Fl Keys.
Place it's far but it's a beautiful experience and place to go, grab a shake and continue the route. The owner it's present at all time and the staff it's very helpful with any question you may have.
Great collection of fresh fruits and veggies! The shakes were delicious and there's a little petting zoo out back
This is an actual attraction. Great produce. I brought my book and sat under the shade to read. I sat in front of their petting zoo and it was delightful.
Nice little spot with great smoothies. Tons of different honey and fruit. They even have a farm and play area in the back. Will definitely return
Ya gotta visit this one! Best frog jam ever!
All types of exotic fruits and vegetables as well as unusual jams, jellies, and sauces. Milkshakes are a must when you go and now are open year round. Kids enjoy the animals and birds they have in the back.
Great tourist experience! Definitely a must see for out of towners. If you've never been, its a great place to visit and spend some quality family time. From sampling the fresh honey, to trying their amazing guacamole; the place is such a nice experience. The bird cages home some nice exotics, and the petting zoo is very well stocked and clean. The kids playground is full of old tractors and retired airplanes, paying tribute to how crops are dusted and harvested. Come visit!
They have fresh fruit, fruit juice, jam, honey, hot sauce, and wild animals in the back. lol
Robert was super friendly. Educated us on flavors of fruit we were not familiar with. There are a few small animals kept in back to pet and he gave our kids a box of fresh greens to feed them. We really enjoyed the large turtles. It was a lot of fun AND we got the moat amazing fruit smoothies. Yummy.
This a must see and taste. The ambiance take you back to real farming with fresh products. And a beautiful variety of animals right at your reach.
Best produce and best smoothies I’ve ever had
Place is pretty decent when it comes to certain produce and stuff you normally don’t see at your convenient supermarket, prepare to pay double the price though, milkshakes are worth the half hour I supposed, some ladies at the register are like space cadets and they don’t know there’s more than 1 type of tomatoes, a bit slow adding everything manually, no good customer skills. But generally I enjoyed the milkshake.
A very good place for about any kind of fruit you can imagine. Also sells other items like honey and jam and things. The atmosphere is very nice and everyone seemed very knowledgeable. There is also a petting zoo in the back with a ton of animals and they offer food that you can feed them with. All the kids there seemed to love it. It's a very nice place to visit.
Not only does this stand have a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, they are delicious, beautiful and fresh. The milkshakes are awesome. I had banana and strawberry. The seating has been freshly painted and is very clean. Watching the animals - emus, goats, tortoises, etc. is fun for the whole family. Robert is Here is a delightful place to visit.
If you have a 2- 5 years old kid this is a good place for them to see the goat, cow, ducks etc... My sons enjoyed here every time we went
This place is Great, being from the north, Robert has fruits and vegetables that I've have never seen, try the fruit shakes
Very interesting place. Best part is the animals. They have a variety of critters you can pet and feed. They sell fruit and produce that looked incredible. Very fresh and a good variety. Very pricey though. They also have lunches and delicious milkshakes in numerous unusual flavors. Again delicious but super expensive. Minimum $7.00 for a small chocolate. Some of the more exotic flavors are more. It's worth it to enjoy the ambience of the place. Kids love it. They also had a banana mobile and old small airplanes you could view and sit in. You have to go at least once if you're ever in the area.
Lots of unique fruit choices. The key lime milkshake was delicious!
This was such a fun stop on our tour of South Florida. The milkshake was a delicious treat on a hot July day, and it was cool to walk around the "zoo" in the back to see all different types of animals living together in harmony.
a great place to stock up on exotic fruits, smoothies, and to stretch your legs before driving out to the keys, or back to reality! Robert taught me how to tell when mameys are ripe, and had a Jackfruit cut up fresh for me while I waited. Now THAT'S customer service, and much appreciated
Depending on the time a year is depending on what kind of fruits you're going to find lots of exotic grown in South Florida
Had to stop in here! Heard about it from the book "The Florida Keys Bucket List" and passed by it on our way to The Alligator Farm right up the road. Cute little stand with a variety of goodies. We had to try the milkshakes, I recommend the Strawberry Banana. It was pretty busy but we are glad we stopped in and now we can mark that off the "Bucket List".
My family and I had a great experience walking around endless fruits and vegetables. The honey tasting was delicious and we got to taste very unique combinations just found in Robert Is Here. My daughter had a blast feeding the goats, bulls and huge turtles. Not to forget the delicious shakes ❤️ Great place to spend with the family.
Fun place, wonderful produce, salsa, guacamole and smoothies. Honey in a variety of flavors is available for sampling. A lot of animals out back to feed, pet and enjoy. One of our favorite places to visit when in Homestead.
Robert is Here is a huge fruit stand 2 miles off of US1 on Palm Ave. They have a large petting zoo, a play ground for kids. Robert also serves up some really good fruit shakes and juices. But the line can get long. Besides exotic fruit, They have honey, vegetables, dried fruit, etc. S really hood spot!!!
Amazing! Just happened to stop on our way out of the Everglades. There are fruits here I’ve never head of! Highly recommend
Loved! loved! loved! everthing about this place the fact that Robert is literally there working with his team means the world to me, not only can you get the best shakes in the world here the produce he offers is out of this world! fresh real bee honey in several flavors ! The kids loved the petting zoo and all the animals. Btw ive never seen a real tucan bird in my life and he has one. Will definitely come back with my family again.
It's truly a wonderful place that can't be explained. Always make a point of stopping by if you're in the neighborhood. Shakes, galore!
Pretty good farmers market and above average smoothies. There's a small animal farm with animals you could feed which is pretty cool.
We went to Roberts Fruit Stand three times during our USA trip. OK, some fruit are expensive but they have a very good quality. I am from Germany and we never ate such delicious Avocado, Mango, Papaya or Passionfruit. These are the fruit we bought and tasted. They cut you the fruit and serve the Avocado for example with lemon juice and salt. The persons who are working there are very friendly and helpful. I cannot say anything about the smoothies, we don't tasted them.
Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful here and they have a huge array of unique items. Overall things are very overpriced, especially for modest old homestead. Still worth a stop.
If there’s no other reason you can find to come, come for the milkshakes. Delicious selections of fruits and artesian products. Always bring my family and friends whenever possible.
Great fresh fruit and local food stuff. Boiled peanuts, small animal farm. Milk shakes to die for! If your deep down south you should visit.
Love this place. They are happy to talk to you about the exotic produce and cut it up and serve it to you right there. Our tropical fruit experience was so sweet!
This place is so cool! They have tons of tropical fruit you've never heard of . And they make milkshakes and smoothies that are so good. Then to enhance the flavor and sweetness get a miracle fruit! They are tiny fruit with a seed a lily sour but then everything you eat for hours is way sweeter. While you enjoy your smoothie and miracle fruit grab a bad of animal feed and go feed the ducks and goats, there are ostriches and cows and huge tortoises! Great family place and there is also a splash pad for the kiddos.
The biggest tomatoe ever. Made my meal. There are also nice animals in the back for kids to see
Any smoothie you ever tasted in your life forget about it, this place takes it all with the surrounding of the farm animals being there while enjoying your smoothie is a little nice add to it.
Exciting place to see with all the exotic fruit. some animals outback were interesting to see and obviously a visual for tourist. I was a little sad to see they had minimal shade and looked hot. I'd rather see them out in the wild enjoying life. Staff provided excellent service. Robert always had a smile on his face. The milkshake and smoothie I had were excellent, but overpriced indeed. I was curious and had to buy the Guanabana, advertised as "the best fruit in the world", comparing it to cotton candy. I paid $10 for half piece of the fruit and it did NOT come close to as advertised. I was "had" on that one. Don't buy it. Bought a bag of tangerines for ~ $8.00 and regret it. They tasted okay, no better than what I buy in the grocery store, but about half of the fruit was dry and not eatable. If I go back, I'd be weary of buying a bunch of fruit.
A touristic place still worth visiting. Located right on the way from alligator farm. Fresh tropical fruit, tasty salsa and guacamole and many other things
Seems like Mr Robert never gets a day off , as every year I'm here on vacation and there he IS! Never fails to please, new fruit mixtures and delightful smoothies and shakes. Always clean and organized neatly; their products canvas the store and they offer samples for you to try before you buy. Staff is so inviting and will cut up your fruit for you to go. They have a petting zoo out back with many animals. Great place to stop before you head into Key West. Swing by and tell em Sony sent ya!
My first time visiting Florida, my sister said that I had to visit this place, and insisted that she take us there. I wasn't disappointed. You should try it if you are able.
The worst tourist trap in Homestead. Walked in and walked out disgusted at their quality and price. Shamefully preying and ripping off visitors who came to visit the beautiful tropical fruit farms and gardens of Homestead. I can buy from my local grocer 3 hours away (locally sourced fruit and vegetable from Florida) better quality and cheaper than Roberts is here!! Stay away. Wished there were such thing as lower than zero star rating.
Too expensive. Tourist trap. But amazing products
Love their fresh salsa! Smoothies are great! Very pricey. Nice place just be prepared to spend $
This place is so much cooler than I imagined.
Amazing place to get organic fruits, smoothies and milkshakes. Have a small farm with animals to pet and feed, birds and a couple of kids play area. They also have some tractors to give a farm like feel and added some old aircrafts as well. Must recommend with family, kids or simply for a stopover to grab a quick milkshake. Mango milkshake is my favorite here thus far!!
Best place for fruit on the planet. PLEASE GO TO THE ROBERT IS HERE WEBSITE AND SIGN THE PETITION TO STOP THE BUILDING OF MEDIUM TO HIGH RISE APARTMENTS ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE FRUIT STAND RIGHT ON TOP OF CROPLAND!
Get ready to stand in line for the shakes! Robert is here is a great place for those with loads of patience and time. With fresh fruit this place is very refreshing. Although it is very hard to maneuver due to the amount of people that are there at any given point. There is an animal farm in the rear that has goats, cows and chickens. Overall it is a great place to stop on the way up from the keys but not a destination to go to. Parking is a misery, and so is the walking space between the different fruit stations. But if fresh fruit and vegetables are your thing this is ur place. Noise 8/10 , service 7/10 , parking 2/10
Grandpa's Garage Studio 7 suggests to get over here and get healthy. We are impressed with the care and love Robert continues to cultivate into our food. Way to go Robert is here, keep up the good work. This is a place to eat at for sure.
More than a decade looking for a place with a variety of fruits like this, excellent place to take your kids and show them what really good fruits means, animals (farm), small zoo, best shakes in all Florida, it’s not pulp, it’s not 50% pulp it’s 100% real fruit. If you want to eat something healthy, fresh and delicious this is the place. Not idea about who the owner is but I wanna congratulate him for this amazing place. I just felt like a travel to South America and came back.
Great fun. Lots of wonderful fruit and shakes.
I have been coming here for over 25 yrs. but like many locals... we can no longer afford it. Sad to see that Robert Is Here has become a tourist trap rather than what it used to be: Our local fruit stand. Robert chose his clientele...and it's the tourists heading into/out of the Keys. Prepare to pay $9 for a shake, $6 for ONE guava fruit.
I've been here many times over the years. I love their fresh produce and they had okra and star fruit today. If you're in the area, I highly recommend. They even have tropical fruit smoothies and a petting zoo for the kiddies.
The blackberry smoothie was a perfect treat after a long day at the Everglades. Look forward to visiting once again and trying one of their other smoothie flavors.
I was reading up on stops to make when driving from Miami to Key West and 2 people said to stop at this place. The milkshakes are amazing...no idea what they put in there to make them so good! Definitely worth the stop!!
This place is amazing! Ostrich eggs, strawberry smoothies, and a fully stocked petting zoo; everything you want to see at a produce market! Robert is so helpful too! Unexpected to find such a hands-on passionate owner!!
This place is awesome. I did not want to leave. The fruit is huge and delicious. The staff had great recommendations. They opened a coconut so we could drink the water. They have salsa and guacamole with chips sitting out to taste. YUMMY!!!
You can visit here and find all kind o fruit and vegetables. And order shake and smoothie make from fresh fruits. Top of the tops.
Best smoothies you'll ever have, worth my $10 for a smoothie. Fresh and amazing
One of my favorite places to stop by while visiting the family in south Florida! Excellent produce selection and refreshing cocos frios
It is really overpriced. You better watch it during check out. I only bought 2 fruits and it cost me 60$. I just paid, didn’t ask. I was kinda shock because I don’t think it worth it.
BEST. PLACE. EVER! This is a landmark and if you haven’t been, get in your car and go now!! Great local produce, friendly service, little free zoo out back. And the very best milkshakes on Earth (be prepared to wait for yours - well worth the wait). This place is out in the middle of nowhere, an open air market and it’s fantastic. It’s on the way to Everglades National Park, and a great place to stop after the Park. Highly recommend! (Get a milkshake!)
So much fun produce and jams/honeys/snacks!! All reasonably priced. Staff is nice. Animals outside are a fun attraction while you're drinking a delicious milkshake.
Great place with a lot of tastes, fresh fruits and veggies. Source of lots of great sauces - sweet, sour, spicy - whatever you want. BTW - colon cleaner rulez ! Also you can discover a small ZOO and take a look on a part of tractor history. You can touch, step inside into the planes. Kids will love it !
We stopped by after a visit to the dog park for Shakes and produce, we were able to bring our dogs, a GSD and Mal, in and let them test in the shade! Great place to spend an afternoon! The shakes really hit the spot!
The milkshakes are delicious! Try the mango milkshake and you won’t regret it! They have a lot of natural sauces, different types of honey, jelly and jams. In the back they have a little playground for the kids, and a couple of animals for you to pet or see.
They have really rare fruits that ive never seen or heard of.. im going to buy some next time im down in florida.
They have an amazing variety of things there , if you're looking for fresh exotic fruit I highly recommend you visit them
This place is definitely worth a visit if you are driving through to the Keys! All sorts of weird milkshakes, some made with fruit I'd never heard of. They seemed to have 2 different sandwiches also, a Cuban and something else. The fruit stand/market bit was pretty amazing, again all sorts of strange fruit, and a massive selection of honeys and other gift type condiments etc. The wait for food/drink can be long, but to just buy produce or boiled peanuts is very fast. They also have some interesting birds and other things to see if you walk through the store to the back yard area.
Wonderful tropical fruits. Some like starfruit are a bargain and others like the dragon fruit were quite high. We were surprised the green mango was do sweet
I absolutely love this place! It's fun and delicious. The fruits and types of produce you can get here are wonderful and not commonly found at regular grocery stores. The fruit shakes are to die for, and they even have a petting zoo for the little ones! It's a great spot for family fun!
Robert Is Here may be yet another South Florida tourist trap, but they are a historically significant one. More importantly, they are a great pit-stop for carbs and a bathroom on your way to either the Everglades or back to US1 on your way to the Keys. Robert Is Here may be priced for tourists, but they still have enough diversity on their shelves in fresh fruits, vegetables, sauces, ice cream, milkshakes, and baked goods that even locals will visit to pick a thing or two up for family or friends elsewhere during the holidays. This is because in addition to the famous milkshakes, there are many locally sourced seasonal fresh produce, salsas, jams, salad dressing, and honeys. Search the shelves, and even locals can find local delicacies worth buying. If you're a local producer, ask them how you can sell your treats on their shelves. Don't forget the petting zoo for kids - or adults who feel like kids.
Met Robert when I was trying to check out the single cucumber I was buying. He wouldn’t let me pay, just wanted to make sure I had a good time visiting Homestead. From the milkshakes to the hidden gem petting farm, Robert is Here market was a wonderful experience!
Best smoothie you'll ever taste. Not to mention a bunch of home made sauces and honey AND a little petting zoo in the back.
Amazing place to buy all your local goods. Huge honey assortment, amazing milk shakes, nice little farm out back for the kids and a playground, you can find all sorts of spices and snakes and produce, fruits.
Robert is Here has a little bit of everything, Great Milkshakes, although I think they are overpriced. I notice that they had raised their prices which I am not too trill because the price before was already a little expensive. Other than that great outdoor atmosphere for the entire family!
It was a fun stop on our way to/from the keys and have been many times and bought lots of fruit, hot sauce, honey, smoothies, ect even though it's more expensive than the grocery store. We liked the idea of supporting a local small business. Unfortunately, the one day we actually got to meet "Robert" he was rude and pushy towards my visiting parents during their purchase. It put a sour taste in my mouth that he was so needlessly abrasive, and went so far as to tell them he didn't need their business, AS they were paying. My parents left bewildered and I won't be going back. You should still go if you're in the area, just for the novelty of it.
One of a kind. I look so forward to this place.
Normally I'd give them a five star but it seems they've changed since last time I was here, their smoothies are still amazing but I remember them being better
Great place to stop near Everglades and you will find all tropical fruits you can think of. Nice food, drinks and live music.
Cute market. Has the same fruit you find in any super market. The smoothies (more like shakes) are good but really thick. Over priced. Good for tourists
Probably best place we visited in south Florida. Amazing fruit stand. Milkshakes out of this world. Fun kids area in back
Fresh exotic fruit amazing tropical smoothies and fun animals to watch while you drink your smoothy, my favourite place to visit in southern Florida
All employees are very kind and willingto help. Milkshakes are so delicious and refreshing. Love to come here
Shakes are on Point!!! I would give it 5 stars if they were a little more affordable but the staff is friendly. Robert is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to current events so don’t be surprised to hear him talking to anyone and/or everyone. Great Business Family owned and a great stop before checking out the Gator Farms. Been coming here for years.
I heard about this place a lot and they are quite famous around.... Well, the quality of the fruits and smoothies are incredible... they offer variety of different flavors of honeys which were so delicious
A fruit milkshake is a must. Make sure you mix a unique one; I did banana coconut!
The shakes are amazing, but the prices are astronomical.

The best place for local produce in Homestead! I drive here every year when lychees are in season and this place never disappoints. Don’t forget to grab a milkshake while you’re here.
This place just gets better with time. Great selection and service.
Fun place. They have a lot of fruits that is hard to find in America. A lot of different kinds of honey and a lot of animals. Including some really cool parrots who say hello. Robert is really welcoming and seems really love the fruits he sells.

My girlfriend and I got some shakes, a bag of animal food and some fresh fruit and sat outside for an hour just enjoying the experience. I recommend this for anyone!
