So i goto publix in south sebring and i get a whole philly cheese every day or every other day and i have to tell u im really really dissatisfied with the deli sub people they all make them different and never listen to the customer they never drain the liquid so bread is soggy by the time i get home including today im only 2 min from home really not ok. I think i am just going to get ot some place els to bad but not waisting my money any more..

I am just rated the Bakery. It is a nice and trained costumer service BUT they don't have any real Sweet Bread and today I get Mini Bluberry & Cheese Strudel that is bad No cheese and a poor portion of blueberry jelly. And is not crispy. I am disappointed.

I love publix they had their publix Frozen yogurt and some ice cream on sale 2 for $ 6.00 The only thing is they didn't have my flavor 3 employee's tried to HELP me one employee pulled it up and said That's been discontinued I was so disappointed I ran down to the other publix and they had some left flavor was ROAD RUNNER RASBERRY FROZEN YOGURT It's the best I had started telling everyone how good it was I was never without So my trip to the first publix I was very Disappointed At least the other store had some I got 4 I guess I want be able to get any longer Not happy about that

Myself (59 yrs) & my mum (80 yrs) have to say that in both of our lives we have never seen a more customer service oriented grocery store! From the moment we walked in the door we were actually warmly greeted & the young lady offered us assistance in unplugging motorized carts for disabled or elderly. We then had another offer to pull a heavier item from the shelf & place it in the cart! We ordered submarine sandwiches from the deli & they also were the best submarines from 5 other Publix we have boughten from previously! When we were ready to check out a female came to the aisle & asked if we were finished, then along came a man who came to our carts & places all items on the belt. She rang as he bagged our groceries & placed them back in our cart. We asked to put all in one cart so we didn’t have 2 carts to return, he said no, & followed us to our vehicle & insisted on placing items in trunk! He asked if he could be of further help we said no, thank you & he proceeded to return both carts to the store! My mum & I looked at each other & said “did that just happen?” We talked about all the levels of customer service we had just received, the cleanliness, the selection & we could go to a store 10 miles closer but we chose to go the extra & guess what? Repeat performance! Hats off to all the employees that left us in shock but to a manager that must keep his staff know they are appreciated because everyone seemed happy to be just that, kind & courteous! Sorry this is so long but we can’t say enough good things ! See you again soon!

I went to Publix for several BOGOs. They were out of the Ferrero products but the manager who helped me was able to tell me they are scheduled to be delivered Tuesday. This is very hrlpfil because otherwise I would have checked back every day.

As always, the staff was polite, cheerful and helpful. I had several good morning greetings , several employees asked me if they could help me with anything as I walked the aisles. Cashiers always ask if I found everything I was looking for. And ... as always ... The store was very clean. Public is well worth the few pennies more you may pay for items. Their slogan is spot on ... Where shopping is a pleasure.

Very poor service from the meat department. Bad attitude when I asked for a roast to be sliced 1/8" (a service offered in big block writing on the wall) Employee decided to cut it by hand in hurried uneven cuts ranging from the 1/8" I asked for, to over 3/4". When I asked if the meat slicer was broken I was told "it looked sliced to me" when I mentioned I needed it sliced thin and evenly for jerkey he said "I make jerkey thicker than that" and walked away. Rather than force feeding the roast to the individual, and ending up in a cage, I emailed customer service ,which got me 4 bs emails with the final one basically saying they pride themselves on customer service please give them another chance. That was their second chance and thy will not be getting another one from me, which is a shame because their deli makes excellent sandwiches..

Fast check out, everything is in stock, plus store is very clean. Their pharmacy on the other hand is a joke, it takes 2 hours to fill a prescription that is already prepackaged and then have to deal with a store employee behind the pharmacy counter that is very rude and a bit racist. It wasn't that I didn't understand what the employee was explaining to me because english is a second language to me but rather that i didn't understand because i simply couldn't hear her since I was sick and all i wanted to do was to pick my meds up.

In the deli i asked for a pressed cuban sandwich. The lady repeated my order back to me.(pressed cuban?) i said yes. She made the sandwich, put it in the oven and gave it to me. I said i asked for a PRESSED Cuban. She says we dont press them any more. I said toy should have told me that before making the sandwich.

I go there because of the service. They are very helpful and pleasent. Sometimes my legs hurt so bad, that I need a wagon to get around in. When I finish shopping, they help take items out of cart, scan them and help me to the truck with them. They also help with the meat and produce department. Their prices are a little higher, but their service is well worth it.

I just want to commend the staff and Management at Publix ... last August I purchased a cake . Beautiful one of their special creations that has little beach shoes a purse sand water. It was spectacular.. however I was on my way to Lakeplacid Fl Marriott for a private family birthday by the time we arrived the cake disappeared lol just icing left . My fault partly never asked what , kind of icing it was . Butter créeme has to be refrigerated immediately especially in Fl , so I called the store explained how this happened he gave me a Store credit. Well , it is October time to buy a cake again now it’s my daughters birthday . I asked to speak to Jasón one of your store managers he was more than happy to help . My oldest child is 26 , my youngest is currently 18 months old . We have been using your store since my oldest sons first birthday ...so I thank you for keeping me a valued customer .!!!!

Nothing but an excellent shopping experience every time I step into a Publix shopping center. Always a huge selection of brands & products including their own line products that are a great value. Always a clean environment with friendly helpful staff around every corner. Lots of departments including deli, bakery, seafood, fresh flowers and what I consider to be the best subs made with fresh ingredients (Boars Head meat of course) daily for a very reasonable price. Don't forget to check out their weekly BOGO (Buy One Get One free) deals for some great savings.
