Very clean supermarket and friendly staff. Great for picking up some odds and ends for your trip. Prices are a little on the high side but that's to be expected considering the area. Getting into the parking lot can be a bit dicey depending on traffic. Would recommend!

THE BEST Publix!!! They have an amazing older man working the deli! When I walked up they were dead and he was cleaning the glass he immediately told me he would be right with me. He then was soooo happy and made jokes with me. He put me in an amazing mood. I will only go to this publix!!

Was shocked, when ordering two large meatball sandwiches. To my amaze, only four meatballs per sandwich were used ! Asked about the proportion of meatballs, per sandwich, and was correct, according to employee . I have had many good sandwiches from public's , just not this visit.

AVOID Instacart for grocery delivery. They messed up the order and the delivery time. They refused to leave the order at the front desk of the Boardwalk Villas and just cancelled it. 7 days for a refund. Pick up the food yourself or find another delivery service.

A great place for a quick grocery shopping trip. The store is clean, well maintained, organized and has a good selection of baked goods, vegetables, fruits, meats and seafood. I was able to find oat milk and walnut milk that I am going to try. I like the fact that they always feature a few items on sale every day/week.

We ordered 4 sandwiches to pick up at 8:15 am and we arrive at exactly 8:15. The four people working at the deli didn't even start on one sandwich. 15 minutes latter they had them made. I thought it would be a great idea to order our sandwiches and for a day at universal so we wouldn't waste any time, but I guess I was wrong.

today, 5.13.2017 is the 3rd time I bought meat that was gone bad from publix; I purchased a pack of organic 2 lamb shoulder cuts; another thing is, many times, the produce is old; I asked one of their associates why that is the case and he replied saying that they are asked to taste most fruits/veggies that will be up for sale; I believe him that he actually doesn't known what a tomato, watermelon, orange, etc, should taste like. It's the case with about %80 of the time that any fruit, veggie you'll buy from publix is old and dry; far past the sale by date (the sale by date it should be). I have slowed down on buying overpriced, old produce from publix and today I was reminded why by having to trash yet more "food".

We shop at three place depending on what's needed and Publix is one of the three. We use Publix all over the state and all of them are nice inside. The biggest challenge is the layouts are not all the same (old store vs newer/remodeled) and this one is different than our usual which makes finding things more fun

The lady by the name of Ms. Sally was very kind patient with me and my family being that we had a big order of food however when we to check out the guy by the name K was very rude to my mom. We wanted to pay with an EBT but it had to be keyed in and he acted as if he couldn’t let us and said that he had to send us to customer service to pay for our food . I ordered dark meat chicken yesterday for my party last night. Upon time for pick up, they told my cousin that they didn't get my order and that I may have ordered from another publix. That is just not right! I think they need to look into this. I originally thought publix has better customer service but apparently I'm wrong.

Very well organized and the staff is very helpful! Especially the meat department! The guys will even recommend recipes! They need to give lessons to the people bagging food on what items go with what! Meats do not go with vegetables, bread does not go with heavier items and you don't put two half-gallons of anything in with packages of cheese in a single bag!

Several of my friends recommended Publix to make my wedding cake. I do have to admit I was a little apprehensive. However, I was totally shocked to see this cake. I perused the aisles sampling food here and there. They started to get upset when I opened a box of crackers and piled on the Cheez Whiz. Once over in the produce aisle, I grabbed a bunch of grapes and spread out a blanket on the floor so I could have a nice picnic. I had a baguette from the bakery section (so fresh! right out of the oven!) and I slathered on whipped butter (go for the store brand- it tastes the same.) Most of the staff left me alone as each time they came near, I would hunch over my food and snarl "We wants it, we needs it. Must have the precious. They stole it from us. Sneaky little hobbitses. Wicked, tricksy, false!" Party came to an abrupt end when the police showed up. I offered to share but apparently they didn't learn that in Kindergarten. I'm sick and tired, enough already! My parents began shopping at Publix in the mid-seventies and I've been shopping at Publix for the last 15 years. Quite frequently the sale signs do not reflect products and there are always excuses and apologies. In the ham section in particular the sale sign will be under a different label manufacturer so it's really not the product for sale and the product for sale is not available. They put cheese on sale that is not in stock and when the sale is over the cheese magically appears. I have been through this so many times I could set my watch according to it. Publix is such an upstanding store and I asked why do they resort to such practices, are they not making enough money that they have to play games? I spoke to customer service at their headquarters in Lakeland and I asked the representative if they had this experience what would they think and they had one word, deceptive. That's why I'm sick and tired and then they treat me like I'm a nuisance. What people need is a lawsuit or a serious term of imprisonment before they correct their behavior and treating people differently because they don't like the way they look is incorrect and illegal and I resent that. Business is business if you cannot do it straight close the doors.

I love Publix, especially their subs. I would rate them five stars but sadly this Publix and the one across the street screw up their online sub orders almost every time. There first couple times it happened I was just slightly about, but this the third time in a row separated by months? The issue here is simply systemic. The issues vary but mostly seem to stem from handling two subs on a single order. They omit the condiments, or put pickles on the wrong sub. The labels are printed off in a way that appears correct but then you go to eat it, and it's wrong. On the bright side shopping in this store is truly wonderful

I only needed to make a copy and the copy machine was a bit difficult and for .25cents it wasnt that greatest copy. Iwent to office depot and got a great copy for .12cents.
