If you give a 5 dollar donation for there charity, then you receive a 20 dollar's off strip of savings next time you visit. Great place and well worth looking up next time your here. Pretty good Publix location that is large and spacious with tons of product available. The staff here is very friendly and we're quick and attentive at the bakery and deli stations as well. Prices were relatively fair for number of things, and the quality was on par with what is expected. A ton of parking available and never seemed too hectic during the few visits here.

Clean, well stocked store and there is a wide variety of souvenirs for tourists to purchase. The lines are short and check out is quick. There’s plenty of parking close to the store. Publix is known for its friendly, helpful staff and you will find plenty of that here.

Amazing customer service! I don't eat dairy and asked the deli if I bought a pack of dairy-free cheese if they would make me a sandwich. They did better than that. They told me to simply give them the package of cheese, no cost to me, and they'd make me a sandwich. Love Publix!

Universal Studios is very awesome, if you have children, this is a great place to visit. As a parent I would suggest that your child or your children would appreciate Universal Studios if there are 6 yrs and up. I say this because some of the rides require your child or children to be about 4 feet tall to get on most of the roller coasters. But if your child, or children are under the height requirements there are many other attractions that will put a smile on their face . This place is super awesome.

Great sale prices and a huge selection. I really love that it is at the entrance to Orange Lake Resort. Since we have a full kitchen, it makes it easy to shop for meal components and prepare out own food. Very convenient!

Came on vacation. Made a quick stop at Publix just to buy chicken. Stood in the deli for 15 minutes axing for help. Which was not a problem due to the memorial day weekend, but then I was met by an employee named Robert. Very rude, disrespectful, and Poor customer service with a very dismissive attitude . The sad part about the whole situation is I Love going to my local Publix in Fort Lauderdale Florida.!! I know one thing the next time I’m in Kissimmee Florida the Publixs in Orange Lake Towne center will not be one of my stops on vacation!!!

Amazing and courteous employees. In the parking lot they helped me get off my car. The bakery lady (I think her name is Barbara), gave a nice present to my daughter for her birthday, we picked the cake and she decorated it with Disney toys, no extra charge, just to make my daughter happy.

Publix is my favorite shopping for grocwries throughout Florida. Products are always fresh, workers are properly trained and always polite, there is a large variety of in house freshly baked bakery items, the deli is really delicious and the seafood section even has sushi and fresh fish and seafood. Service is top of the line and you can refill your empty water bottles or rent movies. You can also get stamps or buy the lottery.

Prices are ok, and compared to prices of food at WDW, it's well worth it to stop here to pick stuff up for quick breakfast and snacks. Unfortunately for Publix, Walmart recently opened down the street, and has them beat in terms of location, selection, and pricing.

Very good and polite service. Prices are a little high but that's to be expected next to a resort. When checking out there's always an elderly person or a young kid packing your stuff and then asking if they could take it out for you. Your answer should be yes even though you could carry the stuff yourself. Hello, you are on vacation , throw the person a buck or two. When you see the smile on their face will make your vacation a little better

Nice store. The BOGO deals are always something worth checking out. They have a new group of deals that start every Tuesday. I wish the layout to the store had been like most of the other Publix stores. This store was reversed. The produce was on the far left of store instead of right. All the isles were opposite also.

I'm a huge fan of Publix. This location gets very busy on Friday and Saturday nights when all of the vacationers check into Orange Lake Resort. They are always well stocked. FYI - the fried chicken goes very quickly here, especially around dinner time!

Always busy, disgusting sandwiches done incorrectly, rude staff. The only awful Publix I've been to! Usually they're amazing. We're never going back to this location, but Summer Bay is close by, not busy usually, and has a very caring staff who are actually competent at simple tasks and in fact are well beyond the baseline of simple competence. Don't buy into this tourist trap, trust your local reviewers and not other tourists who might not know better

We came to Orlando for my girlfriend's b'day to visit the theme parks but then Hurricane Irma came to town so an employee of Disney said go to Publix they make great sub sandwiches. We went to get a few things and we found that the people were friendly, engaging and personable it was a pleasant experience and I'd recommend your store to anyone.

Stopped by after work to pick up chicken for dinner. All that was available was the hot and spicy ,which I can not eat. There must have been 10 8 piece chicken and they couldn't have at least one or two regular 8 piece. Then i wanted some lunch meat at the deli. There was at 10 people waiting and only one deli person to wait on 10 people. This has to be the worst ran publix in the area. The management needs to do something, so that people are not waiting for 30 minutes or more to get what they came for.

Here is the skinny on this place.. good part is they have a good selection of items and at reasonable prices. Bad part is they were low or out of a lot of basic things. We were there about a hour after they opened so I would think there would not have been a run on the store.

Visiting from Philadelphia and stopped to get a few things for the next few days. Middle of the afternoon wasn't so busy. Extremely clean and well stocked. Very reasonable prices. Very very helpful staff. I was highly impressed. Produce was fresh. Lots of variety of roasts to choose from. An employee actually ( on two occasions) stopped and helped me ....lol. Annual grocery store we go to for Thanksgiving dinner items and food to last for the week. It's a great store, if there are any cons, it is the deli being the biggest hit of the store. Year after year, regardless of day, there is always a long line-long wait for the deli meats and cheeses. It's a one-stop grocery store though. Get your beer too!

Finally got to try a Publix, and we were impressed. Great prices and this time it was in a convenient location for us. Great beer and mixed alcoholic drink prices too. Several of the items my wife wanted were actually buy 1 get 1 free, so it was nice to be able to stock up, save some money, and not have to make another stop for alcohol on our way to the hotel.
