Whatever you do, don't order Curbside. They have messed up 3 of my orders now, and partner with Instacart who will charge you TWICE for Buy 1 Get 1 items, after they charged you with a lower amount to begin with. Spent a good hour on the phone just to get my original price. Much easier to just shop at the store the traditional way.

Publix has a great reputation for being the place where “shopping is a pleasure “ . They live up to all expectations! Quality of products is great even non name brands. The food (subs & chicken) are flavorful and not expensive. You can even order ahead online to have it pick up ready. At the deli they have amazing choices on meats & cheese. Fruits and vegetables are Fresh! Never have I ever found expired anything at the store. Staff is welcoming and approachable. If you go to a Publix where you don’t normally shop at the layout can be different but if you ask any of the employees it’s almost a guarantee that you will find what you’re looking for if they don’t know where you can find it they go out of their way to make sure somebody find the answer for you. you’re not just left there waiting for 30 minutes standing around. They lead you to where the item is and they make sure that it is what you’re asking for and if not they do get a manager or somebody who can provide you with the service or give you a straight up answer (such as they do not carry that item or it is out of stock or its seasonal) I appreciate they don’t give an answer vaguely like “this is not my department”. The bathrooms are constantly clean and being checked. They offer VALET PARKING ( and delivery through instacart) If you ever need any pharmacy supplier medications I recommend getting them at Publix they really do try to get the best price for you and they honestly try for you to be completely knowledgeable and aware of all side effects and what the medication is for and how much you should be using them as well as their automatic refill it helps you keep up with the medication. In my case I have to go pick up my mom‘s medicine and they make it so easy for me to go and be able to get it for her; everything is explained so well; Although for some medications there are cheaper prices elsewhere I stay here because they truly show interest. On my first trip to their pharmacy I heard the cashier ask the gentleman how he was feeling and if the medicine was working for him. I then got to experience it in my future trips and it feels good to feel like a VALUED CUSTOMER not just a shopper so if you want QUALITY SERVICE this is the place! I Honestly have never walked in a publix in general where I wasn’t fully satisfied with service. (I just happen to go to this Publix more often)

I always get the Chicken Tender sub. I got 1 yesterday and it was half the chicken they normally give you and the bread was stale. I said to myself okay it's for it might be too late for lunch. So I went back today and got one and the chicken is less than yesterday and the bread was crusty and falling apart which is a definite sign of the bread is not fresh. All I am saying is if you're going to put a sandwich on sale or any sandwiches on sale at least give the normal portion as if you were buying a full-priced sandwich because then ultimately there is no sale. They are just shorting you on product and charging you less. Very deceptive.

Publix is always the high standard that other stores try to emulate. I do have one minor infraction to tell. I chose 3 separate meats for the butcher to grind together, well he ground 3 separate meats on syrafoam tray. I even mentioned to him about combining the meats (twice) but that's not what I got. Still, an infraction!

I went to Publix to pick up my antibiotics prescription. It was supposed to be free like .my insulin.When I arrived I,was told I owed Publix 11.39 for 10 pills.I went on to tell her they were free and I showed her my military medical card.She said she had no idea how to use it and she had ZERO concern in her eyes.Im sick so I paid,the 11.39.I guess Publix no longer CARES about the VETS just money...

When picking up a cake our daughter ordered, there was confusion about how it was ordered, online or by phone. I thought it was online. It was 5:10 and the birthday party for which it was ordered was at 6. Bakery personnel guided me to Elise Roberge to resolve the issue. She made phone calls as I contacted our daughter who was just getting off work. Turns out the cake was ordered by phone. Elise walked across the store to the bakery, found the cake and brought it to me. She even asked if I needed help getting it to the car. Now that is customer service! And it is something Publix is famous for - and the reason I buy my groceries at Publix (in Bartow where I live most of the time but with the same courteous service in all the Publix I happen to visit). Thank you Elise, thank you Publix! ❤

Extremely rude associates who obviously have no need for a job. This is solely to blame on management because they allow this to happen. Mr George would e spinning in his grave if he knew how his stores were being run. It’s very hard to get good service anymore and that’s what you’re supposed to pay extra for at Publix. If this is the level of service I’m to expect then my money will be spent at aldi Walmart Target Winn Dixie or somewhere else. This is the beginning of the end

This Publix needs management desperately. The employees get around to you when they feel like it at the customer service desk even though they're not waiting on someone or they'll take someone that walked up after you did. As you walk down the aisles you'll have a Publix Employee walk right up the center making you move over as far as you can to get around them, it's unbelievable

My husband and I have moved closer to another Publix but keep going back here because it feels like "ours". I really hope they keep the valet service. I have been shopping here for years. Overall good experiences every time. Employees are always very friendly and helpful. Great selection of Gluten Free items, although not openly labelled. Despite having several commercials that pinpoint this as a feature of the store. Public Subs are the bomb! (or they were when I wasn't a Celiac) They're still the bomb just not for me. I am beginning to think I should rephrase the word "bomb" to awesome! They're awesome! Okay, I knocked off a star because the produce section. Over the last couple years I have seen a drop in the quality of the produce section. Whether it be decaying fruit and veggies or the lack there of certain items. It also is kind of disappointing that there isn't more meat options for Celiacs.
