They have great sales here, the store is always clean, the sandwiches are excellent, and the staff is friendly. The meat and seafood department is small here. The bakery area has both traditional as well as whole grain and natural options. This store location also sells the sun pass sticker as well as the transponder which can be moved from vehicle to vehicle. This location is also known for their but one get one beer sales!

Super friendly, but Deli chicken is never counted correctly. More than once I have gotten home and had to return because their 8 piece chicken was 7. Younger front end manager is rude to cashier and customers. Most of the cashiers are extremely friendly deli and bakery staff are always great too!

Awesome customer service. I have only encountered 2 grumpy cashiers everyone else has been very helpful. Great vegan selections!! Watch out for their silk milk deals. They tend to put coupons in front of the deal so the half a gallon ends up being $2 best price for vegan milk :)

I have shopped at publix stores for 20 years and I have come to expect a high level of customer service. This Publix (Golden Eagle Ridge) is not a typical Publix. There is a lack of customer service. Feels like i am shopping at winn dixie. I believe the store manager should be replaced. They should not make excuses or blame the customer when an item is out of stock. Routinely treated as the customer is to blame or is an inconvenience in this store. Other nearby publix stores are what you expect but this one is not. After 2yrs of this, I will now drive further to avoid this store.

I love the convenience of this location but, this is over 10 times I’ve bought expired products from the cold section. I normally check the dates but I was in a rush. I feel with so many employees they should check too, Greek yogurt is expensive. My husband just sent me a text with photo with how disgusting it looked. I had to throw away the remaining ones I bought yesterday. Will not be returning. I’ve told management before.

Publix is my favorite shopping for grocwries throughout Florida. Products are always fresh, nicely displayed, workers here are properly trained and always polite, there is a large variety of in house freshly baked bakery items, the deli is really delicious and the seafood section even has sushi and fresh fish and seafood. Service is top of the line and you can refill your empty water bottles or rent movies.

Isn't it amazing how these supermarkets hike up their prices for the tourist. This Publix was definitely more expensive overall than others we've been to in more residential areas. If you can, shop around. You won't save hundreds of dollars but it will be cheaper. !

I must compliment the Pharmacy staff, unbelievable fast service. I was at their bakery the other day and was offered a sugar cookie sample, it was DELICIOUS, I had to buy some, but they were packed 2 dozen in a container. I asked if I could get a smaller container, NO PROBLEM. Almost instantly I had 1dozen. They were so good, my wife found out, they disappeared in 2 days. Going back tomorrow for more.

This is the best publix in this area it doesn't have the touristy feel of the other 2 publix close to it. It is bigger, cleaner, stocked with a wider selection of products. the manager at the store actually took the time to listen to me and increase to stocking level on a bread and a coffee Creamer that I noticed was always out of stock. good job, good customer service, they've got a good customer for life.

Shopped at this publix from the day it opened. I no longer will. Customer service has completely gone away. I use coupons and lately the cashiers make you feel like you are a huge burden. Have had on a few visits the cashier apologize loudly to any customers who come behind me that I will be awhile. Give an attitude if coupons don't scan that now they have to wait for a manager. The service desk has the worse service. Somehow different flyers get sent out and when showing one woman my flyer with the promotion that did not ring off she was very rude and made me feel like I did something wrong. I will for now on drive past this store to any other store. I gave way to many chances.

Terrible publix. They don't put out all of their bogo signs so their signs don't match the bogo you can find on the app. More than once, with different employees, I have walked up to cash out and they employee is too busy on their phone to even say hello. I have talked to managers, they just don't seem to care. Poorly run publix.

As I first walked in, the customer service center was right there in front of store so, I didn't have to walk way back to the side of the store to get to customer service. The man was very courteous and helpful. Took care of my son and my needs as I walk with a cane.

I hate to make any complaints when I typically love Publix. However, this is the THIRD TIME this situation has happened at this location. The Golden Eagle Publix is 2 miles down the road from us. I will from now on be driving the extra 10 minutes to the Hartwood Marsh location. For the third time, my husband and I ordered subs from the Golden Eagle location. It has never been later than 6:30pm. Tonight the order was for 6:25. My husband went to pick up a few things while the subs were being prepared (or so we thought). At 6:25 he circles back to the deli and sees the subs are not ready so he stands in line. There are a couple customers ahead of him. They make the subs for the people in line and once it is his turn the employee tells him that they are out of bread. Again this is the third time that they have run out of bread right around dinner time. He asked for a manager who basically just said, "Sorry there isn't anything I can do." How many times do you need to run out of bread before someone suggests making more? What is the point of making an online order if the employees ignore it? I will never do any business at this location again.

I absolutely hate that this is the closest grocery store to where I live. Under normal circumstances I love Publix but I do not like this one. They only have teenagers working at night and there's no way that these children could uphold the standards that I look for when I shop at Publix. There are grocery carts everywhere in the parking lot and none for me to grab when I walk into the store. These employees are more interested in talking amongst themselves and playing on their phones then taking care of the customers that come to the store.I have also noticed that they do not put signs for all of their BOGOs on their shelves. There are items on the website that are not labeled in the store. After two attempts at talking to a manager that didn't seem to care I am done with the store they need better management.

Nearly every Publix is exceptional. The company does a great job. But, some locations outshine others. While this location has many positives (like extremely pleasant employees), it seems to lack. It's like it's not prepared for high volume. I can't exactly put my finger on the insufficiency yet, I just feel it compared to other locations. On the other hand, it far outshines the 192 and 27 location. Yikes!

I rarely shop here because they charge ridiculous prices for groceries, nearly double what you can get the same product for at WalMart and Target, and if you have a complaint management just doesn't care. The only item I consistently bought here was Fried Chicken, but since they raised prices from $8.49 for 8pcs. to $11.49 I go to KFC. I suspect all the high ratings on here are from Publix employees around the state.
