Usually the employees here are at least cordial but that does not apply with the total interaction I had with a cashier today. The customer ahead of me was checking out when the screen on the register froze. The customer apologized for the inconvenience and I said no problem. Things happen. The cashier tried to get it straight but couldn't. I asked the cashier who has the magic touch for this sort of thing and she replied Not You. Seems like a rude response and I don't think that attitude fit the situation.

Publix = FAIL This is not a review of the food quality at the North Sebring Publix. Their steaks are amazing and selection of everything is one of the best. This is a review of a customer service issue. Today, it was 81F outside, not a cloud in the sky (Sunday March 10th at 11:30 AM). We noticed a dog in a car in the parking lot, the windows were left open just a crack...it was very clear that this dog, shortly, would start of suffer under the heat in the car. My wife and I went into Publix to notify the customer service rep and were basically told that it was not their problem and they're not responsible. OK, I get it a little, but, this is your property and with all the awareness of animal and children being left in heated cars on warm days, you think Publix would take some sort of action. Nothing...disappointed in this. Will it stop us from shopping at this Publix, maybe not, but the management should take action. What if it was a child? Would it be different? Probably.

Bakery: I ordered a custom cake online. However, someone printed out my order and accidentally put it in to be made the day after my scheduled pickup. The young lady at the counter apologized several times for the mistake. Since I live 40 minutes away, she was able to help me get a cake in short notice. Thank you so much! I was more than satisfied with how the situation was handled. I didn't get the lady's name but she deserves recognition.

Ouch I would have done 0 stars but 1 star minimum. The deli at the North Publix is awful. It's hard to write this bad review with the screaming migraine I received from my Publix chicken tenders sub with lettuce and pickles. To keep this short it was a chewed up soggy disgusting mess. Over priced prison food. Please fix this.

The Publix I go too is clean and inviting. I did have a problem with Rays bagels , called the Company and they told me to take them back. I never have a problem at Publix always willing to assist if needed. This info below is on November 16, 2018.. Very disappointed with Publix.they discontinued the.Earth Best Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal. I guess I will go to Wal-Mart.

I literally love Publix. I would choose them over any other grocery . However I just walked out from a very annoying situation . My cashier was Olivia an older woman. I was buying Fried chicken sweet tea and a 5 hr . Everything but the 5hr rang up just fine . Instead of telling me what she was doing she walked around searching for a price . I showed her where I got it and had the line of baggers and cashier at the line over watching me . The lady had a horrible attitude the was snotty and rude. I understand having to keep inventory but explain what your doing don't walk away with out saying anything and when xkmeone shows you where they got the item acknowledge them. Anukne who drinks 5hrs know that the only difference in price is one can be regular and one extra strength . She ended up giving me the cheaper price either way. when the bagger in my line tried to help her she literally growled at him . Sorry that's not professional . She said "I need a big brother like I need a hold net" or something along those lines . Wth kind of people are we using for customer service .Maybe she's just having a bad day and I was the unlucky customer or something but either way . This specific experience was weird. And irritating .

This store was well organized It had All the aisles and everything so nice and clean, it was easy to find what I was looking for. It wasn't until check out that I felt a little rushed by the cashier. She was a little upset because it was her time to leave and there was no replacement for her. She seemed aggressive and just not friendly at all even though I try to apologize for keeping her a little longer. That's the only reason why I'm giving it a former stars instead of a 5.

The Publix deli is to some is the best part of Publix. If you want to have your hoagie at a decent time, order it online to have it picked up. If you dont there is guaranteed to have st least 3 people in the line waiting for subs. However, when you order it online you run the risk of it being made not up to par and you not knowing until you get home. Find the lettuce on my hoagie pictured below. Plus we asked for oil and vinegar packets so it the hoagie doesn't get soggy, never was given any. Also a lot of the cashiers are very judgemental. I was behind a person using their EBT (food stamps) card. The cashier was pleasant and first, then got a real nasty attitude when she found out that they were on food stamps! Used to friendlier service from a great chain of stores.

This is the Northern Sebring Publix. .I needed two items. A rotisserie chicken plain, and they only had mojo,bbq,and lemon. Then I needed a pepperidge farms thin sliced oatmeal bread which they also did not have, but I did get a bogo of Nutella small size. Always liked the South Sebring Publix much better. But overall it is a larger store and very clean.

It's hurricane season again. So we had already stocked up on cases of water. This is our first season in our new home. And my husband and I are retired grocery people. On this visit came to pick up some produce and meat. My husband was curious as to how much water they ordered. A assistant was rather rude about how the cases were handed out. We politely point out we only wanted to see how many pallets they ordered. She then turned her back to us and comtinued talking to another employee. We usually have no problems with the staff. And we also took into consideration that is it a stressful time. But as we continued thru the store we found the stock person was also rude. No smile, no may I help you. Our confidence in this store has been weakened greatly. The prices are slightly higher then other stores but we are willing to over look this, if the staff was polite. Will not be recommending this store again. We are very disappointed. As I've read a few of the reviews I can across the dog in the car. The person notified your staff about this and was rudely greated. I'm new to Florida but I think there is a law regarding cruelty to animals. That if a pet is left in a hot car you may break the window. This concerned citizen only wanted a solution.... maybe page the person over head ??? Call the police.....something.

This particular Publix is smaller than the Publix I've usually shop at. Small deli. No where to sit and have coffee and lunch or a pastry. But this is a small rural town so it's good. Still Publix quality minus all the extras.
