I had a horrible experience today with what I hope is not a oaks farm employee but the gentleman did have an oaks farm collared shirt on while this incident took place over a parking space I was humiliated and called a Mexican by this person I want to come into the store and have this issue resolved as soon as possible I’ve been trying to get in contact with Dan St Martin And other managers or district managers But no luck any feedback or help would be greatly appreciated

New to the area and with the Holidays approaching and in need of some catering we were told about Oakes Farms awesome deli, Bakery, fresh produce. From the minute we walked in the employees were inviting friendly and willing to help. A special shout out to BROCK, one of the managers, who came to speak to us to hone in on exactly what we were looking for. His exceptional customer service was so refreshing❤️, he had us sample the cranberry chicken salad and some of there known for specialties.... This was great! We may not have tried and missed out! So I have been a customer for some time, the store is very appealing and welcoming. Yesterday I called and reserved 3 lobster rolls, they are expensive anywhere, here as well, but we wanted a special dinner treat. I picked up the lobster rolls at 4:30, brought them home and ate them at 6:00 My husband will eat anything, he loves to eat, that’s why I bought 3 of them, 2 for him 1 for me, well he didn’t eat these! They were tasteless! Very weird, you can see the lobster but it had no taste, they sell fresh lobster at Oakes, I assume they use fresh lobster in their rolls, but we did not like them at all! Sorry Oakes, nice try I guess I do want to add that I grabbed a package of homemade peanut butter cookies on my way out and they were delicious!

I hate to say this but we live in cape Coral and we actually do a road trip to Naples and Bonita springs area to go shopping at specific spots and this is the last spot on the stop. The farm-to-table atmosphere along with the friendly service, the food selections in all departments and the value for your dollar is well worth going out of the way to go to oakes farms. Keeping it fresh with plenty of selection and no openes on our shelves is the way to make seasonal and locals feel wanted respected and admired because they selected the right place to do their shopping for everything including meats cheeses seafood and fresh made take home food any style.

I went for the lobsters I ended up buying 6 and then I got a lobster roll that was on special God it was like being back in New England. The prepared meals are my favorite. Sure they are a bit pricey but you cannot beat the all natural ingredients and the freshness and quality of the product. One of my favorites is the shrimp scampi. Restaurant quality and costs less than eating out. Uncork a nice wine and a lovely dinner is ready.

I really enjoy Oakes Farm BUT now it's been two times in a row I have been very disappointed. For New Years Eve, I ordered well ahead of time beef tenderloin and very specifically asked to have it cut and ready a certain day and time. When I arrived nobody knew what I was talking about. Frank took my order!! On 1/9 I ordered lobster to be picked up at 10 AM on the 10th. When my husband arrived was order "just hanging there" as the attendant expressed himself and evidently not ready. Barb took my order!! I call to order items due to the fact that I am pressed on time. Shape up Oakes Farm or I will take my business elsewhere. You are not the only place for good food.

I like this place for the quality and courteous staff. Prices are I think high for their produce but when on special its reasonable. Their meat and seafood department as well as their bakery and deli are all top notch and great value. Just strange that a farm market wouldn't be a little more reasonable on their produce. It isn't expensive just can find it cheaper elsewhere. Not the stuff they grow but the stuff they have shipped in. But this is a really wonderful to shop.

Large selection of fresh produce, bakery is excellent, all a reas are great, except the deli counter needs help, everytime I go, which is weekly, service is poor, not enough employees helping the customers, yet, there are always lots of people busy behind in the cooking area, people putting out produce, guacamole girls making a fresh batch, but the deli, prepared food area gets a 1 star for poor customer service. The people who are there are doing a good job, you just need more employees to help the customers or a Manager who knows how to use staff in other areas to assist when crowded. Brock was not attentive to what was going on...excuses are not acceptable.

Wow. I'm speechless. What an awesome store. We have nothing to compare this place to on the East Coast of Florida. A true visual and sensory experience. Fresh produce to die for, and great prices. The meat and fish counters were exquisite. And the fish was fresh! If you do not know how to spot fresh fish, please Google it. The pastry counter was beautiful. So many choices. Whew! And samples in every part of the store, and even before you walk into the store. And I must mention the Oakes Farms Employees. Every single employee that I encountered was genuinely nice, polite, and helpful. I never felt like this was fake or a forced store policy. The employees were clearly happy and happy to assist customers. To Oakes Farms Market Corporate Staff, you treat your employees right, and it shows through in customer interactions. When are you coming to the East Coast of Florida?!

Nice place to shop, fesh produce, gourmet food and salads, bakery has a nice variety of pastries and breads, good place for lunch and dinner you can probably stop there for breakfast since they are open at 7:00 AM but don't expect a hot sub or sandwich from the deli until probably 8:00 to 9:00 I'm guessing since I couldn't get any info on that, also if you stop by the coffe and smoothie area and want to pay for it at the other registers just ask for the price so you can tell them when they ring you up since they don't have the prices for the fresh drinks you buy at the coffe and smoothie area, and no you can't pay for stuff that needs to be weighted at the coffe and smoothie register since they don't have a scale.☺

Great market in Naples for fresh produce. The in-store bakery is a dangerous place. The deli carries Boar's Head as well as prepared foods and delicious salads and sides. This was my first time visiting Oakes Farms. We visited the various sections of the market. The produce looked really good as dis the meat department. The bakery area was to die for. Pineapple upside down cakes, croissants, cupcakes and many, many other kinds of treats. A wonderful visit indeed. We can't wait till the one near our house at the corner of Immokolee road and Livingston road opens. That is supposed to be something to see.

There are so many aspects of Oakes Farms to love. The prepared foods are better than restaurant quality. The dry scallops are 35 % less expensive than Whole Foods and they are actually "dry". I pan fried them, there was no water and the scallops browned perfectly. Charles, whose station is the fish counter, is a perfect gentleman. Do you like Avocado's? Oakes Farm is avacado heaven...they sell three huge, huge, huge avocados for $5.00. Best deal in Naples. The butcher sells the best "grass fed" ground chuck beef in town. If you want the biggest chocolate croissant you have ever eaten...this is the place...$2.95.

Italian pastries - I've had better at a bakery in Denver than those at Oakes. These tasted like they came from a grocery store. The tomatoes were so far from being ripe. I left them on my counter to ripen and they became rotten before they became red. Wasted lots of $$.

Always an incredible experience, great food, and people who have passion for what they do. My recent favorite is their monthly Maine lobster sale at $8.99/lb. Not to mention the homemade blue crab stuffing my wife made. Don’t miss the bakery you’ll be torn because there’s so much to choose from. I especially like the education for those who don’t know that little clams need to breathe so remove the ice and open the bag when u get home.

I love this place. They have the best produce, much of it locally grown and reasonably priced. They have a large variety of unique or hard to find items, while costlier are worth it. They include organic and gluten-free food items plus cut or potted herbs at reasonable prices. They have a meat/seafood department, pricier but high-quality and fresh, plus have some awesome specials. Their deli is great and they also have artisan breads and a great pastry department. They offer a variety of wines and other beverages and some self-care items. You can always find tupelo honey there too!

My only complaint about this place is the limited parking and small space, everything else is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is stocked with goodies and their desserts are fantastic. I would recommend trying a sandwich also I got the cold Italian and it was great.

Oakes Farms market is by far my favorite place in Naples! The selection and the quality is superb! All the employees go out of their way and are always happy to help and appear happy to be at work. They must be taken care of by their employer. The seafood and meat department are very consistent and seem to have the freshest cuts available. The produce is never a let down and the prepared foods are very flavorful and priced so reasonable. The boars head lunch meat is often cheaper than publix. I won't even get started on the desserts, it reminds me of a few Greek places and the variety and selection is unreal. You will be blown away at the level of service and commitment to your satisfaction that oakes farms puts forth and continues to put forth every time I visit. I thank them for an enjoyable experience time and time again!

Oaks for thirty years has been my go to place for all goods. Bakery is amazing, seafood always fresh, meats top quality, veggies fresh and home grown. You really can't go wrong with oaks.
