Absolutely love the place. Great veggies and fruit all the time, and Wednesdays have so many thing on sale. Love Eyrn in the sandwich area in the back, such a sweet person. Fish super fresh, kabobs you can cook at home are fantastic. Just make sure you get on sale, prepared food is always a bit pricey but cheaper than buying at a restaurant.

I love this supermarket chain! Their deli sandwiches are A1 and my husband couldn't say "no" to those huge, cheesy slices of fresh pizza. Their produce was fresh. Their fish looked good and fresh, no fishy smell. Lots of cool craft beers (I got a blood orange hefeweizen). I was sad that I wondered in for lunch the day after I went to the grocery store and bought everything we need for the week. I will be back to shop some more here. I can't wait! Great prices on quality items.

We love this grocery store! Great produce with awesome prices. My kids love the little kid sized shopping carts. There are food samples throughout the store to keep the kids (and me) happy! The staff is so friendly. We love the bulk food items and meat too. So many good things to say about this place!

If you haven't been to lucky you're in for a a big surprise the store has everything they have one section just for coffee their meats are the best and they have all kinds of fresh vegetables and fruits the prices a pretty good but their vegetables are very reasonable staff is great and they do a wonderful job in the store I give Lucky's five stars

I want to like it. I go for the produce and bulk foods. The cashier's are great. After numerous poor service experiences at the meat/seafood counter I go to another store for it. It always smells bad and the day I saw flies behind the counter I called it quits. The blonde woman with glasses in the apothecary Dept. Is hella rude. Other than that..... It's ok enough.

We love going to lucky's!! They have fresh produce for great deals, healthy foods, great fresh coffee, and you can drink a glass of wine or beer while you shop! They have little kid shopping carts so my son loves to go here which is nice because he usually hates shopping. I like the weekly meat deals and often plan our meals around the deals. You can earn rewards for what you buy which is a plus. The environment is fresh and smells great. The staff are friendly and helpful. We love getting the 99 cent baguettes every time we go. It is so tasty but has to be eaten the same day as it turns to a brick the next day. So many things to love about this store!

There are so many great things I can say about this market. They have awesome prices on conventional produce and some organic stuff is fairly priced as well. The bulk section is amazing and gives you the option to be bring your own containers so you don't waste single use plastic bags. They have great house made smoothies at a good price. The open and we'll lit layout is very comfortable and the staff is happy and helpful. Lucky's is a very good place to shop. I highly recommend it.

Prices are usually great on produce. Staff is excellent. Bulk items are wonderful and well priced. Other dry goods are a bit more pricey. Only real issue I have is I have to check produce carefully. Items such as strawberries and cucumbers are often rotten and moldy. One recent trip, I couldn't find one package of strawberries that didn't have mold, and two employees (one a mgr) watched me look at, and discard, each package, without asking me what the issue was. But went yesterday, and they were beautiful. You simply have to check the produce.

One of the best grocery stores I've been in. Fresh produce, meats and everything in between. I love the bulk section especially if you need a small amount of something you don't use very often. They also serve beer for you to sip on while you shop.

I gave them five stars in the open. I just sent this message to their corporate office in Boulder. Your store in Neptune Beach Florida started out great. It has slowly gone downhill. Many (not all) employees are disengaged in this store. The quality of your prepared foods in the deli look like they should be thrown away. The bins in a salad bar are old and half empty. I actually watched a woman today take a rag and clean up a hot mess of salad dressing off the floor and then take the same wet rag and wipe the entire salad bar down. My wife said she was going to go tell the manager. I told her not to bother, the problem wasn't with the staff it was with the manager. Great leaders produce great employees who produce great customer satisfaction. You do not have great leadership in this store. Hopefully you can turn it around

I am not a huge fan of this Market. At first when it opened everything was fresh and I was excited that it was so close, like everyone I enjoyed shopping there. At Thanksgiving we ordered what was supposed to be a fresh turkey and paid more for it. We pre-ordered it online and we're set to pick it up two days before Thanksgiving. When I arrived what I was given was a frozen turkey. I don't know about you, but I don't consider a frozen turkey a fresh turkey. Needless to say that will be the last turkey I buy from Lucky's.

The staff here are helpful. The fruit and vegetables are usually pretty good, I just wish that they did not refrigerate them. They have a lot of unusual brands. They offer craft beers that you can drink while you shop. There is a place to purchase freshly made food as well essential oils and items needed to make soaps.

I always enjoy going to Lucky. I feel very lucky when I go there. Their fruits and vegetables are very fresh and reasonable lee price. The store is very clean the employees and managers are very pleasant. All the cashiers have lovely smiles and bag your groceries carefully. Not your average cookie cutter grocery store it has various products that are available, not your normal name brand products. They have a juicing station where you can have your own specialty blend of juice made to your liking. The meat department has a wide variety of meats available freshly cut daily their Deli has hot and ready to eat products and did I mention that you could also have a beer or two while shopping, which is a plus.

Best grocery store in Jacksonville except that many of their employees lack the friendliness aspect. Maybe it's from dealing with the beach loving uppity ups all day? At first glance you would think Lucky's is a repeat of the fresh market or earth fare but when you peel the layers of the onion back you see how different they are. The food offerings are better, more natural or organic choices and better, more friendly staff. Try their fresh squeezed lemonade, it is the best you can find anywhere in Jax, I always get some before going to the beach.

Good selection on bulk dried goods (trail mix, candy, beans, etc.). Absolutely love their bacon and their meat selection. I bring my own containers to reduce plastic bag use and most workers don't mind doing that for me. They also offer credits/donations if you bring your own grocery bags. Aside from regular groceries, this store also sells health stuff like bar soap, essential oils, and vitamins. Highly recommend this store for organic groceries and things you won't find at other chain supermarkets!

In this age of being able to choose between so many different supermarkets for food shopping, Lucky's is unique. Unlike a Trader Joes or Fresh Market (both of which are fine), Lucky's has a personality all its own. If you enjoy local farm veggies, organic food stuffs, seeds, flours and coffee, I highly recommend checking out here.

The produce section is always filled with the best selections of fruits and vegetables at reasonable prices, the deli department has incredible meat, side, and dish options with their cooler sections with amazing cooking kits with prepped meals with all the ingredients. Lucky's Market seems to have found an identity in the best if all the grocery stores in the area. It's it has a selection and slight value advantage over Native Sun in the organic & natural category. Their meat selection won't rival Winn-dixie but it's good. And the overall organization and systems won't rival Publix, but again very good from a shoppers observation. Like Publix, the employees are genuinely nice and helpful, I've even taken an impromptu verbal survey for one of the cashiers school assignments about how today's version of me is different from the me I thought I would be as a child. Not your typical checkout small talk. Maybe it's me, but I don't really get into as many conversations as I do at Lucky's. I've even done a quick "neighborhood shopping in active wear photo shoot there and it was very comfortable. Point being it's a good concept, with great people, a nice selection of choices for how I shop and at reasonable price point.. I enjoy shopping there and working on my laptop in the cafe area. I saw they have a delivery program too that I'll have to try. I also want to mention that I may look at grocery stores a little bit more as an industry insider having come from the land of Wegman's home town, Budweiser Marketing and being a former Winn-Dixie webmaster. I think I'm bit more critical than the average shopper, or at least I tend to notice shelf placements, endcap displays, merchandising and especially store POS signage lol This is a great neighborhood grocery store.

Just found this gem of a store. The produce section is the best I have found. There are all kinds of great deals here. I got some beautiful swordfish. Browsed through the aisles to see all kinds of neat things you don't find in your local grocery stores. This is definitely my new favorite store.

Lucky's Market is only located in Neptune Beach currently. I wish there was another one in perhaps the Mandarin or downtown area. I love the quality of their food and greatly appreciate their amazing produce specials each week. I don't know anywhere else you can go to get avocados for for a dollar. Another great example is the berries are typically on sale every other week. There in House thick cut bacon is delicious and I love their salad bar as well. Customer service is always great when checking out. However customer service is usually lacking in the Deli and Meat departments. There have been a number of times where I ended up waiting for over 5 minutes without even being acknowledged, which led me to leave without making any Deli or meat purchases. I understand if they are short staffed or extremely busy but it only takes a few seconds to look up and greet a customer and let them know you will be with them as soon as possible. I am not sure why they don't practice this easy opportunity of customer service.

Giving this place 4 stars because I love coming here, but the customer service isn't very good... The only good service I get is at the beer/coffee area. They are always on point and super nice. Good luck if you want a slice of pizza or something from the pre- made section. If there is a designated person, no matter of there are 20 people back there, they won't even acknowledge your existence and wait til the designated person comes back. Other than that, their sales are pretty good and I otherwise enjoy walking around with my beer...

Awesome, awesome, awesome. Lucky's is a Whole Foods type store, but more down home and less retail oriented. You honestly feel like your friends have open up a grocery store. They focus on healthy foods, and their prices are so much more reasonable than Whole Foods on organic items and other health-oriented deals. Their Soup Bar is off the chain.
