I have been going to this store for several years To buy sandwiches for our family. Things use to be great. However I went on 9.7.19 to purchase a sandwich, the lady behind the counter took my order repeated everything I told her I wanted on my sandwich and didn't even make the food. I had been standing there waiting for several minutes, people had come and gone she was slicing meat. Another lady came to the counter and I said I'm waiting on a Cuban. She proceeded to make the sandwich and kept apologizing for the person that just left me hanging. I said a prayer and still bought the sandwich. It's gotta to be the Florida heat that's causing people to be disrespectful. I guess they don't care if you buy a Cuban or not, guess that's the meaning of being Bougie!! Or we don't need your $4 dollars take it somewhere else. Thanks to the lady who made my sandwich and apologized for the ugly behavior of her co-workers.

I can definitely find anything I need when I'm catering for an event here. But these girls at the register's have to go There rude. There more focused on there nails and dont ever want to grab anything wet as far meats or frozen products. I am asked to pick up my products and place them in the bags because they dont want to get there hands wet.There is one girl at the register that looks like bruce Springsteen and her additude is just out of line unprofessional.Then theres another girl in the deli that looks like a linebacker, her additude is insanely ridiculous. This isn't the first time with these young girls being unprofessional. It just needs to change. Its come to a point that it's not worth my time to go thru additude to make ur business money. I shop here all the time and I spend quite a bit much $$$ but this market has to step up on there customer service and a new front line staff.
