I would have never known that they sell prepared Mexican food at this supermarket. The steak tacos where really good. Quite authentic Mexican tacos. They sell hot food but with Mexican food options and it seems all their food taste good. I also had tamales and refried beans with Mexican rice. It was very delicious and they give you warm corn tortillas with your hot food. The only thing that was lacking and dissatisfying was their customer service. We where standing by the hot food for a minute before someone came to help us.

Good variety of food but very cramped space. To navigate is difficult when there's a lot of shoppers. They should look into getting a space with wider isles to be able to accommodate handicap as well as regular shoppers. Other than that all the staff are pleasant and the bathroom clean.

One of the nicest Latin grocery stores in Central Florida. Great selection of food-- fresh, frozen, and dry items. They also have a restaurant that is very good and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend for groceries and a bite to eat when you don't feel like cooking.

This supermarket is jam packed with items including a section with tables to order various foods that look delicious. I ordered a reasonably priced Mojarra fish meal that came with 2 whole fish, plantain, cassava, and yellow rice. It was scrumptious. In addition to groceries, they have fresh baked goods, good looking produce, and a meat/seafood section. It's relatively clean, prices are as expected for this type of grocery store, and customer service is friendly.

The food is great but customer service is horrible. I got a cashier that literally snapped her fingers at a customer that was buying his lunch for work that day. I would've gotten her name but did not see a name tag on her. My mom had to calm me down because I was about to tear a new one at her. No class whatsoever. You greet the cashiers and they dont even greet you back. Restaurant area is great but I must say I've had questionable experiences. My moms best friend bought my birthday cake last weekend. No1 they got the order wrong or forgot to do cake(Dominican style cake) and No2 when she went to pick up cake there was no cake and the cake they gave her had my name spelled wrong

One of my favorite places to stop to and from our road trips to Orlando. The food is excellent. Reminds me of eating at a good dive in el Paso. Proportions are huge. You will eat for two days!

The only problem we found was the amount of flies all over the store, especially in the cafeteria and in the meats department. This pronlem should be completelety eliminated. The supermarket is well stacked with a good variety of products. The bakery also offers a great variety of goodies. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I would visit again if flies are not present. We have visited many supermarkets and have never seen insects of any kind. Disgusting.

I called to ask about their fax and none of these people working here knew what was going on. They kept transferring me and left me on hold for over an hour till I finally hung up. Also, I do not go here very often anymore but when I did the people were either rude or they did not speak English. I know Spanish but I do not want to always speak it.

I shop here for meat every month and when I get home I have to throw away half the meat I buy. Do not by pork from here or chicken. It's a waste of money. If you see meat that is packaged in two different wraps it's because they are trying to conceal rotten smell.

Shopping at El Zocalo Supermarket is very similar to me as it reminds me of my Country. Where you can order your meat's in advance, the grocery is always clean, the workers are always very friendly and willing to assist you in any way. I have been shopping here for quite awhile and I encourage my friends to take a trip to Haines City and visit El Zocalo Supermarket. It is very clean and the workers are very friendly. A+

Not a good experience, I called and the girl that answer the phone does not know much. I asked what time did the cooked food side was opened till. She said 8pm, I even asked again if were they had the cooked food that was opened till 8, she proceeded to say yes with a high tone. Guess what when we got there at 615 pm they had taken all the cooked food down.

Always a good experience, and assortment of products us well stocked. This is a Mexican food store run by Mexicans. We were there at closing time and took our delishis prepared dishes to go. The trip for us always iincludes getting an assortment of produce and pastry which are made fresh on the premise.

This is a wonderful place. They have a butcher shop where you can get your custom cut of meat and a fresh fish market. They have all kinds of Mexican and Latino groceries. They have a good produce section. They also have fresh tortillas made in the store. There is also a cafeteria where you can get delicious cooked foods if you do not feel like cooking

Good service. You can find almost all types of Hispanic and Caribbean food products. Their restaurant food is delicious. Their bakery is good too. Had a bad a experience with meat I purchased there but they made it right. Prices can be a bit high though and it's always crowded, whether it's with people or new stock.
