I went here a few years ago and loved it. Went yesterday and let me tell you this weather sucks. 90 degrees and picking apples was not the thing to do. Kids were miserable. Apples were good as always. Size of apples is always great. People were friendly. But like I said it was just too hot. I wanted to do the hayride with the kids and shop vendors but we were all miserable. Love the farm!!

Hands down our favorite local farm to go to as a family. From picking apples to grabbing pumpkins this place is allot of fun. You also get some amazing views. The playground is also a huge plus for the kids. Their store also has great pies and donoughts that we can never pass up. It has become a place of tradition for our family since we moved to the area.

This place is going down hill. Prices high at store - $6 half gallon cider, $5 for half dozen cider donuts. $35 for pyo apple half bushel. Also, playscape is gone.

Nice place to take the family or significant other. Went apple picking and stopped in the shop for some cider donuts. There is a large playground for kids and goats to feed and pet.

The hayrides reminded me of the hayrides I used to have as a child. The clam chowder was Exquisite after the ride we went back for another round. We also enjoyed the donuts and being able to walk around on their playscape for our children!

Great selection of different varieties of pumpkins and apples. Love the little market shop with all the goodies. I wish there was more for the kids to do. The playscape was gone this year. Maybe something for kids in the 10-13 age range... Other than that, I love March Farms!

This place is great. Delicious apples. They also have an excellent playground for kids. This is one of the best playgrounds around here. You can also go to the beach area across the street that is part of the farm.

So much Autumn fun. Apple picking of course, lovely views 360. Went with my Mum during the hayrides, pumpkin patch, etc. Food in their small shoppe also absolutely delicious. Reminds me of my childhood here in CT. When things were simpler. *Great* place to bring families when Fall harvest is going on. Lot of fun

A great apple orchard for fall pick your own. A visit anytime is good, but you cannot beat a visit in October with the fall color in the Litchfield Hills.

Simply beautiful location, great play area for kids, cute goats to feed and pet, and a quaint little farm shop with nice fresh baked goods, butter, eggs, veggies etc. Looking forward to many more visits and taking advantage of activites.

My family and I have been going apple picking at March farms for years. Last year we even hosted a baby shower by the pond on the farm. We recently went two weekends ago, and while the apples were fine, the products we bought from the store were not. The apple pie was completely dry, no liquid in it whatsoever. After the first slice it was thrown out. I also purchased their apple butter in hopes of baking cupcakes with it today. After I opened what was labeled as apple butter, I quickly realized it was actually barbecue sauce. I am very disappointed in this year's trip to March farms because those items were over $20. Again, the apple picking was fine as always, but the products from the store were extrmemely disappointing.

I come here every year for Apple picking. Great for pictures. Lots of different types of apples always available. Awesome play area for kids with a nice small petting area for sheep and goats.

Wonderful orchard, excellent store but I thought $8 per person ages 6 and up for the corn maze was a little pricey. If you wanted the hay ride to the maze it was an additional $2 person.

The apple cider donuts are so good compared to some others I had. The Cider is competitively priced to other local farms that I've seen. They even have a smaller jug which may be nice for someone who doesn't want a quart or a gallon. We recently went there and it was packed! but the nice part was they segregated the parking which made it easy for an in and out experience.
