Worst Kroger I've ever been too. customer service is outrageous and miss LISA Thornton thinks it's ok to refuse to refund an item purchased 25 min prior. would have been 5min but I waited first i7n line eith no one waiting in front of me for over 20min at the customer service desk. They should be ashamed . to top it off worst produce selection ever. half empty, and half instock is rotting! Disgrace!!!

I was on a ice cream and cookie run. Ice cream selection was good but in a chaotic state. Cookie isle was well organized. I was able to find and purchase my items swiftly.

Great selection and lots of good deals on most of their items. Krogers self-brand items are very affordable and are just as good (if not better) than the expensive name-brands. Best example: name brand Coka Cola is roughly s4-5 for a 12 pack. Krogers Big K brand 12 packs are $3 or so. And they're almost always on sale, usually 4 for $9 or 5 for $10. Krogers brand encompasses an enormous variety of items. Frozen foods, pizzas, toiletries, drinks, meats, deli items, and even store-made fried chicken. And if all that wasn't enough, you can get a FREE Krogers membership card to earn 1 point per dollar spent, to be used at the Krogers gas stations. Membership automatically gets you 3 cents off per gallon. For every 100 points, you get 10 cents off, up to a maximum of $1 for 1,000 points. Points last until the end of the month, but all points earned but not used can be used the next month only and don't stack with the new month's points. Krogers is a great store with great prices & selection, and I've been shopping there for over 20 years. I recommend it for EVERYONE.

Never enough cashiers or baggers have been bagging my own groceries. And the produce you get your onions,potatoes home and the onion are always turning bad just as the potatoes. Not blaming the produce Manager I blame the Store Manager for all of this...

Went in on a Monday mid-afternoon to see selection and grab a few things to make it thru the week. Store was pretty picked over but the general selection was good. Produce department is very small. I don't have my own Kroger card but planned on getting one this trip. There were two lanes open and hardly anyone checking out so I assumed this wouldn't be an issue. I greeted the cashier and he rang up my groceries then asked about my Kroger card. I told him I would like to get one today and he told me he was out of cards. I asked if it was the whole store and he said no just his register but the girl next to him may have some. She was in the process of checking out another customer so I moved out of the way to wait and let him ask. Then his mannerisms changed and he again told me my total with an attitude. There still wasn't anyone in line behind me... I told him I would like to get a card today so I could get the deals and begin earning fuel points. So he told me to go to the front desk and get one from there. Which I probably would have done but no one was there. I asked him again if he could go grab me a card and he again got an attitude and told me his register was out. At this point I had enough and told them they could keep the groceries and started to walk out... As I was walking out the door the shift or manager came over to see what was going on... Hopefully they resolved the issue for future customers which I won't be.

Too many ppl and selection was poor on most itemsI was looking for. I had to buy items I needed but the brands were not my typical choice and more expensive. Girl in the Deli was slow took her nearly 15 minutes to prepare item for me and another customer. Love frozen veggies but if you feed more than 2 or 3 people you need to go to Wal-Mart or Sam's as they do not carry large bags. Nor was variety that great.

They say they keep the money center open until 9. Showed up after a very long shift at work at 8:30 and it was already shut down. Next closest money center was 20 min away and since it was pouring rain, I was unable to make it to the next one.

Great deals on foods, Kroger brands are better than name brands for flavor and quality and are cheaper than name brand. However, the only reason I put 4 stars out of 5 is sometimes the cashiers talk to their coworkers while their supposed to be scanning items etc. If It was customer related such as "don't bag milk with bread" that wouldn't be an issue. But on one occasion a lady cashier was openly flirting with the guy bagging groceries and wasn't doing her job. Another incident happened tonight. The lady cashier was chatting with the lady bagger, and totally missed ringing up the four Hawaiian punch jugs I had because she was gossiping with the bagger lady. So I ended up having to do two transactions instead of one because she wasn't paying attention.

The staff is friendly. The managers are always around helping and working. It's just everytime I buy something off the self its expired. I bought oatmeal that expires last year. Dip that expired two months previous. I told the cashier every dip in the refrigerator section was expired and he didn't care.

We frequently stop by and Kroger for the fresh produce selection they offer. The niche brands of some ethnic foods that are not available elsewhere. Their meat selection is 2nd to none, really. Plus, if you want fresh sliced deli meat/cheeses for sandwiches, they have a great deli too! And bakery for cakes, breads, etc. They also have hot deli foods available for pickup- like chicken. You can even find some lovely green plants, and small flower arrangements in the cooler- just in case you need to bring home a special 'I love you' to someone!

Well, I went in and was immediately greeted with a lovely and well rounded staff. As I scurried off to the baking section, I reminisced on a time where I too worked in a similar establishment. It brought back so many wonderful memories of when me and my co-workers used to sneak into the beer cooler and well... You know the rest. I enjoyed the coming together of so many cultures. In Kroger, everyone is important.

Didn't find everything I wanted to...some of the produce was of limited quantity, and some overly ripe. Waited in line forever, it was slow...two different customers ahead of me didn't have barcodes on their items and cashier had to go get them. I was in the quick check line...bad choice...spent longer in there that I really wanted.

I just returned from Kroger. I was satisfied overall but I was charged $.99 a piece for 4 squash which was $3.96 when the add price was $.99 a lb. I tried to point this out to the cashier whose name is Juwan. I plan to take them back and get a refund. This is not the first time this has happened.

They have the best quality of food, game cards, Cleaning, supplies, Tools, for us to try out including medical doctors, to get your medicine that you need, It will cost much but if you have a kroger card, they can decrease the price just a little bit so your get what you need.

Had to stand and wait for 10 min then go ask the lady KAYLA at the service desk if she could get another checker mind you they only had 1 checker own and it was the 15 items our less and she had 7 people in her line I had a full cart and there was at least 5- 8 other people waiting to check out. This is a big problem with this store and how they bag just throwing everything in together

Great staff. Always friendly to me. I can almost always find what I am looking for! Great meat Dept. They will cut your steaks just how you want them cut. Dairy looks better than it's ever looked everything is fully stocked. Fresh veggies and fruit always amazing to me.
