The first time I went here was on the 11th of December (yesterday) since it's so close to my husband's job. The store looks small from the outside but has pretty much everything you would find in other Fry's especially the other marketplace stores except for a few odds and ends that may be close out or specialized to another store. Very clean and well stocked and not too busy, which is exactly what I like since I have a young child. I coupon alot and had no problems redeeming both digital and paper coupons, the only problem I had was the customer service of the person who checked me out and my bagger. Both seemed to be displeased with my husband, my baby, and I.... No problems with the people before or after us, just my family, not to mention when loading our $600+ of groceries into carts our bagger mixed cans with produce, boxes and meat with bread, and frozen with hot! Needless to say by the time we got home our produce was bruised and smushed, our frozen foods were partially melted while our hot foods were cold, and our bread was more like a tortilla. I returned today to exchange a few damaged/unusable items ( the bulk I returned same day to my usual Fry's) and though the process was quick and fairly pain free I'd advise any other shoppers to go-to a cheerful cashier or self check-out or you too may have to go through the giant inconvenience of off putting workers and lugging around pounds of unusable/destroyed foods

I give this store five stars because we absolutely love the marketplace however the customer service at this store is not very good. Most of the employees we encountered on this trip we're hesitant to help and acted like they had more important things to do and other places to be. We do love the marketplace for the variety of items and the prices I will continue to shop here but the customer service could be better.

This Fry's is so much better than the Fry's at Lindsey & Broadway, at least in my opinion. The only real reason I shop at Fry's is for the self-serve kiosks....but at this Fry's I don't seem to mind waiting in line as the cashiers are all so nice and chatting w/ you the customer vs their friends in the store. Better layout, larger selection. Fuel station at this store is top notch. So, See Ya later 2727 E Broadway store; you've lost yet another customer courtesy of the store staff and stuff being out for sale for too long!!

This is my favorite frys Marketplace! I still drive 10 -15 min after Ive moved further away to this location past the trash fire of a Frys on main Street. The people here a really nice too, I've seen the same people rotate shifts at the Main street one but they always look much unhappier there. And it has the best 99 cent store and chipotle next to it...uh yes please beech.

It's a grocery store . Nice produce and meat section. The butcher counter could use some customer service training. I guess they think we all can afford high priced cuts of meat. Some customers including myself are usually on a very tight food budget. Please don't roll your eyes at me if I ask if you if there is a smaller roast or package of chicken .I've never had such a rude butchers helper in all my life. Red headed woman. We have just had such and exceptional experience with food prepared by the deli and bakery. V said - wow, they did such a great job preparing the food for our party. When we picked the food up 'there was quite a bit of food' a very kind lady helped load this onto two carts and even (helped me push the carts outside). She looked over the details to make sure all the items were in the carts. From the order to the delivery we were so impressed. The food was so delicious and fresh. There was such generous quantities that we have been enjoying this food for our daily lunches. V said - it was so affordable. I am sure glad they are so close, affordable and dependable.

Love using Fry's, and this location is great. Friendly employees, good selection, good prices. They also have ClickList available which is my favorite thing. Ordering online and picking up at my selected time the next day is super convenient and worth the $4.95 service charge.

Dead Man AZ Gaming

If you come here do yourself a favor and go through the self-checkout because employees will throw your stuff across the check out and dump everything into mixed bags and smash any bread or soft items. Had to wait for over an hour before I could open the soda that I bought due to them just throwing it around. Can't use the bread or hot dog buns because they are so smashed from the cans they dropped on them.

I went to the Fry's on Stapley and Mckellips. I was in search of fresh cut flowers. Fry's has the best fresh cut flowers in this area. You can't beat the prices. They have an enormous selection of flowers and vases.

A request for non-polluting paper bags brings the checkout process to a screeching halt. It also elicits glares from clearly annoyed staffers accustomed to sweeping everything into plastic and letting me figure out how to get it home without the bags disgorging their contents in the trunk en route. At least, that's when paper's available. Months have passed with only plastic on offer, inducing me to shop elsewhere.

Never have enough people working at the deli. You need minimum, 4 at ALL TIMES. Two at the cold cut case, one cooking, and one doing the prepped food and hot chicken. Simple. I would buy more things, if not for the lines and wait. 5:00 on a weekday and it always turns into a 20+ minute debacle to get helped for chicken to go. Can they not figure this out?

Went to deli to get a fried chicken meal because I saw they had just made it and it was fresh.. and they were serving some customers from the freshly made batch.. I ordered an 8 piece meal.. I did not pay attention to what the probably 15 or 16 year old boy gave me.. but when i got home the pieces were so shrunken because they were old and dry. They kid working there probably got upset because I asked him to give me some fresh chicken before he actually put it in the warmer (the display cabinet).. so he decided to give me the old chicken that was probably going to be tossed out in the trash.. it's stupid to hire young kids who dont care about customer service nor know how to handle their emotions. Will more likely not go back. Shame on that kid who ruined my family's dinner.

Well stocked, clean, somewhat modern and has a generally friendly staff but there's a problem. Yogi Berra's famous quote comes to mind, "Nobody goes there anymore, it's too crowded." There is not enough competition of grocery stores in this area so Fry's is pretty much the only game in town here. This means parking is always a problem as well as lines at the checkout counters. Bring plenty of patience to find a parking spot and to check out. I plan my grocery list so as to need to come here as little as possible -- all because it is so hard to find parking and to checkout. Nice place other than that.

i went in to get lunch and asked for the 2 piece white meat chicken meal and found out after i got back home that i got a drumstick and a thigh, now i know that everyone makes mistakes and it wasn't that big of a problem however after i called and spoke to their manager he told me to drive back from home and they would have a breast and wing to give me no problem... well when i got back and asked about my breast and wing they gave me attitude and then told me i had to wait behind everyone who had a new ticket! they should have had my food ready to give to me the second i got back to frys and asked for it not after i wait behind all of the newer customers!!! not going back to this location

Great store, I go here once a week. sometimes the cashiers are in bad moods it seems. The people who bag groceries don't do the best job. The market place is great the prices are high but they do clearance sales that make everything super cheap a lot of times.The Starbucks inside is good with fast service. This is our go to Fry's, it's moderately busy so if you go before noon on a week day it's pretty slow (which is nice). The employees are fine, never really had any complaints about this location. They have also stepped up their game with vegan options here. You can get vegan, milk, yogurt, cheese, cookies, butter, mock chicken, mac&cheese and of course tofu +more! I do most of my shopping here.

This Fry's has nothing to stand put from any other Fry's. I bought my daughter pants and within the first month there was a rip in them. Frys charges a lot for the clothes and it's not very good quality at all. I would expect this from Las Fallas. Frys should not charge as much for the clothes if they don't have good quality. What really set me off is the coupon for gift cards. I received a coupon four four times the fuel points. I tried to use the coupon.I read the terms and conditions on the coupon and the information they have available in the store. When I purchased the gift card in the store and showed the coupon to the checkout clerk he rang me up and moved on like everything was normal. I read my receipt after the checkout and noticed that I did not receive the points I was supposed to receive per the terms conditions and information available in the store. I went up to the customer service I spoke with Donna. Donna told me that I should have gone online and researched more and that I cannot return anything because gift cards are not refundable. Also the website for the gift card registration does not work.

Quite pleasant except for the Fry's coupon for deli cheese that obviously didn't exist. Always enjoying quests, I explored every possible source and had friendly help from an employee to no avail. Can't redeem the coupon for Hershey's Giant size chocolate bars either as the largest bars stocked appear to be smaller. These are minor complaints from someone who generally enjoys the experience of navigating Fry's Market Place.

So sad..... I have been going to this frys for 15 years. I love frys, but now I make the drive to another. The people were normally very friendly, but now all's good till you get to the check out....If you have a coupon the smile goes away ..... I had an assistant manager (for real) get really rude with over "frys own .99 cent Saturday".... My husband was furious...I complained to the regional office and that just made it worse....sorry shoppers, I thought I was doing the right thing......

Was curious about the clicklist option. Tried it for the first time today. Was not impressed with the call in /check in process. Obviously short-staffed as it took 10 minutes to answer my call when I first parked for pickup, then I got transferred three times and finally sent directly to one of the clicklist associates. The associates were hard workers going back and forth as quick as they could. Unfortunately, having to sit on hold for 10 minutes for someone to answer my call ruined it for me. It was early evening, so maybe I should try AM pickup? Isaac was pleasant and kind when greeting and loading my groceries.

The last 2 years special order certain foods & specialty meat and this seem to mess up everything and never made it right in spite of me calling corporate office they still have not contacted me yet I average a month spending there in that grocery store between $1,000 to $2,000 a month you would think that they will pay attention to the customers who pay money every customer even though they spent $1 or whatever they spend they should be very importance that is something they should take a hard look at and we made their company if it wasn't for the consumers Fry's wouldn't be who they are today . Another thing to point out they're even employees I always see all the time stealing and eating Fry's food products and they have nothing to do stopping them from doing that and they cost of consumers the cause of the food prices in Fry's . Fry's says we are doing something about it this is been going on for several years they have changed management like nothing I questioned Fry's up too high level I think they need to grow some integrity daycare the consumer still customers are you starting to see a lot of consumers. Shopping at your store good luck Fry's cuz you going to lose a lot of customers now is like a services and Promises you don't hold true to your word at all thumbs down to you Fry's

Unfortunately, I will no longer shop at this Fry's. I have been going here for several years now and it has just gone down hill. I can never find what I need. Everything I normally buy is always gone. The shelves are usually empty. I asked an employee today if maybe, I need to come on a different day? Perhaps, Tuesday is a stocking day? Not the case. Check out is a disaster. Took almost 20 minutes to process my order and unfortunately, the ice cream I bought was melted by the time I got home. (I know it's hot out). Purchased a couple of magazines and they were placed in with the frozen foods. Some common sense just seems to be lacking. Going to give Safeway a shot.

There appears to be someone putting nails in tires at this location. A handful of people in our neighborhood have all noticed nails in the side walls of their tires after leaving this Fry's, including my tires. Until they figure out who is doing this, I won't be shopping at Fry's.

I had given this fry's location a 5 star rating. But after my experience and observation last night I might never return. Being it new storms are blowing in I thought it a good idea to get my kiddos and myself some soup and I could make bread bowls for warm dinners. I watched the store do a major tranformation, and am pleased with the results. I've been able to class up my wardrobe from the clothing selections offered. Only thing I can think of that could use improvement is the ready made salad selections.

Love this location. It has a varied stock and most of our shopping trips become one stop. The Fry's points program is also fantastic when it comes to saving on gas. One thing we do is buy Fry's giftcards as giftcards are always double points. Then we use the gift cards to buy our groceries so we rack up our points quite quickly. Staff is always helpful. I can always ask them to slice me a piece of produce so I can taste before I buy. They are always happy to do it. Love it here.
