I drive the Parks Hwy. between Fairbanks and Wasilla very frequently and make sure to stop at Cubby's both ways. It is a wonderful market with a very wide selection of groceries, fresh items, meat, dry goods and deli items. The deli items are very tasty and great for the road traveler. The staff is also very personable and friendly :). We have a lot of stores to chose from in Fairbanks but to be honest, I wish we had a Cubby's here! The prices are right on at Cubby's; often better. Thanks!

Wonderful, friendly, helpful grocery store here in my town. I subtract 2 stars for the liquor store clerk. . Punk's name is "Seal". Evidently raised in a white trash environment, as the RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, SARCASTIC, HATEFUL, attitude is there DAY AFTER DAY AFTER DAY!!!!!! Somebody failed to instruct this minion that common courtesy is a REQUIREMENT to work FOR the public. Yes, boy, YOU work for the PAYING public, like it or not. Change your attitude or have it changed. Time for you to go!!!! This LOSER disrespects VETERANS, ELDERLY PEOPLE, AND DISABLED PEOPLE!!!!! This jerk needs to disappear. NOW.

Nice selection, but be careful with meat - sirloin roast looked great on top but was approximately 40% fat, almost all hidden on underside. Beyond just a poor job trimming - whoever packaged this roast had to know it was wrong

Cubby's staff are awesome! I'm always happy when I go into Cubby's simply because I know I'm just a hop, skip and a jump away from TKA & because I know the employee's are going to friendly. The prices are a bit high, but they have to be, given the location

Solid for being so far out here in Alaska, but not impressed with my experience. Found it weird that they stocked some Kirkland Signature stuff (Costco) - but were marking up the prices. Was happy to still find some bread and peanut butter for a decent price though. If you can, buy more food while you're still down near Anchorage - there is also a Fred Meyer an hour south too.

Good grocery store, friendly people who are helpful. I felt sorry for the local lady who stopped by for a quick purchase only to be there same time as the motor coach. The market is where many of the local people have to shop for groceries. There is not much else close.

A store for tourists. Over priced and outdated food. Dates changed or repackaged but still sold at gourmet prices. Many people get sick from their deli. Just because it is fresh cooked doesnt mean it hasnt been outdated for some time. Especially the rotisserie chicken.

Great variety & some great prices. Found many items I didn't think they would carry. Bought a large bottle of steak sauce cheaper than Wal-Mart price. The employees were quite friendly. I live over 50 miles away but each time I go up that way I'm gonna make a point to stop by & check their specials.
