My sister ordered me flowers for Valentine's day. She asked that they be delivered to my work place before 3pm when I got off. They finally arrived at 420. Now if it was just the delivery of the flowers that was messed up it wouldnt have been a huve deal. But She also ordered purple tulips they sent me pink tulips and the card with the flowers was missing half the names that should have been on it. All together this was a huge failure. Now when my sister called she specifically asked them if they had purple tulips and the girl on the phone asked the owner and she said yes. My sister then went on to spell each name that went on the card and they still messed it up. When sister called to speak to the owner she could have cared less about it. She just kept saying the tulips are purplish. Never offered a discount or anything. I would recommend not ever using this shop.

Ordered vests/ties for my daughter's wedding and they did a great job making sure the items were correct and fit! We forgot one of the ties the day of the wedding and they made a special trip back into the shop to make sure we were taken care of!

Wife paid for flowers for my mother in laws birthday. She ordered online because we live out of state. They were delivered in time. However the actual product looked nothing like the picture. I understand that they sometimes don’t have the exact same flowers. But the fullness of the arrangement should be similar to the picture. We did not get what we paid for. There were hardly any flowers in the arrangement.
