We live out of state and ordered flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day. They delivered a bouquet on schedule (on the holiday), but it wasn't accurate with our purchase request. We reached out to Brandon who immediately offered a resolution. He was reasonable and made the process non-antagonistic. I would order from here again.

I can't order flower if no answers the phone. Called 7 times with in the business hours. Disappointed I can't suprise someone with flowers.

I ordered my wedding flowers and I live in a different state. Amber made sure that the flowers were the least of my wedding planning worries. We picked them up a couple days before the wedding and informed us of the process needed to keep them from dying. They opened up the day of the wedding!!!!! Oh and inside the store.....darling.

This place is terrible. Shouldn’t be in business. They can’t even check their orders to make sure it’s delivered on time. They can’t get flowers delivered to a funeral when asked and then when they try to fix it it’s a huge mess. Very unprofessional. They can keep their money they refused to refund when they missed my aunts funeral because “a few extra flowers were added” piss off!
