You have all the information of people like you who purchase the products of Smith\'s Food and Drug (Florist) in the area close to the state of Wyoming.
To this day the firm receives a score of 4.3 out of 5 and that rating is based on 374 reviews.
As you can read, it reaches an opinions average is positive, and it's founded on a very large number of feddbacks, so we may say that the score is very credible. If there are many people who bothered to leave their feddback when they are happy with the service, it works.
You know that we do not usually bother to set reviews when they are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Florist belongs to the category of Grocery store.
Good selection of produce and brands
Your standard Grocery store in a small yet very very busy tour town. This store has pretty much everything...food and camping items and random stuff also. Great if you forgot something. Parking here is a pain. It's full of folks with trailers and given the other stores in the strip mall, it's even more limited. So get in and get out if you can.
Great price food, friendly staff, and clean
Just passing through on our road trip and when we saw Smith's thought, great, just like in Arizona. Got up to the register and discovered they don't take credit cards. Almost walked out and left them with the groceries. Had absolutely no idea as the one in AZ does take credit cards. Thank heavens we had cash on hand but totally unsat for traveller's.
Excellent selection,friendly employees great sales!!
My favorite grocery store here.
BE WARNED! Store and gas pumps don't accept VISA credit Cards. Also the store has a plastic bag ban and customers who don't bring in there own reusable bag will be charged 20 cents per bag.
Very helpful staff and normally well stocked. Produce is good and fresh.
Great grocery store, best prices in town
The store is typically messy. The out of stock items are quite high. When something is out of stock the department stockers will simply slide something over so management doesn't see the empty space. Thus things don't get ordered. Deli, not very good quality. Important note for visitors, in a move entirely based on corporate greed, this store will NOT take your Visa credit card.
9/16/18 I would like to give a shout out to Sean and Katie who went above and beyond to help me find Hibiscus tea for a coworker! I have experienced excellent customer service in this store on multiple occasions!! THANK YOU!
Probably my favorite grocery store in Jackson. Huge selection with usually the best prices in town.
I've always been a fan of Smith's and this location is no exception. Great selection o everything I want, and the staff was very friendly.
Fantastic selection, but pricey.
id Rather have a winco.. so much better.
Best prices in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Great meat, deli and bakery markets.
Nice clean store, lots of products to choose from.
This store is a joke when it comes to customer care. The baggers and checkers are the rudest and most uncaring people I have seen in a grocery store. Today my husband went in and the checker was throwing his chip after scanning them to the bagger. Then the bagger was shoving all the chips into one bag. So he asked her not to and got glared at. They shoved all the chip into one bag and the handle broke and didn't change the bag or anything. Plus they put uncooked chicken with fresh produce. They have also put soaps and cleaners in with fresh produce or meats with them too. This place is a joke like no other. To make things even better my husband call the manager and he guessed what checker it was and laughed. Who the hell does that!! I am over this store. We are a small town and they don't care one bit about the local people!!
Great prices,
It is good for grocery shopping.
Always nice tellers.
It's where I grocery shop and it's okay. A little understaffed and shelved are sparse later in afternoons. Good produce and bakery but meat could be better .
I really love this grocery store. The staff is usually so helpful and friendly. I only get frustrated when the price is not clear or no sign present.
Good service fast
Just like a Kroger grocery store and there is good korean selection as well.
Good prices.
Like every Kroger Chain, this Smith's is well-maintained and familiar. Whether you're on vacation from the Midwest and you miss your King Soopers, or you've never heard of Smith's before, this is your one-stop shop! Clean, friendly, and efficient
Kroger affiliate. Good club prices.
Not friendly. Do not enter the place if you are not belong to certain kind of human species.
Friendly staff members and affordable groceries with good quality
Nice food store. Like slection of products.
Best grocery store around Jackson by far. Good prices on food, we stocked up for camping in the Tetons. Good organic/natural/bulk section, great cheese and deli, and really excellent produce!
Better than average Smith's experience. Wide variety and selection.
Very helpful staff!
Katie is a gem! She’s so nice and funny. She ran out after a customer because they forgot a cucumber. Absolutely dedicated. Then she played a funny game of sending food down at me while I was bagging and making them rhyme. She’s a genuine person! Give that lady a raise!
Always a fresh variety of produce at great prices.
Good prices and selection. The folks that work there are friendly and helpful. Produce is fresh and crisp. The pharmacy is just as good, as if the fueling station.
Best place in town to get groceries. The most helpful staff in town, best prices, good selection, nice produce. Gas station on site is also helpful.
Best grocery store and gas pry in Jackson
Usually the best price. sometimes out-of-stock items
We are in town visiting so we dont have thier "club" card, our cashier gave us the discounts anyway which was very kind of him. I'm sure alot of people don't like it but i love that you charge for grocery bags, it makes people think the bring reusables, i will be saving the two i bought to use all week
GREAT grocery store! Excellent prices
A must for those of us that live in Star Valley. Great prices and good selections.
The deli is great, meat department is strange sometimes good and sometime bad. Produce is cheap, you get what you pay for. I do not know why they have a bakery, all products are frozen and there are better choices everywhere else in town. My checker today was awesome, her name is Dawn. Pharmacy is the best in town. Go to Smith's early in the day, they run out of produce, and store looks picked over by 1 pm.
they definitely have groceries
Nice folks here.
The food tastes awful and old. Not good at all!
Good selection of food. Good pricing.
Cheaper than Kmart?! I found baby wipes, toothpaste, mouthwash EVEN SOCKS cheaper than Kmart. Also the Hershey's X-Large bars are a dollar cheaper. Chocolate and Peanut Butter.
Often out of staple food items. Is: Butter, 18 ct eggs, limited selection's at times.
Great for a Smith’s. Excellent cheese and wine selection.
Good prices. Not a bad selection of organic veggies. I wish they had some more organic fruit options. So much cheaper than the Whole Paycheck. Fuel points are sick.
Customer service is excellent. Quality of products is good and prices are the best in town.
Great store for a busy tourist town. Best prices in town and the best service although need more training for baggers. Love the gas points!
They do not keep shelves adequately stocked. Often have to go to a second store to complete shopping.
It is a great store!
reasonably in expensive grocery store with a good bakery
Smiths is always an awesome experience with affordable prices and kind staff. The cashier wasn't a native English speaker but she did her best to compensate by being very friendly. The gas was also well priced!
Big, clean store with almost everything you need, but the strawberries were not good.
Our favorite place for groceries. Liquor store has the cheapest prices in Jackson or anywhere near.
Very helpful, reasonable prices
The people working there were nice, but several of their customers were pretty rude. We about got ran over with a shopping cart more than once.
Cool store! Good prices
This is where locals shop, and for a good reason. Great local produce at extremely reasonable prices. Considering Jackson is such a touristy place with such expensive food, it's amazing that there is such an affordable grocery store in town. You should stop by here if you plan on staying for more than a week and want to avoid eating out every single day. Be sure to check out their consignment rack! Awesome baked goods.
Best prices for groceries in Jackson, also best price compared to grocery stores in Teton Valley Idaho. Would highly recommend for short shopping lists.
Pretty good store for a tourist town. OK prices. I got what I needed.
The man running the self checkout was so awesome and polite and helpful
Clean, well-stocked, great produce, friendly staff!
I would like to give a big shout out to the deli crew amazing prices and great products to evryrhing they have in their section. very attentive to customers with great manners. You get what u paid for prices are great and reasonable
Always my favorite place to shop!
I visited Jackson with a group of teachers. We stopped by Smith's grocery to buy some food for our trip, since we wouldn't be back to town for a few days. I picked out about $43 worth of food and went to check out, bringing 2 different Visa cards. It turns out they don't accept Visa anymore! I only had $27 of cash on me and felt embarrassed! The cashier kept my bagged groceries and suggested I visit the customer service desk. A man, maybe the manager, listened to my concerns, scanned my groceries again (I was going to prioritize $27 worth), and then told me the total would be $27. He gifted me with the additional $13. I was so thankful and told him I would pay his store back, though he told me, "Just pay it forward." So, while the local store is trying to stay in business and making difficult decisions, it also has a caring employee who took care of me. Thank you Smith's!
Jackson seemed to have nothing but annoying hippie organic vegan grocery stores. While on vacation I finally found Smith's which is a normal grocery store with reasonable prices and good selection. Also, Smith's is the same as and owned by Kroger.
Great produce section. Everything is stacked. Friendly employees.
Great beer selection and good deli meats.
A nice grocery store in Jackson.
Nice store with a nice selection of what you'll need. Because of its location, you get a mix of travelers and locals shopping here. Some of the locals seem to be of the granola, hairy armpit crowd, but are nice enough. Since there are no big box stores in Jackson, this Smith's should serve you well. Recommended.
This place is fine, but considering that it's in Jackson and that there are a lot of travelers and campers in town, they really should have more general merchandise items that are needed by campers and such- roasting sticks, clothes, towels, etc. Just groceries, nothing else.
Best "working Mom" grocery store in town. They are good about having enough checkers so you don't have to wait in long lines. They prices are comparable to Idaho Falls and better, not the high prices of a ski vacation town. Friendly service too!
Great selection of products. Good rewards/gas rewards. Be sure to use rewards card and complete the survey on receipts for more gas rewards!
Got the goods and gas discounts too.
Great store that has good prices. I highly recommend this store for those new to Jackson looking for a store tries to give the best prices in the area. The produce section is large and has a large variety of fruits and vegetables. Look for displays that have items on sale just because packaging was damaged. You cannot miss this store as it is the first thing you see on the left after the Jackson City sign.
Nice people working there. Very rude customers
Doesn't get any better than this place.
This store is the #1 go to place in Jackson. They work hard to keep is stocked and make sure that lines are not too long. By far my favorite grocer in town.
Friendly people super busy, vacation time tons of people from all around the world come to visit. Get your food fast, but be careful some fresh veggies not so good.
Very clean, neat, comfortable and prices are reasonable.
Inside store very dirty and gross..Deli area was gross 730 Saturday morning very disappointing..
Small but had everything I needed
Good produce, good process
I get that resort towns are going to have higher prices. But acting like you’re too exclusive to accept VISA credit cards is too far. Big thumbs down.
Friendly staff for a big chain
Great store real friendly staff. They have a Starbucks inside
It is not The first time they happend!Today i was At smiths,i found what i need and head up to check out,the guy even did not say hi,and procced to scan my staff,The products where flying but not in The bag, everywhere,he expected me to put them in The bag, after he finish scaning he finely start to help me,he had a mad face when i gave him cupons, then hand me The ticket and did not Say,even thankyou for coming!so i Want to say they dont have Customer service skills At all,Short on bagers and where is The Smile to great everybody!
Way cheaper than other jackson grocery stores with great quality food and selection
I'm new in town.. I will say prices are good . Very comparable to my home state Kansas . But you shouldn't put your produce in the same bag as dish washing soap!!! Or my fresh ground beef in the bag with my air fresheners!! I was shocked. .
Biggest selection in Jackson.
Nice
I usually find the Kroger family of stores (Smiths) to be a nice, clean, friendly environment. The employees are generally real pleasant and helpful and the store product is usually well stocked. I never have a negative experience at this chain of stores. I only give 4 stars because this particular store is in Jackson, WY which means the cost of living is artificially inflated, including the groceries. And anyone that wants to argue that fact, I worked in the grocery business for years and chains will, in part, determine the shelf price based on the average cost of living in that market. That's just the way it is.
Perfect little store
Better than Albertson's in most regards
You can find everything you need at good prices.
Great selection and customer service. Reasonable checkout times.
Produce always looks excellent!
A great grocery store with excellent customer service
Great selection of veges
Love this store. Lots of good sales and great prices. Little disappointed in the fruit varieties provided. Honestly though it is the whole town. Perhaps some fruit is not as popular but it would be nice for more fresh peaches, plums, nectarines, dragon fruit, mangos and satsuma at different times/seasons. Overall super friendly staff and great store offers.
Favorite place to grocery shop!
Cheapest best grocery store on Jackson.
Best place ever!
Large store. Great for stocking up before you head into Grand Teton.
Checker made mistake adding someone else's groceries to mine. By time I left, her supervisor had made me feel like i was at fault, not the checker or even the customer behind me that didn't bother to separate her stuff from mine. I will never put my cc in machine ag as in, until last minute or possibly, i will just go somewhere else to shop. Smith's is not the only game in town.
Pharmacy is a joke
Jackson has limited options for grocery shopping. The Smith's is part of the Kroger family of stores and they seemed to have fair prices and a good selection.
Super clean, lots of variety!
Produce is always well stocked and looks really great and fresh stores clean and well stocked Employees are always very friendly and extremely helpful by far my favorite store in The Valley
Clean,lots of selections good prices
It's like there's any other choice. LOL!
Packaged meals by deli are horrible. Taste is deplorable. Always out of soup. Not monitored. On one visit iI purchased macaroni and cheese for dinner. When I opened it at home there was green mold in it. Cakes are awful. Prime Selection of cakes are better but not fantastic. Tremendous improvement in fruit and vegetable area. Deli maintenance the pits. Please look at Albertsons. Their employee dedication and maintenance is incredible. Your head manager at Smith's couldn't care less. Not reliable and doesn't follow through with issues when brought to his attention. Other managers are great! Even thank.uou for bringing an issue to their attention.
Nice grocery store but very busy.
Great selection and good prices. Personally prefer it over Albertsons.
Traveling thru and was glad to find a full service grocery store and pharmacy. Found everything I needed.
Best Grocery store in town! They just need more staff.
Jalpeño Cheese Bagels for .59! Made fresh daily and sooo good. Clean store, friendly staff and some good pricing on quality food. Download the app and get free stuff every Friday as well as digital coupons which make it easy to save even more.
Friendly service. Quick checkout.
I shop here often. Love it.
Good prices and mostly good service, a good jh grocry store
Easy parking and nice staff, a couple of the staff have issues, but if you choose your checkout line with care, some of the nicest people in town! :-).
Always friendly, solid selection, good pricing!
I went to the wine spirits and ales portion of the store. I thought they had an awesome selection of beer and wine. The prices were very reasonable.
Good cooked food selection! Convenient for travelers for a quick stop bite. But I wish there could be more seats available for people to sit and eat.
It has what you need at reasonable prices!
Good, easy to shop grocery store. Workers friendly and helpful.
We quickly found what we needed and were able to check out. The checkout clerk was very pleasant.
Bad customer service. Baggers walk away when full carts come in. Never well stocked. Dirty.
The Smiths in Jackson is really over the top. Smiths is always good locally this one better. Bulk foods, good choices, great deli, good bakery.
Great rewards and have everything I needed
Smith's is the cheapest grocery store in town, but still has good quality options. Their range of whole foods and organic options is impressive for a store not billing itself as "health foods". The staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful on my weekly visits the past two years. On the down side, they frequently run out of stock on an item and may take weeks to get more. And don't expect most baggers to put much thought into bagging order. But at least the employees are native English speakers and do work with some expediency. Do get a Smith's card or borrow someone else's number as it gets you special sale prices and discounts.
Good prices. Good produce
Great place to shop
Smith's is a grocery store in Jackson, WY. It is an affiliate with Kroger so if you have a Kroger card, you can use it for the discounts offered. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. We were there for bread and lunch meat. We ended up also getting a box of croissants. The croissants were excellent. If I am in the area again, I will likely stop and stock up again.
Visa credit cards are not accepted here. Seems like a strange business decision to me as I believe Visa is the largest credit card company in the world. I left my potential purchase at the checkout counter and I won’t be back. Now I’m posting this review online to discourage other potential shoppers who happen to be Visa credit card users.
I find Smith's to be well stocked and have everything I need and more. Staff is helpful and friendly.
Great prices. Friendly staff
Much cheaper than the con that is Albertsons. All the gapers shop at Albertsons. Friendly people. Checkout lanes fast. Local vibe.
For years I have chosen to shop at Smith’s instead of Albertson’s. In fact I have been a Smith’s loyal customer since they opened. However, that all changed tonight. I will never shop at this store again. We arrived to shop at 10:30pm. The produce was completely dark, more than half of it was covered. At first we thought they were now closing at 11:00pm and not MN. The sweet girl sweeping the floor, reassured us that they were in fact open until MN. So we proceeded with our shopping trip. The health and beauty isle had lights turned down but it was easy to see. Once we got to the freezers every light was off. I used my phone flashlight to see. Dairy was well lite as was most of the rest of the store. The stockers went out of their way to be helpful. Several of them offered to help and were very helpful. With our grocery list complete we headed to the checkout. The Male checker with the Top Knot was extremely rude. First he didn’t bother to take his ear buds out, was barely civil, then ran the conveyer belt at top speed while I bagged our groceries. He continued to be rude the entire time and failed to say Thank you, have a good night or offer any type of farewell. Because of his rude behavior and the fact that you no longer take visa credit card ad your clear choice to put corporate greed over customer convenience.... I will not longer shop at this Smith’s store.
Great store, friendly staff, has a Starbucks
Best prices and most options in Jackson. There are better places with fewer options/most expensive but this is THE grocery store in Jackson, just moved near the high school and am very glad to be in close proximity to the store
Favorite Grocery Store hands down!!! they have reasonable prices and great selection! They have a rewards program that helps get you discounts on gas which is awesome, so you are rewarded for shopping with them.
Great customer service
Good prices & a good assortment of diffrent types of food.
Nice store decent prices
This store is beyond great & well maintained on every level !!! All the products =Awesome All the prices, aslo=Awesome All the people, (store employees)=Awesome
Always stop here to get supplies when in the area they have everything you need its a fully stocked grocery store they also have a nice selection of pre made sandwiches in the deli and a sushi chef making sushi all day . This location also has a Starbucks in it
Clean and friendly service
Often out of usable produce.
Really cool quality environment with great prices for drinks!
Great market. Great prices.
