Terrible customer service - they got may payment information wrong first, then got the date of the delivery wrong and when I called to ask if the item was being delivered, they gave me attitude about doing it. Then, when we finally got it settled that they got the date wrong and it was not that I had given them the wrong date, they refused to give me a discount or some form of retribution for their mistake. Then, when they delivered the item (on the wrong date), they brought it to the wrong place, even though they had been given the address for delivery TWICE prior to this. CAUTION IF USING THEM!!! VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

That in this modern age I could pick up the phone, speak to a live person (Dimitry) less than an hour before close of business, use words like "large, loud, almost obnoxious and certainly apologetic" AND not be certain about the address or location the flowers should be delivered too and then have this amazing arrangement arrive as intended, producing the positive response I sought, well, frankly, I'm blown away. So highly recommended that I'll never use anyone else. However, next year Dimitry, we have to make her cry. #goals #bestfloristever. #realpeopledoingbusiness. #goldstarservice #bestjhvendor

In the last year I have been working with Monica and Dimitry on flower arrangements as the event coordinator at Four Seasons. Working with them has been incredible as they are wonderful to work with. JH Flower Boutique is the most professional and premium flower shop in Jackson Hole, regardless of whether you are buying commercial or for a more personal occasion. Quality is prioritized, which I found to be something the other flower shops in Jackson came short on when they were dealing with large orders or were busy. Monica, the store owner, truly cares and will go the extra mile to make sure her customers are happy. 11/10

I love working with JH Flower Boutique. Saw they only had 3 stars, which is ridiculous. Read the negative reviews and it's easy to tell that it is the reviewers who have issues. Always great service, and extremely friendly staff. Well deserved 5 star review. The negative reviewers should be ashamed of themselves. When did society become so whiney?

Fantastic arrangements and lovely decor for purchase. Had not been in this adorable shop until a friend needed lilacs to feel like spring had sprung. Just an amazing place. Really unique items available.

Monica was absolutely amazing! We chatted via email a few times and talked on the phone once and the flowers were exactly what I envisioned for my wedding day. From bouquets to boutonnieres and the aisle seats and table arrangements. I was extremely happy with my experience with her! Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved working with Monica for my wedding! I cannot thank her enough! We bonded immediately over the fact that we share the same birthday, it was meant to be! Monica and her husband are kind and personable people which made the stressful wedding process that much easier. Being that I was a destination bride, planning and such could get tricky but Monica was always on top of it! She was quick with responses and accommodated everything we had asked for. We communicated via text, email and phone calls and we were always on the same page, communication is KEY when planning from a distance. I sent her pictures of my visions and everything was executed better than I could have dreamed. My mother in law also used her for our rehearsal dinner floral arrangements and those were also beautiful and executed perfectly. I would recommend her to everyone and we will certainly use her in the future!

I cannot even begin to start on the issues we had with this service provider, but I was very disappointed in the management and the process of the flower delivery for my wedding. I don't even think they are deserving of one star! Everyone involved in the process of my wedding was very shocked at the unprofessionalism that Monica and her team displayed. The cost was something that is very difficult for me to talk about because my husband and I felt we were overcharged for the quality of the flowers and the service. I felt I did almost everything a bride should do...meet with the florist, go over layouts, and have many discussions with the florist about my expectations (be careful she charges for discussions after you pay her in full, "OH I FORGOT I CHARGE FOR THAT"...). Highly highly highly unprofessional and disappointed in the outcome. I regret not asking around and making sure Monica has a good reputation...which I had learned the hard way. I hope others are not duped as I was.
