My sister, Sandra Taylor, & I came to your shop & ordered an arrangement for my sisters husband’s memorial. You had an arrangement in the cooler that was gorgeous. It was made with yellow roses. We asked if you could make one with yellow carnations instead of the roses & a bit larger but otherwise like the rose arrangement & would it be just as beautiful. You assured me that you could. I got to the church looking for our arrangement that had cost me $94. There was an ugly floral thing with a few yellow carnations ( you had said there would be more carnations since they weren’t as expensive as roses) & some ugly purple flowers with a smattering of tiny white daisies. There had been no purple flowers in the rose arrangement. Needless to say not only was I extremely disappointed but exceedingly angry. I will never use your florist again & I will ardently encourage my sister to use another florist & she has used Gillette Floral for many years. But I hope that is the last time.

I wanted something special for a funeral. The person I talked to was so helpful and made a beautiful arrangement at a very reasonable price. I live out of state so she sent me a picture of it so I could show the group that I was sending it from. I would highly recommend them. Amazing customer service!!!

I love this local flower shop because they are always friendly, and I can say my budget us $X and they will make a beautiful arrangement and deliver it within my budget. And usually they can do next day delivery, for the times I forget to think ahead.
