When flower deliveries go wrong, you want to work with Waukesha Floral. I had sent flowers to a family member and requested it be delivered by a specific time. Not only was it delivered during the time I requested, but the family member REFUSED the flowers! How awkward for that driver! Even more awkward when they had to call me and tell me! I offered for them to give the bouquet to the next customer for free, but they insisted on only charging me for the delivery and refunded the cost of the flowers.....which they didn't have to do. Beautiful arrangements, great customer service. Would recommend highly!!

Today, (5/20/17) I called to ask a few questions about booking them as a florist for my wedding. I was told they would not discuss pricing over the phone and would need an appointment. So when I said Saturday works best since I work, she rudely responded with "well not for us" and then I heard nothing.... I was then put on hold without warning. If this is the level of customer service, I DEFINITELY do not want to deal with that on my wedding day. There are too many other florists to choose from.

The pic on the left is what was ordered. The pic on the right is what I received. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING!!! First, what was delivered looks NOTHING like the picture of what was ordered! Second, the flowers that were delivered are 1/2 dead! The arrangement I received looks like your flower buyer went dumpster diving at the clearance flower market a week after Valentine's day and a pre school class arranged it. I can not believe professionals would arrange and send out for delivery the mess that I received. Needless to say I'm extremely disappointed.

Waukesha Floral & Greenhouse has the best flowers, corsages, and jewelry I have ever had the privilege of shopping at. Great prices, Friendly staff, and an overall great quality of they're wares. I bought a beautiful corsage for my girlfriend for $30.00 and she absolutely loved it. The designer Amy Gaylord was the one to thank for the corsage. I would recommend these florists for any event or occasion.

I am so thrilled with this place! I called from phoenix az late in the afternoon to have a plant with fresh flowers delivered that day to my aunt in waukesha. She called me a short time later to thank me for the beautiful enormous plant that arrived with beautiful pink flowers placed in it. This place is adorable. I went in for a new office plant, and the staff was very patient as I told them my cube was poorly lite and I needed something sturdy. They quickly showed me the 5 or 6 plants that needed little light and care. I'm very happy with my new "lemon-lime." I only wish I didn't run there during lunch; their gifts section was fantastic.

Michelle was fabulous to work with and really listened to what we were looking for and she delivered the perfect mix. Please do not be put off by the website, which we were at first, but when we physically went to the florist were pleasantly surprised by how large and varied their products and services were and are very thankful we went there based on recommendations rather than the look of the website.

Not impressed. I've been here a number of times in search of some medium sized house plants. Every time I explore the store, I wonder how they manage to stay in business. When you first walk in, it reeks of bad smelling candles and cheap air fresheners - this section of the store is mostly fake flowers and plants along with other tacky home decor. In the greenhouse section, many of the plants appeared to be on their last leg and not very well cared for. I was also surprised by their lack of variety when it came to succulents and grass plants. Plants being delivered were not cleaned not decorated, raw and dusty.

We visited this place as a possible florist for our wedding. We aren’t experienced in this, so we were hopeful they would guide us. During the consultation, she just kept telling us, “The sky is the limit.” She didn’t guide us, provide many examples, or show us samples. When we brought up centerpieces, she again just told us, “The sky is the limit.” That was pretty much the answer for everything. So basically we have to come up with everything ourselves and tell them what to do. This is great if you know exactly everything about wedding flowers and centerpieces and don’t need them to assist you in ideas. After we were finally able to come up with some ideas for flowers, she wrote them down along with some prices. We were then told they would not share the notes or provide us with a quote until we put a deposit down. Really? If you can’t give us anything to compare (or a price estimate) when we are shopping around for a florist, we obviously won’t go with you. Not sure who would go with a company without a price quote first. We visited another place just to see if this is typical for florists. The other place we visited brought out flowers to show us, various center piece props, vases, lights and more. The other place also showed us lots of pictures and ideas of things we could do. Finally, the other place provided us with a written quote of how much everything would be. We didn't see issues with the flowers at this location, they just definitely need to work on their sales pitch.

I spent $75.00 on an arrangement for my BEST FRIENDS birthday who is in Hartland and this is what they sent! 3 stock stems 3 aster 4 stems of Glads 2 stems of stock 2 tulip stems -------------- = $25 to $ 30.00 RIPOFF! That's it! Poor arrangement- low end flowers - tall flowers in a bubble vase- no greens- not one and I mean NOT One flower pictured from the arrangement from FTD ! They SUCK! And do not care and believe that they can get away with it because u can't see what they sent! Counting on the recipient not to share their embarrassment. Well I am retired Florist! If they don't care for getting the wire business from FTD that's no excuse to screw others over! No excuse for this poorly executed slacker work! THEY REPEATEDLY APOLOGIZES TO THE CUSTOMERS THAT THEY WILL CORRECT THEIR MISTAKES, BUT HERE AGAIN, THEY RIP OFF PEOPLE.

Very disappointed in the corsage I ordered for prom! I ordered the bracelet corsage tsome of the flowers were brown and an hour of just pictures the flowers were falling off the bracelet, it was not even glued on correctly just flopping around that she had to take it off!... I will never come back waste of money for something that was only worn an hour!

Unorganized, unprofessional. I placed an order 4 days before my event (for a medium bouquet and a pin-on corsage) for an 8:30am pick-up. We arrived at 8:30am on the day of our event, and were told they had our order queued up in their system, but not ready. After unnecessary stress and rushing our order, they delivered the flowers to our house 2 hours later. They offered a "discount", but drove up the prices to compensate for that discount. I will not return for future business, there are other local florists that deserve it.

I shop here quite often, for plants and gifts. I was usually happy until I sent my mom flowers while she was in the hospital. I was horrified to see quite a bit of the arrangement was brown. I took it back, and the young sales woman offered to replace the brown flowers when the shipment arrived. I pointed out then the other half of the arrangement would be dead, so I got a store credit. I was pleased until I bought a hanging plant and two fuchsias. The hanging plant struggled, but bounced back. The fuchsias are the worst I have ever seen. I had faith in them when I bought them, but they are falling apart. I buy fuschias every year from all different nurseries, and they always thrived. This was my first, and will be my last, at Waukesha Floral. What a disaster, and waste of money. The owner told me I could replace them, if they still had any, but they didn't have many left when I bought these, so I wasn't confident in any stragglers.

DO NOT USE FOR DELIVERY. Flowers were left in the back patio in 90 degree weather. The wind blew them over, so when we arrived home the next day the flowers were dried out and squished flat. The delivery notice Waukesha Floral left hanging on our door said the flowers were in the back patio, and had been delivered over 24 hrs ago. Thanks... Advice for florist, use your own printed notice instead of just guessing someone will be home soon and that the back porch is good enough. Next time someone isn't there either hold onto them and have us call you to pick them up, or leave them at a neighbor's house.

I have enjoyed Howl at the Moon several times with friends but can't always attend since my birthday is Oct 8. But I do hope you will continue with the holiday open house. It's a wonderful time of year and the shop always looks so lovely. What made me feel so special was when I came in on Oct 9 to choose my birthday flower. Which would I like - then she asked if I liked sunflowers and I said, yes! She came out from the back room with a sunflower with greens, wrapped it up in colorful paper, tied with a bow. It was so lovely and made my day.

First time here and I was very disappointed. I placed an order over the phone the Thursday or Friday prior to Mother’s Day for a beautiful arrangement where lilies were the focal point of the floral piece. I show up morning of only to be handed an arrangement with no lilies. The whole reason for choosing that arrangement were the lilies. I was not wowed at all by what was given to me. They did offer to fill it to make it look better but it truly was not not what I wanted. I would have appreciated a call to know lilies were not available. Then to top it off they said it’s usually an additional charge for the small roses they added but that they would waive it. I was furious at the fact they would even think about charging me for adding anything else on. I needed up having to take the arrangement to another floral shop in town to add lilies.

Unfortunately, I did not check online prior to hiring Waukesha Floral & Greenhouse and are regretting not doing so. The negative complaints listed on the review site are true, and I don't have the time to add more. The problems began immediately during the first consultation but having heard that this florist was the best in the area, I overlooked it with excuses. The proof was in the pudding...our event was held yesterday, and the centerpiece reviews from very close family friends and with a few being in the service industry, confirmed what I already knew...shockingly overpriced and not well put together. That's verified today with orbs falling apart. The designer had said that "these will last for days." Also, I just noticed that the requested flower was not used, which was the issue during the first consultation. Thankfully, the event's color choice was white and couldn't be messed-up! I truly do not know how they are able to retain customers and increase their client base, and apparently are riding on a past reputation. Although the staff was pleasant, I can not stress enough to "avoid like the plague!"

Every person at Waukesha Floral from the owners to the employees are so genuine and kind--you can tell they really love what they do. I work in Waukesha and when our company hires new employees we like to get them welcome baskets filled with gifts from around the downtown area so we turn to Waukesha Floral for some of the items. All of our employees plants are still alive and well :) We even went back to purchase a get well gift for an employee that was out for a month due to health reasons. The bright cheerful flowers really put a smile on her face. I enjoy browsing their gift shop and greenhouse because there is always something new to look at and great for last minute gifts! When I get an opportunity to stop, I love Waukesha Floral! It has such a nice variety of garden, gifts and unique boutique items! I will generally choose Waukesha Floral if I am looking for a fun, unique ladies gift for a friend's birthday. Since I had to travel to the wedding and couldn't meet the florist in person, my mom, who lives in Waukesha, took on the responsibility to meet with Waukesha Floral & Greenhouse and make all arrangements. We had given them pictures of bouquets and centerpiece from Pinterest (oh, Pinterest) and they said they could put them together. Boy, did they exceed my expectations. The Bride and Bridesmaid bouquets were absolutely gorgeous, exactly how I imagined!!! They added white roses, greenery, and a few light green/blue succulents. The bride's bouquet was massive, but stunning!! We had corsages for the MoB, MoG, and a few others and they were so pretty, the boutonniere for the FoB was simple and just what we requested. They did our ceremony flowers (some green plants to hang from the aisle chairs, and white flowers on the alters). Then I get to the reception and the centerpieces are so incredibly modern and perfect with white flowers and small green touches!!! They added a small white tree in a vase to the bride and groom's table with added crystals and candles hanging from the branches. With the exception of one candle falling off a branch, it was great! I would certainly recommend this floral company to do any wedding as it seems they will make anything work as long as you have an idea in your mind and some pictures to show what you really want for your wedding. The owners are amazing, the selection is fantastic, the staff is always friendly and helpful and they have many unique items that you won't find anywhere. They are my go to for a any floral purchase and for virtually all of my Mother's Day ideas and many other gift related celebrations. Awesome selection of unique, boutique type products as well.
