I am suspicious of any five star rating of a product or service, how good can something honestly be. Here goes, because of my poor planning I "needed", wanted really, to have an arrangement of flowers delivered just after 4:00 today, I called at 2:00 hoping for the best. Mindy answers, my request was simply difficult, make an arrangement that you, yourself would be amazed of. Apparently Mindy and some others there did just that, AND delivered the flowers EXACTLY on time. A well earned 5 stars, THANKS MINDY and all those that assisted, as though I was their ONLY customer.

Made our Day Special We were in town for a funeral and wanted to do a special floral arrangement. We went to the Village Flower Shoppe and spoke with the floral designer on what we would like to have. Kelly couldn't have been more helpful in talking with us about the details and suggesting additional options to consider. We were extremely happy and pleased with the arrangement we had done and would recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

They provided my friend with extremely poor customer service the day before and the day of her wedding. They quoted my friend $550 for the flowers and arrangements that were ordered. The day before the wedding, told her she would be charged $900. Through a phone conversation, the florist claimed she did not know that "it was a budget wedding". Come on .. who doesn't have a budget!? When you quote a price, you follow through. If there are adjustments needed, you contact the bride and or the person paying to discuss the cost difference. That's common sense as well as good customer service. Although the arrangements were nice, I along with the bride, her mother, her sisters and the wedding party are never doing business with this company again. Very dissatisfied with the way things were handled. There is no excuse for this horrible experience. Ridiculous.

Small little shop packed full of unique items. Every where you turn is something new! We got to watch Heather and Joyce plant little baby flowers into their flats. Greenhouses are filling up nicely for the season. We will be back to see more, for sure!! Worth the drive!

Very knowledgeable staff on hand here. They handle all kinds of services from weddings and funerals to special occasions and spring flowering plants. I have had very good luck with the plants purchased here for outdoor pots and beds and the gal that creates the arrangements is talented and very creative. All and all I highly recommend you visit the Village Flower Shoppe.
