We visited West Salem Floral to order flowers for my dad's funeral. Service was excellent, compassionate, attentive to our vision, while adding creative touches that enhanced the finished product. Arrangements that were ordered by friends and family complimented ours beautifully. We are so grateful.

If you are looking for a place to buy flowers, I would recommend you think twice before going here. I bought a corsage and a boutonniere from here for prom and not only was the flower and ribbon cheap. But the flowers started to turn brown only 7 hours after I pickep the flower up. They do have a "guarantee" but it is 100 % false. (On their website it says "If you are not satisfied with the purchased FTD product, we will send a replacement or refund the full purchase price. All you need to do is notify us within 10 days of receipt of your FTD order. ) So I called the following morning hoping to get some of my money back only to be yelled at by the owner, and told the flowers were supposed to turn brown. Don't waste your effort/money on Salem Floral

I ordered a plant arrangement for a funeral and i wasn't sure what I wanted. I ordered the design by florist one and it was beautiful. Just ordered again for another funeral. Polite staff, wonderful service.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter at work on Valentines day. I did not know she was working at her other job that day and when the delivery person tried to deliver them and found out she was not working, they tried to find out where her other job was so he could deliver them to her. She did get them on Valentines day and I know how crazy busy they must have been and they still tried to make sure the flowers were delivered. EXCELLENT customer service. I appreciate their efforts.

I’d give zero stars if it were an option. After searching online and calling around for about an hour I’m told this shop will deliver to Mindoro for a dear friend’s father’s funeral. I called several times trying to order and they hang up on me every time before I can even say hello. The service can’t possibly get worse than that. I’m so disappointed!
