I ordered a last minute anniversary bouquet request and I specifically wanted a dozen assorted colored roses (similar to a rainbow bouquet). When the delivery person arrived they got there with small red and white roses! It was the worst arrangement I had ever seen especially for the price I paid. Due to it being a last minute request, I couldn't get it changed but I will NEVER buy from them again...

My overall experience was average only because the flowers were beautiful. I ordered the flowers online way early in the morning (4:00 AM EDT) and attempted delivery was made early afternoon, which was completely acceptable. However, I learned later that redirecting the arrangement was kind of an issue because it was being done so by another florist. In trying to maintain communication with this florist, I came to realize that they stopped answering their phone at 5:00 PM CDT. I ended up having the other florist hold on to the arrangement the next morning so my special someone could pick it up.

We purchased our wedding flowers from Rose's. Every bouquet, corsage and boutonniére was a million times more beautiful than I could have imagined. They sat with us to come up with our dream flowers, and even down to the SHADE of white of my dress (so the roses would match), they had every detail covered. Not only were they gorgeous, and a beautiful keepsake of an amazing day, but they were affordable. The store has TONS of flower options, and there is something for everyone. I can't recommend them enough for any floral needs!

I had the front door open with the screen door closed. I was busy trying to put my son down for a nap when the doorbell rang. I ignored it as I had better things to do at this time and wasn't expecting anyone. I then heard my door open and someone came inside. It was the delivery driver inside my house looking to see if anyone was home. Unbelievable terrible idea for him. The flowers weren't even for me but for a neighbor

Monique and her team do an amazing job. We have used them multiple times for functions and the arrangements are amazing! They are terrific to work with. I thought I would share an example of the type of service they provide... This past weekend I had a situation where a client ordered flowers from their vendor for the wrong date. We had a bride expecting to arrive at her function with no floral. I called Roses 90 minutes before they closed and asked if there was anything they could do. The bride was obviously devastated and we wanted to surprise her with centerpieces to brighten her day. Monique and her team sprang into action and within an hour had beautiful arrangements ready for pick-up. I cannot thank Monique and her team enough for what they did on such short notice and without hesitation. Simply Amazing. Ordered from here last minute. Was a little worried about how the flowers would turn out because I was placing an order for delivery considering I am here in Illinois.
