We have used Riverside Florist for many, many years. We live out of state and my husband and I both have our mothers live in Appleton. We order flowers many times a year for them and have never been disappointed. Flowers always bring a smile to their faces. Thank you Riverside for the great service

I recently purchased three floral arrangements for Mothers Day. The service was excellent and the price was very competitive. I would have given them 5 stars but the parking was very difficult. I will return because of the service and quality, but next time I will make sure it is not on a busy day or two days before a holiday.

It is the Friday before Mothers' Day. I came home from work to find my flowers ordered by my oldest daughter dumped over and blown across my open front porch. I call and talk to Riverside Florist and am told I will be called back about the flowers. When the owner calls me back, she tells me that leaving flowers on "holidays" is a normal, but a new bouquet will be brought to me sometime Saturday morning. (Yes, now my Saturday morning plans are waiting for flowers.) I looked over the damaged flowers because I am to return them on Saturday to find they are full of little black ants. This tells me that the flowers have either been on my porch since early this morning or the florist shop has ants in it. I put the flowers in a bucket on my back patio. Wow, what an interesting to start my Mothers' Day weekend. Explain to me, is this a practice of florists on "holidays"? I love fresh, arranged flowers. But I wonder what my daughter is paying for when they arrive like these did.

Very nice when I called direct. I am out of state and thought if I called direct and ordered the flowers I saw online, to give to a friend who lives in their area, it would be supporting a local business. The flowers were the same colors as the bouquet pictured on the website but was half the size shown. I will not call them on this as my friend just had surgery. But to pay what I paid and to have them delivered locally just a few miles, I would have thought they would want to make an impression to a local resident. It was distinctly smaller and less in size than was was shown. I should not have had to tell them that I want it to look as close as possible to the picture, at the least as "full of flowers" as the picture showed. My friend sent me a picture so I could see that it cheered her up the day after her surgery.....

I Bought an $85 bouquet of flowers for Valentine's Day with a vase and it looked like it was $20 from festival! I am appalled and furious!!!

Found them via Groupon promotion, but staff didn't seem happy to have me as a new customer. It's an older, but serviceable, facility (gift shop and greenhouse) that could use some updates and brightening. Purchased a fairly expensive house plant. It "got sick" several months later, although care instructions were followed completely. Contacted them for help and/or replacement, but got none. I'd rather support an independent small business like this one, but expect better service... I'll just go to the floral section of the grocery store next time. :(

I go there often. Recently my hubby got me anniversary flowers and I was very unhappy. The style, color and quality were all wrong for the price. HOWEVER, I called and talked to them and LEE was amazing. She took and redid the arrangement and I was VERY happy to bring them home. They guarantee there flowers and there customer service. I also did a peace lily - fish set up and they did a wonderful job. Price was very reasonable. :) THANKS

My husband had anniversary flowers delivered a few weeks ago and they were top quality. Beautiful fragrant flowers. The whole office smelled amazing and I got so may compliments. They were still going strong 3 weeks later! I decided then that this was my local flower company. I have ordered flowers from other companies that were always below average. Not a good quality flower, arrangement smaller than normal, died a couple days later. I recently sent my mom birthday flowers and again I was impressed by the quality of the arrangement. Delivered promptly next day. Great service! Thank you!
