Sent my mother flowers for her birthday, paid a considerable amount for a nice arrangement and because my mom was not home at the time she wanted to deliver, she said she wasn't coming back to bruce (less than 10 miles from ladysmith) and that she'd have to pick them up at the gas station!

I've used Rainbow Floral many many times in the past and must say I've been very satisfied with the arrangements and delivery. I can't say I've never had a hitch; but I can say the one time I did they took care of the issue. I will continue to use Rainbow Floral for my flower related needs in the future.

I ordered flowers for my mom as a surprise, and expected them to be delivered on Friday. I received an email from Rainbow Floral that day, stating that they left a message for my mom saying they had flowers for her, and would deliver them when she called them back to verify that she was home. I called them immediately to complain about them contacting my mom and ruining the surprise, and asked that the flowers be delivered as soon as possible. I even said I would be fine with them just placing the flowers by the front door if they had to. The lady then told me that her delivery guy had already gone home for the day (it was only 3:30pm). I asked if there was anything she could do, and she just said "no". Whoever I spoke with did not apologize, or try to offer any solutions. I was very displeased with the service I received from this floral company.

Beautiful (plant) flowers! with card . . A Class Act-Five Star business as we were gone on a 2-week west vacation and they knew when we were back home according to the sender of this gift for my wife.s B-day. Upon returning home, Rainbow Floral called us about the delivery the very next day to make sure we were back and then drove 8 miles to our house. Now that's good business!

I phoned in an order for a floral arrangement for a birthday. The arrangement I selected was not available but the owner of the shop provided a substitute that my friend was very pleased with and the order arrived on time. Very friendly service.
