We live more then 1500 miles away but need to send flowers to my husbands grandmother who had taken a fall. Jolene called and said the flowers couldn’t be delivered to the address we had given. She found the right house and even set the flowers up for grandma since she had a broken wrist. Thanks so much you guys were amazing and we will use you again and again!!

When my daughter moved to Sun Prarie, it was our pleasure to use over many years now, the services of Prarie Flowers and Gifts. There have been unique gifts delivered on our behalf many times. Living out of the state of Wisconsin has been no problem to entrust personalized and caring choices and presentation. A most excellent place to shop and very good with "family style" service and accomodation. My daughter Trula Hensler has raved about each and every gift over the years.

Hours are super limited, they never have a delivery driver. Sun Prairie needs a real florist, sooner the better Ive called this place on three different occasions and either cant deliver or are out of flowers, like how can you have 11 red roses and that's it? I was however told they had some other roses but they were going to die fast. Save your money go elsewhere.

My family has been here twice in a month. The first time my kids were there to buy flowers for my wife who was in the hospital and they got lousy service. The staff was rude and treated them like they were an inconvenience. (they still spent almost $100 of their own money on it. I would have left without buying) The second visit a month later my wife figured the staff had a rough day the first time so she went in to buy a plant for a sick friend. She got the same treatment. Lousy service & treated like she was an inconvenience. My wife left without purchasing anything and went elsewhere to buy the plant.

Everything we ordered for the wedding was beautiful. The price felt high, $480 for 3 small bouquets, 6 boutonnieres, and 3 corsages. Otherwise the staff was friendly and handled my special request with grace. Good experience overall.

I called a little before noon on Saturday and was hoping to have an arrangement delivered that day. I had a very nice conversation with the lady who answered the phone, and she even had some suggestions, but only after I asked her what she thought. They delivered exactly what I asked for. It looked great. Next time I need anything in Sun Prarie, this is where I'll go.

Stopped in here last minute to get corsages for our wedding. I walked in the day before the wedding (we are great planners) and timidly asked if the could make four corsages. They were extremely helpful and did exactly what my now wife wanted. We appreciate their timely help and they were a joy to work with! Will definitely stop back for flowers in the future!

I think their prices may be a little high, but you're definitely paying for quality. The floral arrangements were my favorite part of my wedding. She really listened to everything I wanted and reflected it into the arrangements. Can't recommend them enough! Thank you for making my wedding day so beautiful!

I ordered flowers from them for my weddig in 2014. Best price for the flowers I ordered and they were beautiful! The customer service I got was also amazing. I was making my own bouquets and told me how I would need to store the flowers to keep them fresh for the next day! I would definitely go there again for flowers :)

Summer 2013 wedding - flowers were quite wilted and some falling off of stems upon arrival. One bridal party piece was entirely missing and after calling arrived just minutes before the service. The overall arrangements would have been nice if they were fresher, thought not quite what was requested.
