I was extremely disappointed by the flower arrangement I ordered for a funeral. When I arrived to collect them, they could not find my flowers. They had mistakingly given them to someone else. Then they used the other arrangement, which was not even close to the $70 arrangement I ordered, and just stuffed some white roses and a couple tulips in to make it "worth the price." When they saw how visibly upset I was, never mind that I was mourning the loss of a very close relative, they had the gall to tell me "yeah you're upset, but we're upset too because someone got our flowers for free." When I asked for a discount, they refused. Ridiculously stingy behavior and horrible customer service.

I was very disappointed and embarassed by the flowers that were sent for a funeral this week. My husband's name was spelled wrong on the card. The first thing the family said to us when we walked in the funeral home was "Look, they spelled Terry's name wrong."The flowers consisted of a bunch of white daisies and aprox 6-8 tiny tulips around the outside. I did not feel the flowers were worth the $50 we paid with the delivery charge added on.

Best place to go for birthdays, think of you gifts, hommcomming, prom, dates, anniversary. You name it! They well set you up with what ever! With reasonable prices. Great service. Best floral and green house in the area.
