What an amazing experience it was to order flowers from Petals. I found out on Friday that a friend’s mom passed on and the viewing would be conducted the following day. I called Felicia toward the end of Friday, not knowing too many of the details since we are not local and she took care of everything! Finding the funeral home, etc... I asked her to please create a beautiful arrangement with only flowers and some chartreuse green and she delivered! She texted me the pics the following morning and delivered the arrangement. Wow! Exceptional service. Her design aesthetic is pretty remarkable considering the geographical location. This elevates her business from all the rest, in my opinion!

Thanks a lot! In review, Petals by Felicia did awesome. I ordered the day of valentines as I was sick with fever the two days before. 12 balloons, chocolates, and flowers all delivered without even an email and at a reasonable price. Everything was really easy right through their website. Which is a lot more than I can say about half a dozen other florists sites. Easy to place the floral arrangement order online, Felicia called minutes afterwards to ask if a small substitution could be made for green button flowers, no problem. Orders flowers to be delivered for Valentine's day and got a call in the afternoon asking if they could substitute the vase with another because it was sold out. I said sure as long as it was as nice as the one advertised. I was told it would be delivered between 3 and 4pm. Wife came home empty handed around 545pm!!!! PISSED!!!!!! AT ME!!! Thinking I forgot. I had to call them and then they wanted to deliver tomorrow!!!! They delivered them to the house in what looks to be a square mason jar!!!!! Not what I was expecting!!! I will never order from this place again!

Was a bit underwhelmed by the bouquet my husband and I ordered by phone for his grandma. The woman on the phone told me that they had some beautiful lilies, and I asked that they include some in the bouquet. She told me they could do that. However, the bouquet that was delivered didn't have any lilies. Grandma loved the flowers, but I am left a bit annoyed that they did not provide what the woman on the phone had promised.
