The last funeral for our family was the most arrangement we have ever seen. The quality of fresh flowers, the talent, delivery service. Everything they have done was extremely well done and thought through. They are not a slip shop like an FTD or Teleflora wire operators. We are so happy that we have a quality florist in our neighborhood. They are a real local florist, not an internet scammer.

5 star review easily but if I could provide a 10 star I would as the team at New Berlin Florist deserves it! Their customer service is impeccable! I recommend them HIGHLY! They sent a text message when the delivery was made to the funeral home (hours before the service, excellent) and an image of the floral arrangement. Looks exactly how it is depicted on their website. Thank you again for your amazing customer service.
