Tomorrow is valentines and the arrangement I chose from them missing a whole bunch of the purple flowers. I called and spoke to Nancy. She said oh well it has roses anyway. No offer to make good especially since I paid extra for larger size assortment. I will not use them again and share this experience with my friends.

Nancy's delivered some arrangements for a funeral. While they looked beautiful for a short while, after about 4-5 hours some flowers in the arrangement were browning. Closer look at others that were still ok showed evidence of some too hot/too cold problem, there was water so that wasn't the problem. Nancy's is right across the street from the funeral home. Disappointing that some arrangements did not even last through that day.

First of all, it's not professional to have friends and family write reviews to try to counteract the bad service you gave to us. Buyer beware! A dear friend ordered a plant for my mother in law's visitation and funeral. Although my friend placed the order 3 days before the visitation, nothing was delivered until after all visitation was over and we left the funeral home. What was finally delivered to the church after the service and meal was a scrawny corn plant in a pot a bit larger than a tea cup saucer. The response from Nancy was that it was delivered and she fulfilled the order Please do not order from this store She is not concerned about her customers at all and made no attempt to try to correct this bad service.

Recently received a very nice planter as a gift which friends had purchased from Nancy's. We've had it for over 3 weeks and the plants look just as good as the day the planter was received! I have always had very good luck finding unique and reasonably priced gifts at Nancy's- and plan to continue to recommend her shop to others as well!

Always very professional and friendly. I regularly use Nancy's floral for decorative flower arrangements when I host parties and for administrative assistants day. They think outside of the box and have always surprised me with the most unique bouquets.

I had to call Nancy at the last minute to change the delivery address to a different city and gave her only a 2 hour window to get it done. She and husband {sorry didn't get his name} came through in just over an hour! If this isn't a business owner caring about and taking care of her customers I don't know what is. Thank you so much for getting the flowers to Megan in Waunakee this morning. You went so above and beyond customer service to do this. I will refer everyone I know to you!!! AND the flower are gorgeous.

If I could give a zero stars, I would. My son ordered an arrangement to be delivered on March 20, my birthday. At about 3:30, I heard they had tried to deliver it, but we weren’t home. I live in Middleton which is about 30 miles from her shop, so she said they’d be delivered the next day. They didn’t arrive until the aft. of March 21. When I went to the door, she just handed me the vase. It had absolutely no covering around the flowers. It’s winter in WI! Needless to say, within 2 days the flowers started dying. I picked them out one at a time until 5 days later, when I dumped them all. The most frustrating part is I know my son paid a generous amount for the flowers. I wrote to Nancy twice and 3 weeks later, I have not heard back nor has my son received any credit.

I ordered flowers for my wedding and gave over a months notice. I ordered purple and white roses for bouquets and boutonnieres and white and purple flowers for corsages. I checked a week before wedding to make sure they would be ready. I show up day of wedding and they were not done. She told me she would deliver them. They dropped them off and the bouquets and boutonnieres were fushsia pink, the corsages were purple. We called and she said they were purple and that there was nothing she could do. I spent almost 500.00 and she ruined my day with wrong color didn't even match the colors of the wedding. She was rude about it and I will never use her flower shop again. I made sure everyone at the wedding know about it. Hope nobody gets screwed by her like I did.
