Naly provided the florals for our wedding, and we were so happy with how everything turned out! Naly was very helpful and detailed with coming up with the theme, and the flowers themselves were gorgeous (it’s been a couple weeks, and I’m still in love with my bridal bouquet). Naly was so fabulous and wonderful providing flowers for our wedding. I wanted simple beautiful light pink peonies for vases on every table. She was helpful with my budget and vision. Also, on the day of the event, I was concerned they were not the perfect flowers and she responded immediately offering to do anything to resolve my issue - but I was mistaken - and they were actually perfect and exactly what I wanted.

Honestly I am pissed she isn’t located in Chicago because this is the best florist I think I’ve ever worked with. Picked up the phone, really listened to what I wanted and went out of her way to make it exceptionally beautiful. What’s more, is I needed a Sunday delivery AND I was annoying and asked for photos of the arrangement and not only did Naly/her team deliver on both, but kept in personalized communication with updates and follow-up post delivery. Best floral experience I’ve ever had. The arrangement was stunning. Highly highly recommend.

After working with Naly for almost a year now, I don't know that I'd purchase arrangements from anywhere else in Madison. Naly does STUNNING work, and I love that most of her selections are from local growers. She even has cute little placards in her shop indicating where the flowers were grown. She has a selection of arrangements ready for purchase, and can create almost any custom arrangement you desire. I recommend Naly without hesitation.

Nine months ago I lost my 15 yr old niece. I live in Michigan. My niece and sister are huge small business supporters so I looked for that type of florist and hit the jackpot. I was too emotional But I had an idea of what I wanted for Blythe’s flowers. Naly worked with my husband via phone/text with photos, ideas, it was just wonderful. The unique arrangement that was at the memorial was truly breathtaking. Now I just need to come in the next time I’m in Madison and personally thank you.

Naly's Floral Shop is THE floral shop in Madison. Not only does the shop have beautiful locally sourced flowers at great prices, but it also has a stock of other great items too. I bought my girlfriend a scarf and a set of earrings here that she loved. The shop even has a "Happy Hour" from 4-5 on Tuesdays and Fridays where single stem flowers are just a buck! How cool is that!? Highly recommended.

The ladies at Naly's Floral Shop did an absolutely spectacular job! About 6 months ago I ordered an arrangement for a funeral. The ladies were kind, answering all my questions, and they understood exactly what I wanted. The arrangement was beautiful, beyond my expectations! It brought joy and hope to a very sad situation, looking as good the first day as it did three days later. I will definitely use Naly's again.

Really friendly and ambitious owners. However I asked the florist to put together a 30 dollar bouquet. He charged me over 37 for it. He claimed he thought I said 35. I definitely did not. Honest mistake? Maybe.

My husband and I got married in July and Naly's Floral Shop provided our flowers. Naly was incredibly easy to work with and her floral designs were beautiful! Throughout the planning process, Naly was friendly, helpful, and very flexible. Two days before the wedding, we had to change our design for the ceremony due to the venue's fire code regarding candles. Naly created an entirely different design for us for an extremely affordable price. On the day of the wedding, I was blown away by how her greenery and flowers enhanced the aesthetics of our ceremony. In addition, we received many compliments on our centerpieces and my bridal bouquet, which I could not stop staring at. We would highly recommend Naly and would utilize her again for other events or gifts.
