All of the florists and designers are always super helpful and really get her what they do everything comes out looking great. If you're looking for bouquets or some plans to spruce up your house look no further.

I live in Minnesota and one of my very good friend's child was sick at the childern's hospital. I spoke with Sally and she was so wonderful helping me pick things out over the phone. I always purchase arrangements from here in August a close family member passed away and had a special Birds of Paradise arrangement made for the funeral I understand that it was stunning! Most recently I requested another Birds of Paradise arrangement it was breathe takingly Beautiful the staff is fantastic!!! They create magnificent award winning master pieces Thank you :-)

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I read previous reviews on getting wedding flowers through metcalfes, and had full confidence in them. I talked to Diane on the phone who was extremely pleasant and ensured me she could make my vision come to life for my bridal bouquet, and the mothers and grandmother corsages. My mother in law went to pick them up on Friday before my wedding (when I was told they would be ready), and they were not. I do not know who threw them together on the fly, but when I received my bridal bouquet, it was a plastic pick with foam ball with flowers sticking out. I wanted to hold stems, not a flimsy pick with flowers not even covering the green foam. The corsages were not the right colors, they were yellow roses with purple rather than white roses with eucalyptus. I ended up not even using them since our colors were all white and greenery. Flowers were something I was most excited about for my wedding, and without a doubt the biggest disappointment. They did give me a full refund, but the last minute and unnecessary stress was not worth it at all. I would not recommend Metcalfes floral to anyone.
