i haven't lived in appleton since 2002 but i still have many ties to the area, so when a friend or loved one passes i know i can count on memorial florists to get the plant i ordered where it needs to go, on time, and that it will be lovely, healthy and tasteful. i've seen one of the plants i've ordered in the home of the family's months later, thriving. their customer service is excellent and their pricing is very fair. don't mess around with 1800flowers middlemen type of stuff, they'll just get in the way and charge you more. let MF&G take care of you like they have for me. it gives me such peace of mind when i get that tragic call about someone from home passing to know that at least i can send a nice plant or arrangement if i can't attend the service. it seems like a small thing but in those sad times the small things can really help.

After going through a scam online for flower delivery I needed for the same day this company called AVAS bailed on me and still wanted to charge me. I called Taylor at this establishment and she was able to get my girlfriend her flowers delivered by 5pm and I called at 4:15. The owner of the business made it a point to delver the flowers on his/ her own! Thank you guys so much!

Was never able to confirm that the flowers were sent to the funeral home in Utah. Only told that the order had been transferred to another florist in the area -the name was not shared with me. I actually thought it was a florist in Ogden Utah as it said it delivers there. Unfortunately, the funeral home couldn't tell me either. I didn't want to bother the family at this point in time. I would suggest they come up with some sort of tracking for customers. I wouldn't want to use them again until a tracking was available.

I worked with the staff here to order flowers for my wedding this past June and they turned out beautifully! Special attention to detail was taken to each request made and everything from the ring bearer's boutonniere to my throw bouquet, and I loved my bouquet so much that I'm having it preserved! The staff was very attentive to their work that they even took time to follow up with me a week or so after my wedding to ensure I was happy with how everything turned out. Amazing service - - thank you for your contributions to making my day unforgettable!

I ordered some flowers over the phone for my mother's birthday. I had the order number for what we wanted. I feel like whenever I order something, it never looks as good as I was hoping (smaller, not enough flowers, etc). This was my first order from Memorial Florists, and the first time that something exceeded my expectations! The bouquet is beautiful!! It was exactly what I asked for - a perfect gift, complete with the butterflies I requested, for my mom. Thank you!!

Ordered through them a couple months ago and I did not like overall quality of the flowers. Ordered two bouquets and some other items through the store a week ahead of time and told them I needed everything ready by a certain time for pick up beacuse I knew I would be in a hurry that day. When I arrived, half of the order was not ready and the flowers were nothing like I had asked for. The two bouquets were about $25 each and had about 5 flowers in them with some filler. It was super ugly and definitely not worth the money. Picked up a couple of the $20 pre-made bouquets from their fridge and those were beautiful and had double the amount of flowers in them for the same price as the two bouqets I had ordered. They would not let me switch out the flowers. Took me half an hour to pick everything up and sort everything out. My suggestion would be just to go in and pick up flowers out of the fridge - much better quality than anything ordered online or over the phone.

Sorry...they came recommended but my husband funeral spray on a stand was very sad. I had asked them to include his 2 fishing poles, which they did, but were hidden from view by the legs. Not one person realized they were there. We asked for a very natural flower arrangement and it just about had no flowers on it at all. Just vines, ferns and the smallest cat tails I've ever seen. Very unfocused, no color and I was deeply disappointed. Sad end to a sad day.

Memorial Florist did my bouquets and boutonnieres for my wedding day. Jae and his team were nothing but a dream to work with. He worked with me the entire way, and was able to add in fishing lures to the gentleman's boutonnieres to give it a personal touch. I had quite a bit of anxiety knowing my dresses were a unique shade of red, so I dropped off a swatch of the dresses and Jae matched them perfectly. I couldn't have asked for more - they did an exceptional job.

I ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday and they were simply never delivered. I didn’t get any call from MFG about any issue with the order or delivery, so at the end of the day I finally called my mom and asked her to check her porch, expecting she would find her flowers and instead she found... big fat nothing! How incredibly sad and mortifying. Since it was after hours, I emailed the business, including all the information from my order confirmation and requesting a phone call back ASAP. Two days later I received an email response from the business stating that “...your order did not come through to us, so I had no way of knowing of the order.” While an apology was included and the assurance that I wouldn’t be charged, this absolutely did not make up for the fact that their error made it look like I simply ignored or forgot my mother’s birthday. There was no explanation of how such a glitch could occur, what they were doing to make sure the glitch was fixed, and no offer to do anything to make it right. From a state away, there was nothing else I could do for my mom in time and had to settle on a stinted phone call saying “Gosh I’m sorry, I ordered flowers and don’t know what could have happened.” Luckily my relationship with my mother is a good one, but I can think of about 100 circumstances where a flower order has a lot more importance to the future of a relationship. Had I not called my mom and known she didn’t get her flowers, I never would have followed up with the business or had any idea the order wasn’t received. Imagine if you were trying to apologize to the love of your life or something. I hate leaving negative reviews but I also hate the thought that this could happen to someone else, since there was no indication the business was looking into the issue or would fix it to make sure it wouldn’t happen again.

I used the Memorial Florists website to buy some flowers for my mom for Mother's Day this year. I'd bought flowers online plenty of times before, often from Memorial Florists, and had always been satisfied. This time, I paid a bit extra for a "premium" bouquet. When I picked them up (from the Memorial Drive location), I was a little shocked at what they looked like. What had looked like a beautiful bouquet online looked sparse and sloppy in person. At first, I thought they gave me the wrong flowers. I took them home and looked up the bouquet online again just to make sure I wasn't remembering things wrong. After I saw the picture, I sincerely thought I got the wrong bouquet because it looked so sparse. I decided to go back to the store to see if they could give me what I ordered. When I got there, I thought I was very nice about the situation. I'm not the kind of person who usually does this, but I truly thought they'd made a mistake. I was taken downstairs to the customer service section. There, the lady basically proceeded to tell me that I was too stupid to realize that I really received the flowers I had ordered. She got out the "flower recipe" and began to read the entire thing out loud and count all of the flowers. She then told me that it's like a "Big Mac" billboard. The sandwich looks really good on the billboard, but doesn't look that good when you actually receive it. Okay... She also blamed FTD, saying that they're the ones that took the picture. The only thing she offered to do was trim back some of the greenery. I asked if I could return the flowers, and she did allow me to do that. I told her I'd be taking my business elsewhere in the future to which she said, "okay." Maybe it's unfair of me to write this after generally being satisfied in the past, but it is what it is. I don't consider myself an unreasonable person (which I know makes me sound unreasonable), and all I was looking for was a little consideration for a good customer. I honestly would have been satisfied with a $5-$10 discount if they weren't going to change the bouquet (basically the price of the non-premium option). I won't be back, and when I order flowers online I'll make sure they're not from Memorial Florists.
