My sister goes to school in Milwaukee and her birthday is today. Called here to ask some questions just moments ago. Asked if she could get flowers delivered today, the lady responded yes but it wouldn’t be until later this evening. Said that was fine, and she responded saying unless you find someone closer to the east side they’ll be able to deliver it sooner. Then asked if she could recommend any that were closer, she said no and hung up the phone. Can’t believe how I was treated over the phone. Such disrespect, I’ve worked in customer service for years, I’ve been serving and having to deal with nasty humans for a living. But when I am expected to be treated kindly over the phone all I get is rudeness. I never write reviews but I felt it necessary to leave this one here. I’d look into getting a new customer service representative that actually cares about making your customers happy. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

My family ordered two flower arrangements for a family member's funeral and that was a BIG mistake. As soon we walked into the church you could see that the flowers were as dead as our family member. We paid her over $300.00 for the two pieces but only got about 10 to 15 carnations in each arrangements, a bunch of green fillers, and a few very DEAD very cheap carnations. I know funeral flowers can be expensive but they could have at lease been fresh cheap flowers. By the time we got to the burial site and they ask you to take a flower all of the flowers were so dead and wilted, it was embarrassing. She did a friend of mines mother funeral flowers and my friend complained about receiving dead flowers, but I thought she was exaggerating, guess I should have listened.

It seems that this lady is a crook. She got a $130 to do a bouquet for wedding. She did not do the bouquet nor did she return the $130. I would not recommend her to anyone. Bad bad bad. And I think I am going to call contacts 6 to see if they can get her to open the door or answer the phone because she stopped answering the phone and stop opend the door when the bride is coming to get a refund for the bouquet that she never produced. I am so sad that I ever recommended her to this person. Be careful who you do business with it don't matter how long they've been in business that doesn't mean they have good business practices

Ms Marcie always delivers great service! At our church we send plants to funerals to show support as well as flowers/baskets to those who have had surgery. Marcie's Florist is Awesome!!!
