Thank you! The phone was answered immediately, and they were able to get my flowers out the next morning, even though I ordered late in the afternoon! (Personally, I think it's great they are not working on Sunday. I commend them for that too.)

Love your US service people? Some people don't really care. I was disappointed and saddened to talk with the owner, Loren Shucha, and discover that Lori’s Flower Cottage does not do deliveries for funerals on Sundays. My grandmother was a world war 2 veteran and deserved better treatment. Even if Ms. Shucha could not deliver because she had to go to church or for other personal reasons, she offered no condolence and was very cold on the phone. So we sent our multiple sizable orders to Trigs Flowers. Trigs doesn't typically do Sunday delivery either, but they made an exception. Thanks Trigs, they were beautiful! Lori, you should notify Bolgers and Nimsgern funeral homes about your policy so they don’t continue to pass out your business cards for Sunday services.
