Your customer service skills are exemplary and your delivery was professionally completed leaving my nephew's girlfriend with a smile on her face that will last a month. Ordered numerous arrangements from here and they have all been amazing. The plants that are in my house are blooming wonderfully and of course make my house smell great. Excellent customer service and excellent prices. I will never order from 1-800 arrangements or any other florist. She can truly take your vision and turn it into a floral arrangement.

Kathy, is the most kind and energetic person I know. Currently I am teaching her Spanish so she can better communicate with her Spanish speaking customers. I’ve gotten to learn about her business and herself. This past weekend it was my best friends birthday and I told Kathy I’d love a birthday arrangement for her. Let me tell you, it was the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen. She was very helpful when it came to what I was looking for, she was able to make something that my best friend very much appreciated. Sent our bride flowers last week only to find out they were filled with spiders. The bride spent the night before her wedding cleaning till 2am and her wedding day with spider bites on her arms. The owner of the flower shop Kathy & her assistant Elizabeth are being extremely uncooperative and have zero customer service skills by hanging up, telling the bride one thing and me (the purchaser) another, and now blocking us from having any contact with her. Refund? Not a chance she said. Seems like an easy $60.25 resolution to me. Shame on her and her spider filled flowers. Be careful with "Kathy's Creations" & "Kathy's 2nd Chance Plants, LLC" on 3427 S. 34th St. in Greenfield, Wi. Our experience with them has been terrible.

Kathy created a beautiful arrangement which perfectly captured the celebration. After the recipient was delivered flowers, I received a follow-up call from Kathy confirming the delivery as well as a "BloomSnap" photo of the arrangement. I would highly recommend Kathy for all of your florist needs!

Worst customer service. Bouquet of flowers personally delivered to my wife from the owner. The flowers bloomed hundreds of baby spiders. No compassion from Kathy for the situation. No returning phone calls along with deleting and blocking of comments and persons from other social media sites. Kathy wanted us to jump through hoops for a full refund, supplies needed for full refund included wrapping and the tape from the wrapping.

I had the pleasure of meeting Kathy at my restaurant many years back. And when it came time to care for my plants I knew exactly who to call. Kathy not only took time out of her busy day to help me revitalize my restaurant, but she also educated me on how to care for them all moving forward. I was most impressed by her vast knowledge and great attention to detail. She was not only very helpful & knowledgeable but also professional & super punctual. Not only did she give me the needed information, but found out that there was a bad batch of those plants and gave me a replacement, without me even asking, for free.
