The flowers were fresh, the arrangements were beautiful, but the girl taking my order failed to hear me stress, “No red flowers, I want whites, blues, and purples...NO RED.” After calling to inquire about the screw up, the instructions said ‘to replace blue flowers with purple’. The girl didn’t listen to me at ALL!!! It would be different if they were not for my mother in law’s funeral. I almost did not recover from the disappointment of seeing the screw up on the flowers, but there were plenty of other errors that made that awful day almost unbearable. If you use this florist, and it matters, make sure you read what they write down because someone there, obviously, has trouble understanding plain English.

Indianhead floral did an amazing job for us! The staff was extremely thoughtful and caring. It's not easy to order flowers for a funeral, but they were compassionate and understanding. The flowers were beautiful! Way beyond our expectations. Thank you!
