You can't go wrong with George's Flowers. I have been shopping with them for several years, sometimes in person, sometimes over the phone. They deliver all over Madison and to surrounding communities as well. The staff are super friendly and always helpful.

My boyfriend and I were very disappointed in our recent experience with George's Flowers. He ordered flowers to be delivered to me at work for my birthday. Because my building is security locked, the delivery person could not just walk in the front door. So the delivery person apparently gave up - did not try to call the buyer (my boyfriend) right away to get my phone number to let me know I had a delivery, did not go to our businesses website and call our main number right there on our home page, and, most important of all, did not call my boyfriend back at the end of the day to at least let him know the delivery was never made. I was kind of bummed, because I love getting flowers from him and the bouquet sounded so beautiful. We have been in a long-distance relationship for the past year and half and it's special things such as this that really go a long way in helping us feel close to one another, even when we can't be together. I will suggest that he try Choles Floral instead, for next time, if there is a next time - I wouldn't blame him if he didn't send me flowers anymore, after this bad experience.

I called to order some irises for a work event and in addition to confirming what color the flower stems I ordered would be, the person on the phone also recommended some caspia and tree fern as filler. I could not be happier. The flowers looked amazing and were ready for pickup on time!

I asked for something elegant with lavender roses. When it came, the arrangement was beautifully arranged, gorgeous and tasteful, and exactly what I asked for. When (probably because of the heat) the roses didn't last as long as the rest of the arrangement, they completely stood behind their product and replaced them without any fuss. I am dazzled. I ordered the arrangement from California and everything went as smooth as silk. I will definitely use them again.

I made an order for flowers at 1 PM, and they had the flowers delivered by 3 PM that day. Impeccable service, and very knowledgable over the phone. I would recommend them to anyone who needs quality flowers fast, and delivered on time. My fiancee was even working in a locked building, and they had to call her to deliver them. It worked wonderfully, and the driver knocked it out of the park. Support a local business and go to these guys!
