I scheduled flowers to be delivered, but this florist discovered after delivering them, that my intended recipient was out of town. They went back to retrieve them and are scheduling a second delivery with my friend, at a more convenient date for her. Such service!

I ordered flowers from TX to be delivered to my child at school. I saw the arrangement later through pictures and I was extremely impressed with how well it looked like the online photo. The flowers had large blooms and it looked great and arrived before noon. Idk how much my child loved it but I wouldnt have minded ordering the flowers for myself. Thank you Flowers by Jan. The Army is past of my life and you help my long distance relationship with my children, with your beautiful flowers and prompt service. I will be ordering from here always and will order from your "sister store" in Alabama. The Army has a cousin there and she loves flowers too. Thank you again!

Our family ordered flowers for a dear friend's funeral. When we arrived at the church, we noticed the bouquet of half dead looking flowers. We spent over $300 for 2 arrangements. Everyone commented on how awful they looked. The only reason we went through Flowers by Jan is because the funeral home suggested it. Never again. Not to mention, the undertaker became defensive when we brought it to his attention. Terrible. When you spend that kind of money on flowers, you expect something beautiful. Complete opposite in this case.

Really annoyed that my flowers didn’t look like what I expected them to. I get it, it’s not going to be exactly the same as the picture but from everyone else’s reviews with photos, their flowers look so nice!! My bouquet looked like last picked flowers that got stepped on from a gas station!! So disappointed.

Wendy at Flowers By Jan went above and beyond the call of duty to assure my daughter had the flowers she wanted for her wedding bouquet. After calling numerous florists looking for black calla lilies and being told time after time that no one had them in stock, Wendy offered to make some phone calls to wholesalers on my behalf. Lo and behold she was able to track some down and saved the day. She and her staff were lovely to work with and did a beautiful job creating the bouquet.
