I recently went there to get some flowers. The staff was extremely helpful and was able to show me many different option for my purchase. When it was all set and done I got a beautiful bouquet for a very reasonable price.

Quite pricey. Not a huge selection. The lady seemed rude and made a judgey comment about my outfit. Not a fan. I suggest the flowers from Wal-Mart over this place. Or a rose from the gas station. Just not here.

I submitted an online order for the next day, my anniversary, and they delivered them the same day (day before anniversary). When I asked them to make it right they sent a bunch of white roses on my anniversary. Not what I wanted but at least they did something.

Went here on a wim to get some suggestions on wedding arrangements. We were shown where to sit with books and pictures and figured they'd come back after a bit and see if we had any questions... nope. We left shortly after taking some of their ideas. I was disappointed by how unwelcomed we were. We won't be going back. Looked like a nice place but the customer service was underwhelming to say the least.
