Festival Foods has higher prices than Walmart, so when image paying higher prices for the same food I expect to find better quality food and better service. This has not been my experience when shopping there.

Great store to shop, if you compare prices between Wal-Mart and Festival Food, the prices are much better at Festival Foods. You can also get really good meat at Festival Foods. The service is great.

Have to share regarding a super positive experience there this weekend~they had on ad the Red Apple Ale purchase 2 get 1 free 6 packs. When I went to the store, they had Peach, Blueberry & Raspberry but not the Red Apple flavor available. Went to the check out counter & Kim was working. When I shared with her my dilemma, without missing a beat she said, "no problem, I can just break down a 12 pack, repackage it & ring you out right here!" Now, that's service! This is why I shop at this store~they go above & beyond to make your customer experience so positive! Thanks again Kim~

Always clean, always open. Staff are nice. I really like that you get a 5 cent discount for each of your own bags you bring. I've only had to get a refund once (after getting the wrong item), and it was very quick and easy. This is where I will continue to get my food from (and the farmer's market on the weekends).

I am a frequent shopper here because it is close to home. Always clean & the staff is friendly. My only complaint is I wish there was a way for their meat department so smell less of fish..not the most appetizing experience to be shopping their produce department or their deli & only being able to smell fish. But otherwise this is a good place to get your groceries. All food is always fresh & their deli & bakery are always delicious. I do recommend!

My son has gluten and dairy allergies and they carry a wonderful variety for a small town. They carry unique Cashew Milks (hard to find even in Madison) and SO Dairy Free Ice Creams that you’d swear were the real deal. Thanks for carrying what our boy loves and for helping us provide him some normalcy.

My favorite grocery store by far! Produce is always fresh, meat is great, and the deli and bakery have a lot of yummy choices. Let's not forget the tot spot, the kids beg to play while I shop!

They have a decent selection of vegetarian/vegan foods which is great. It's nice not to have to travel down to Janesville for that. Just wish their produce was better managed. It really seems to be hit or miss.

The remodel to the store is very appealing - especially in the meat department. Overall service is good but there are some issues with out of date product. I think for the past six months I've gone into Sentry to get the Kangaroo Frozen Pita Omelets and they have been expired since August of 2011. The store overall is nice, but they just miss it in the details.

They never say "thank you" - ever. It is shocking how many products offered are past their "best by" date. And, though they say they'll bag groceries for you, the checkers rather watch you do that. New item selection is good.
