I had ordered flowers for my sisters birthday to be delivered to her office. I had given them the wrong address on accident so they called to find out where to go but were closing for the day. A very nice employee offered to take them to her house on HIS own time. Turns out I gave the wrong address to her house as well but he very diligently phoned her until he got a hold of her to deliver them! I am beyond impressed with the service I received!

I was picking some flowers for my girlfriend on Valentines’ Day. First going on to their website and found many fabulous flowers that perfect to be a present. Then I went to their shop, easy to find and plenty of parking spots. The shopping assistants are friendly and helpful, they definitely know what you need and could give you the best recommendations. I really had a great experience their. Definitely will come again.

I received a bouquest of assorted pink flowers from my partner on Valentine's Day. By Sunday all the roses were wilting and I called to report this to the number on the card. They told me someone would call me on Monday. I received a call and told them all the roses were wilting already, and the rest were already losing their petals. She asked if I had trimmed them, as you are suppose to trim all fresh flower every other day. I have never heard this before, but advised my flowers did not come with ANY instructions at all. She said she would send me new roses on Tuesday. Today is Tuesday and I received a bouquet of 6 pink roses. the roses are brown on the outside and look terrible. I am so disappointed with this florist. I have already asked my partner to not order from Felly's ever again, and told everyone that I work with the same thing. I can't believe they would send out this type of quality. My first bouquet lost most of the petals last night and I only have half of the flowers left, and most of those are all limp. After only a couple days too. I am so disappointed in what I thought was a reputable florist. There are many in Madison...do not choose this one!

Great flowers; poor customer service. Some context: I stopped by this Felly's location today to pick up some flowers for my wife's birthday. Upon entering, I hovered at the entry way looking at the store to survey what they had. The front desk person finished helping a customer and asked what I was looking for. I told her that it is my wife's birthday and I am looking for an arrangement to celebrate that. She started asking me for themes and I wasn't really sure. Then she posed an off-handed and in-poor-taste question: Is your wife someone who marries people who understand her or is she someone who marries someone who goes and buys whatever. As the person who is buying something from your establishment and as the husband in question, don't imply negative attributes to my wife's taste in husband nor in the person's (the husband's) concern about what they ought to get their wife. The next off-putting thing was in a request I made for a sunflower. The person (same person) helping me out stated they were all out of sunflowers because they were already all used in other arrangements. She then pointed out that the bouquet that I had picked out had a big yellow flower in it. Now, I consider myself pretty educated and capable of being told the names of flowers; while I'm not too miffed about being talked to like a child, my actual issue is the fact that I didn't ask for "big yellow flower"; I asked for a sun flower. If the person would have just left it at "we are out of sunflowers," I would have been fine with that. But, she took the time to point out the big yellow flower to me. Lastly, I asked the person if the establishment had a latrine I could use. Having been in the military some time, I refer to bathrooms as latrines. Knowing my mistake, I said followed up and said "I mean bathroom." The person (same person) told me that they did not have a bathroom for public use -- which I take no umbrage to; establishments have every right to have private bathrooms. What I did take issue with was the follow-up comments: 1) "and we certainly don't have a latrine"; and 2) "the BP down the road has a delightful public restroom you can use." Well, I think the faux-disgust in her voice and the need to even comment on the presence or absence of latrine was not necessary. Additionally, I don't think I need to be told that the BP down the road has a delightful public restroom. To be sure, knowledge of a BP is good to know and, particularly, if I am having a bathroom emergency -- which begs the question, if I was having a bathroom emergency, why wouldn't the person offer up the private bathroom particularly given that I was a paying customer and, if a real emergency, a citizen in duress -- but the additional flourish of "delightful" was just condescending. So, I won't be recommending this place to family and friends; neither will I come back.

When we were asked which florist we wanted to use for my mother's funeral service we chose Felly's, a family favorite for many years. The flowers were beautiful and exactly what we envisioned. Over a week later, we still have beautiful blossoms that look fresh. Felly's flowers and plants are consistently of the best quality.

THE ONLY FLORIST TO USE IN MADISON!!!! I cannot believe the customer service at Felly's and am thrilled with my order - something very unique and special - for a one of a kind event. Romni is amazing!!! and talented and creative as I'm sure the entire staff at Felly's is as well. My request required something so detailed and unusual, most florists would simply turn me down, not Felly's - they were happy to oblige. As an out of state customer I do not ordering from florists who simply post a photo and send it via wire, and something else shows up at recipients door. It happens too often. The personal service and attention from Felly's assured me that I will get exactly the flowers I requested, the kind and color, in the vase I want, and the "unique" item as well, with the cards I specified, WELL DONE!!! KEEP IT UP!!! CAN"T WAIT TO HEAR THE COMPLIMENTS FROM MY LOVED ONE!!!

I just received a bouquet of one dozen roses from Felly's and I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the quality of the flowers. Of the 12 roses, 9 are completely open, and all but one have wilting petals. I cannot believe they would even send flowers out in this condition. Knowing that this is an expensive bouquet, I requested a refund but was told that I could get a replacement bouquet. There was no apology, no offer to bring fresh roses and a credit for our account. I wish I could attach a photo so you could see the quality of flowers that were sent. Needless to say, we will NOT be ordering from Felly's again.

Review is not about your shop but about your drivers. Was coming back from a movie with my kids this morning and almost got sideswiped by your driver about 20 minutes ago. Big vehicle, I’ve got the license plate if you’d like. Never heard of your company before and you’ve got beautiful flowers but I’ll never use your company based on this experience. Best experience from a florist that delivers ever. I had a need to send flowers and chocolates to a vendor that i work with that had done amazing work for me. The prices are good, the staff is helpful, and the flowers last weeks (or months in some cases). Their arrangements are beautiful and there is a great selection from something small to an extravagant vase and great flowers. There is no where else I would go to get flowers.

Their "cash and carry" pre-made arrangement did not last 1 day. The manager offered to replace with a freshly made custom arrangement which was lovely. Have them make you up a fresh arrangement if you go there.

Felly's has been my Madison go-to flower shop for years. My mom works in a hospital and they have always been able to deliver her flowers on the day I request, and to the correct department. I generally plan ahead and call to place my order the day before they should be delivered (just so I don't forget!). I like to give the florists "free rein" when creating the bouquets and have never been disappointed with their creations. I recommend this because by doing so, they are able to use the freshest, in season flowers they have available.

I ordered flowers for my Mother to be delivered to her at a concert she was performing and Felly's was very accommodating of the strange delivery request. In consultation with an employee, I decided on iris and hydrangea for the arrangement. Therefore I was surprised when I saw the arrangement and it had lilies, roses, and daisies (?) in it along with the lovely iris and hydrangea. My Mother loved the flowers, but I was upset, so I called and spoke to the same woman with whom I had placed the order. She was extremely accommodating and offered to send a replacement arrangement or give me a discount on the original order. Now I feel like I can order from Felly's again!

My daughter recently was married, and at the last minute I decided we needed some fresh flowers for the dessert table. Although I wasn't buying a lot of flowers, Tracy took the time to ask questions and was able to provide me with several choices to meet my needs. She even gave me tips on how to arrange the various flowers in my vases. The end result was beautiful and I was able to enjoy them for several weeks after the wedding! Without hesitation, I would recommend Felly's Flowers on University Avenue to all my friends and family. Thanks Tracy!

It would be nice if they had a website that would let you order flowers. I have been using what they have for years and you play hell getting signed on or getting addresses from the history. I wanted to order flowers now after getting a reminder but got locked out after my password was rejected and I attempted to change it. They seriously need a new program and there sales would double. My husband sent me a flower arrangement for Valentines Day and I was very surprised at the quality of the arrangement. It looked like it had been thrown together and in a vase then sent out for delivery. The flowers were browning and wilted, there wasn't 1 flower that actually had all of it's pedals. The arrangement came with a puppy attached to the vase, the only issue was it was ripped by the mouth, the puppy doesn't really matter but I was shocked that they would still send something out looking this way. I looked online to see what the arrangement should look like and I was shocked. The vase wasn't even filled like the picture and when I saw what he had paid for this I was really upset. We have used Felly's flowers before and haven't seen what the arrangements turned out like but after this experience I think I will find another florist. I would expect flower shops to want everything perfect on Valentines Day.

This location works amazing magic. As a frequent fresh flower purchaser I am never disappointed. Whether I am the only person in the store on my weekly stops or it is bursting like it was on Valentine's Day, Traci(sp?) always remembers me by name and my preferences. She leads her young ladies in this very warming style of customer service and is very genuine about helping us with the task at hand...and is sharing this with her crew as a way to gain faithful satisfied regular customers. Everyone one is clearly valued whether it is a small or large purchase or as she has mentioned "just a chance to enjoy" being amongst the flowers. My husband and I usually have shared our delight directly within store or with a phone call but also want to shout out a bit more publically since that is the current trend. Never anything but extremely professional, pleasant and positive experiences over the years. For us it isn't just what we bring home that we paid for that matters as it is the consistant quality of our time with Traci who clearly is teaching and sharing her passion and being supportive during learning opportunities that come up for her staff.

Felly's Flowers is a Monona tradition. They have a very nice floral department to order or purchase already made arrangements, greenery and gifts/curios of all kinds. Their staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. If you have questions or need help making a decision they will advise you appropriately. They are pricey but if you're looking for something extraordinary, Felly's is the place to go.

Our business ordered several floral arrangements for an event & everything went fine with our order. However, when I called the store to pay an invoice, the manager (Romney) was rude and unprofessional. I didn't have the invoice # but had other information that I thought wouldn't be a problem to locate the correct invoice. While on the phone with me, she was yelling to another Felly's worker about how I didn't have the invoice # or any correct information and then proceeded to tell me she couldn't help me. It ended up she just couldn't find the invoice & once it was located she did not apologize for any of her behavior. I called to talk to the manager about her service later, only to find she is the manager. I couldn't believe it! What an awful experience -- if I were the owner I'd want to know about this.

I was sent a most beautiful amazing pink bouquet of flowers for my birthday by significant other on Tuesday. I do have to say the flower bokeh was absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately come late Wednesday night early Thursday morning 5 of these big daisy like flowers head drooped over and all their head fell. I called Fellys that afternoon to on the inquiry if that was normal for that type of flower as do know some flowers do not fairs long as others. (To my surprise this was one flower I was not familiar with the name of are how long it fares. because I'm pretty up on my flowers normally) I describe the big giant pink daisies that were absolutely beautiful before they had fell to the lady. She knew exactly which one I was talking about. And I guess to my understanding which makes sense because I am aware that not all flowers Fair as long as others this was one of them that do not because of the stem that it grows. Now mind you the rest of my bokeh was filled amazingly full and still amazingly gorgeous minus them 5 flowers. My other half had spent quite a bit for them being that it was my birthday. The lady Vicki was so sweet and wonderful she took all my information and talk it over with her manager and call me back way sooner than I could expected. Literally within 5 minutes. Explain to them that I'm person who doesn't like to complain by no means and I do have a great sense of understanding. When they calling back they said that they would replace flower bokeh and send it to me at my convenience. And they did. No mind you I was not expecting a whole lot as a replacement because it was only 5 flowers out of the the first arrangements. I can't say enough how much the second flower bokeh is just as beautiful as the first arrangement. The replacement was much more than I imagined or expected. I have to give them kudos 250 percent . They went way above and beyond my expectations. I want to say thank you guys for giving me an amazing day with an amazing smile 2 times over in a week. Everytime I look at them they make me smile. There absolutely beautiful you guys do a great job. Thank you for being so wonderful and going far and beyond for a customer. I would recommend them to anybody.

I ordered flowers for a visitation at Gunderson Funeral Home in Fitchburg recently. My 2 sisters-in-law pitched in and I specified spring flowers, no gladiolas. We each pitched in $30.00 plus the service fees. I was very unhappy with the size of the bouquet and the type of flowers sent. They were fresh and "nice", but not spring flowers, and honestly I could have purchased this bouquet at Trader Joe's for $14.99.

Most recently my husband had sent me 2 dozen roses, two of them got broken in their delivery process but they made a special trip to give me two new ones to replace them. I was disappointed with the service. I went in last minute to have a corsage made for my sons school dance. I apologized for the inconvenience and thanked her for helping me with my problem. I was met with a huffy attitude and no assurance that it wasn't a problem, but she did mention that they were closing in half an hour. They took my $30($29.01, to be exact and she waited for me to go to my car to get a penny rather than offer to skip it), when I once more thanked her as I was leaving, I didn't receive a thank you in return all I got was a "yeah". As I said, I appreciated the short notice help, but in return I would like to be treated as the paying customer that I was, this is their job, right? There are plenty of other florists that I will gladly take my business to, as this one doesn't seem to care.

Connie was a pleasure to talk to and helped in getting through the ordering process of what I wanted to send, not what was pictured on their site. Felly's is a complete failure at everything it does. They will misdeliver your order, then when you call them to correct it, they will berate you and blame you. When you eventually figure out where it was actually delivered, you will find out the driver did not speak with anyone at the location; they left it at a random desk and you will have to go through the entire building trying to find your order. They will not call you to try to figure out the delivery, they will take the word of a person that is not the person who made the order, or is the intended recipient. Calling the store to correct the issue will get you no help as the people answering the phones seem to be audibly upset you called them to correct an issue. They will be rude. When you tell them you are done doing business with them, they will then begin to call you. When you tell them you are going to handle the issue yourself and not to call you, they will call you again. When you tell them again, not to call you that you are no longer doing business with them, the owner will try to call you to give you the customer service you should have gotten from the beginning. Nothing will be fixed however, they appear to be ok with mediocrity.

Kayce was an absolute delight to work with and so responsive! She was so helpful in picking out arrangements with the flowers that would work best for the aesthetic/colors I had in mind. Kayce went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I wanted. I met with Kayce twice (once to book the service and once a month before the wedding) and she was really easy and fun to work with. She is so creative and has endless ideas. She was able to take my vision and make it something even better. She even called me the day before my wedding to make sure I knew how to care for my flowers in the (unexpectedly cold) weather.

I have used Felly's Flowers several times in the past three years. I have found them easy to deal with on-line and extremely helpful when I place a phone order. Flowers or plants have always been delivered fresh/live, on time and in a very personal and professional manner. The latter is important to me because they take the items right to my (elderly) mother's apartment. Called at 0715 to have flowers delivered to my sister working at the VA Hospital. Explained multiple times she was an LPN and what clinic she worked in, was told they would be delivered before noon for her birthday. By 1230 no flowers. Call back and I am told by the manager that they will get them to her between 1 and 3pm because of hospital policy. I politely explain she is not an inpatient but an employee, get the flowers up there before she leave for the day!!! I will NEVER spend $100 on flowers through this place again. Why order at 0715 for them to NOT BE DELIVERED for nearly 8 hours!!!!

I give one star because I can't give no stars. I ordered a $75.00 bouquet for my Grandmother on Friday March 31st so she would have nice fresh flowers for Easter Sunday. The flowers were delivered on time but unfortunately by Sunday they had wilted terribly and were not the Easter Cheer I had hoped for. Upon reaching out to Felly's by email after the fact they didn't even acknowledge receipt of my email. I chose Felly's at the time I ordered because they are local and I was willing to pay a little more for that. Upon reflection that was a poor decision on my part, I would definitely not recommend Felly's for fresh flowers!

I had an amazing experience at the Nesbitt Rd location with a FANTASTIC worker Amber. I had a death of one of my dearest friends and did not find out about the service until the day of!! Which was this past Sunday 05/27/18. Having been in the floral industry previously, I knew the chances for same day delivery to a Funeral home in Beloit was going to be a bit of a challenge. So I drove around Madison for almost 2 hours to different places asking for help. I went to HyVee ,Pick N Save, no help there. Went to the Fellys on University and the girls there, seemed very un aware of how dire this situation was. I just needed something put together, and they said there was no chance of that there. SO my final and last hope was the Nesbitt location. And Amber was the miracle help I desperately needed. I showed her what I wanted to order online and with me having some experience, I knew how to help . She found a vase that was almost exactly what I wanted. We then, picked stems of all different kinds of flowers and she helped me right there on the counter. We cut away and made an amazing, beautiful arrangement. And I made it to the service on time down in Beloit. I cannot THANK HER ENOUGH!!!! AMBER IS AN AMAZING ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY!! Shes the only person that even offered any help or suggestions out of ALL the places I stopped, in this sad time. Amber was the Angel that I needed that day. Just stopped there to get 10 bud vases with a few flowers in each for my Administrative support staff. Was told “the designer just left and won’t be back for 20 min”. Didn’t know it took a designer to put some stems of flowers, that I’d pick out, into a vase with some water! Won’t go abck there again.

I wrote earlier that they delivered the wrong arrangement. I had ordered orchids and my mother, for Mother's Day, got an arrangement that had absolutely no orchids in it. I called as soon as I found out, and the owner quickly called me to make arrangements to deliver the correct order. I was very happy with the personalized service I got.

I live in MN and called on a Thursday 10 minutes before closing to have flowers delivered the next day before noon, the day before Mother's Day. Not a problem, delivered perfectly, stayed within budget, and my mom loved them! I will use them again!

I placed an order online to have flowers delivered to my wife's work. I thought I had my wife's schedule down because her employment has her working at several different facilities. The morning after I place the order at Felly's I found out that I had used the wrong address and that my wife was working at one of the locations completely across town. I called Felly's Flowers at 7:45am. The woman who answered took the information change on the address. She clarified with me my wife's name and her contact phone number so they could call her at the time of delivery. I assumed there would be some change of order charge but the woman on the phone said in a very kind and warm voice "It's not a problem. we'll deliver the flowers by 11am this morning". Outstanding service! Thank you so much!

While a gorgeous green house I have been pretty unhappy with their service They sold my husband a huge snake plant for Valentines day last year ($60), which came with some sort of rot disease that most forums cant even explain but say is not fixable. I went to Felly's with the cut of portion and to ask for a refund and they refused and told me I was watering too much. I have multiple snake plants that I have had for years and know how to take care of these plants. Its a shame to spend so much money on a plant they cant back up to actually be worth it.

On July 6th I ordered flowers by phone to be sent to a celebration of life for a friend who had died. My order was taken and paid for and I thought everything was good. The next day about 15 mins before the gathering was to start I got a phone message that there was no one that could deliver my flowers. I called Felly's and the lady didn't even say she was sorry. I will never order from Felly's again. This not only affected me but also 5 of our friends who were going together to get flowers. It was on the obituary notice to use Felly's and they would even deliver the same day. I am so mad right now I am going to stop before I say something really bad. I will never call Felly's Flowers again.

I'd give it zero if I could. Talked to multiple people about ordering 3 small items for my wedding. Made an appt, she left a voicemail the day before appt and told me "they weren't doing anymore weddings that day." Wouldn't even call me back. Anyone who turns down business will never get mine again. Love telling this story to anyone thinking of going there.
